Booked here for the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Employees were All so kind and helpful with whatever we needed. From the Front Desk help to house keeping. Pool was nice and clean. They have BBQ grills that you can use and cooking utensils. I would stay here next time I’m in San Diego for sure.

The staff was friendly, and the room was nice and clean. The only issues that I had which I didn't notify the staff was that I saw four small roaches in my bathroom on four different occasions. Also, the parking lot spaces are tight. It was hard to get in and out of my rental because the spaces were smaller than typical.

Fabulous weeklong stay at thia property....very clean and safe area. Only criticism is make sure you dont stay out too late if you have a car because people tend to double park and itll be a tight squeeze to park.

Property says included EV charger and when we arrived they had one and then charged us for it. Plus parking! We booked the hotel for the Ev charger quite disappointed. You can’t list it as amenity and then charge for it. Has a pool listed are they going to charge $10?

The free breakfast in the morning was fine, but just fine. A very small area, crowded with people and little options. Coffee in both areas was out. Our room was very tiny. So small in fact that the bathroom door when opened, almost hit the side of the bed. Walk in shower was dirty and appeared to not be clean. No pillows for pull out couch bed. Found large hair ball and stains in hallway outside of our room. Very subpar and lacking in the rooms, cleanliness and comfort area.

The service was amazing and staff were so friendly. Our initial room wasn’t fully cleaned as there was still a vacuum in there and the shower had hairs all over. We let the front desk know our concerns and they immediately placed us in a different room. The new room was cleaner but still wasn’t up to par. There was still hair on the bathroom floor and it didn’t look like it was mopped at all. The shower was somewhat cleaner but still had hair in it. I had to do a quick clean before we used it. The rooms are mid sized, the kitchen and hallway closet does take up quite a bit of space. The way the tv was placed was a bit inconvenient. It was too close to the bathroom and we ended up walking into the edge of it a few times. For the price you pay it is decent hotel to stay at.

We booked a double queen and got a single queen with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. For this, i was given 4,000 points towards another stay.... which i think is about 1-2 nights. The carpet in the room was horrible. There was no safe in the room which i usually use to secure my off duty pistol. I absolutely hated that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Customer service there was good.... not great, but good. They helped as much as they could. The breakfast was great.

The experience was quite unfortunate. We made almost 4 room changes in one day because of the conditions and ultimately had to change hotels. First night found a hotel in the bathroom. Switched rooms and then there was a musky moldy smell. Then the next room had a leaking A/C unit that made the carpet soaked.

We had a room with no working AC and we had to sleep with the window open and luckily they had a fan that we can use. We slept in a 80 degree room. As we were getting ready in the mirnjng we were sweating. Thankfully, we had no medical issues. We are hoping to get a FULL refund!

Nice breakfast options when I went: eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, and more. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen in our room had a plenty of options for dishes, utensils, and food containers. The in-room phone had iffy connection, but the internet made up for it.

Comfortable bed, and we liked having a fridge, microwave, and stovetop in the room. Staff were excellent! They made our stay wonderful! Nice breakfast spread, but I wish they had more gluten free options. It was far from downtown (about 20 min), but uber came quickly, so it was easy to go back and forth with Uber. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it!

Great service and the continental breakfast was amazing! Their mini waffles were so good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The fridge and microwave came in handy as well. We walked about 5 minutes to a cute restaurant for dinner one day and then walked the neighborhood. It’s a chill quiet area if you’re looking to be away from the city noise but close enough that you can be in Balboa Park within 20 min. Great place and would stay here again.

The place is clean and staff was great. But the room was terrible. King bed with only one night stand, bathroom right next to bed and no fan. Our friends had a bathroom with frosted glass and barn door style so zero privacy. Nice place but zero consideration that people do need to go potty during their stay. Would not stay again for that reason.

The staff was exceptional. The lobby area and halls were clean and welcoming. My room was okay, but the heat didn't work after the first day of my stay and the bathroom sink had a slow drain. Also, the breakfast is poor. It consists of processed, unheathlty foods presented as healthy. Nothing is organic or underprocessed. The "cage free" scambled eggs did not look or taste like eggs at all. Only white sugar is available and even the jam was sweetened with some chemical sugar alternativem, but, hey, it's sugar free! All the foods provided are guaranteed to contribute to diabetes or heart disease. It might be easy and cheap to offer these processed, awful foods to travelers, but it's one reason why I don't like to book at this chain. If you care about your health, the free breakfast is not worth eating.
