Everything overall was great - only cons were: Terrible coffee (basically brown water), and long dark hairs in the shower, on shower curtain, etc. I don't understand why, showers especially, can't be cleaned thoroughly. Again, the hotel overall is very nice and has the most dumbbells in a hotel gym I've seen in a long time!

Room was clean, breakfast looked decent. Gym doesn’t open until 6am which sucks when you’re an early bird and just want to move around! Dog friendly was a plus! Convenient location with plenty of parking.

The toilet was clogged on arrival. When called front desk the brought me a plunger to fix the toilet myself. We were also told at check in about the heated pool. We went and purchased bathing suits and grabbed dinner, retuned 4 hours later to pool being closed for the evening and very disappointed kids.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had recently. The staff was very professional and polite. LOVED the peloton. Gym was so clean and all worked well. Breakfast was excellent. Room was nice!

The hotel is nice and clean, and our room was excellent. Two issues are causing me to downgrade this stay from excellent. When we pulled in late on the second night of our stay, there was zero parking. There was a Bobcat machine blocking one parking spot, and a guest with a trailer taking up four more. I feel like some effort to record cars and license plates to match with room numbers might have helped to resolve this. Additionally, at checkout time on Sunday morning, there was no one available at the front desk for an extend time. A significant line of guests formed, and there was no means of contacting anyone from the desk.

The room smelled like urine. Didn’t look like the carpet had been vacuumed. I wiped up some water off the bathroom floor and the cloth was extremely dirty. We have stayed at this same hotel before and it was good, but it appears to have gone downhill. We will not stay at this hotel in the future.

Nice room overall. Floors were dirty. Food all over the floors and corners were nasty. Maybe the cleaners were having an off day. Bathtub didn’t drain which is gross. But staff was very nice and property was very clean and well taken care of.

The check in was easy and staff pleasant. The room was clean and neat but the air conditioner was extremely loud and very disruptive- hard to sleep when it would start up. Sounded like an airplane engine. The noise from the highway was also very loud throughout the night. The morning breakfast staff was wonderful and so friendly

Super hotel and comfortable stay. Only drawback for us is Room #102 is a ground floor room (one of only 2 on the ground floor, I believe) by the elevator and facing the front street noise. So we heard the whirring of the elevator on and off during the evening and the traffic started about 7 am. I’m sure all other rooms are more quiet.

The staff was very nice. It was clean. My only complaint is the doors did not shut quietly and could definitely hear people walking in the room above us. Took a while to sleep with other guests shutting and opening their doors.

Bob was friendly and professional. Room was spacious and clean but could probably use a little elbow grease on the grout. Pillows were a bit lacking but bed was comfortable. You could hear the traffic from our room which was on the 4th floor. Easy access to interstate and several restaurants close. Overall wasn’t terrible but will probably stay somewhere else next time.

A traditional Hampton property, what I have come to expect. Unfortunately the loud traffic from the road (not a highway) continued to wake us during the night. I would recommend insisting on a room as far from the road as you can get. Also, they may need a muffler shop in this part of town!

The hotel is very clean and very well ran. Probably one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in a while within this class of hotels. Came back several times due to the location and amenities. Staff was super accommodating and very friendly. Witnessed the manager of the hotel going from floor to floor pointing out things that needed to be improved or cleaned. He was very nice and friendly. Helping where needed throughout out multiple night stay. Would highly recommend.

The front desk workers not there when need to. Had to wait for long time just to get check in because no one was there when arrive. Than to check out same had to wat long time for a attendees to come to the front desk. Need to keep the front desk people aware.

Check in lady refused to check in with my UK id stating that she had to have a US id otherwise I couldn’t be traced. Evidently Hampton inn discriminates against international travelers. My disabled husband then had to give his US id to enable us to stay. The sink faucet was broken. The shower head too high to reach to change spray. One chair although there are two beds. Terrible experience was only redeemed by the very pleasant gentleman on morning duty.

When we arrived to check in, we were told that no rooms were ready,, and in actuality the rooms were “very dirty because yesterday was February 14th”. Since we were in town for a volleyball tournament we were then unable to check in until late that night. Reviews mentioned the hotel was clean and quiet. This was not true. Road noise was very loud when anyone on the road wanted to rev their engines. Also, noise in hallways and rooms above and next to us kept us up throughout the night. No evidence of staff rounding to try and keep things quiet.

This is the best Hampton Inn I have been to in a long time. From James, the manager to the cleaning crew, EVERYONE went out of their way to be kind and offered to help us in any way. This crew should be rewarded for their excellent customer service.

We checked in at 3:30 PM. Keys didn't work. Sent to another room. 90 min later a woman entered our room, no knock. What? I thought we were being ROBBED. 30 min later, a woman called our room, saying we weren't registered. (We'd registered, of course, at 3:30.) There'd been a sign that such phone calls might be scams. We refused the call. Thirty min later, sheriffs showed up at our door!!! This isn't the first time we've had a HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE AT A HILTON. Won't stay at any Hilton property again... EVER.

It started at "Hello" the night clerk who checked us in was so nice, friendly, efficient.. then in the morning we were greeted so nicely byb the GM! I can\'t say enough good things about this stay. Room was perfect, clean and well stocked (towels ect). Breakfast was delicious!: i give it a 10

The Hampton Inn is in a perfect location, it was in the center of everything that we needed. There are great food options in the Acworth area. The staff were friendly and tentative. We all enjoyed our stay and will choose there to stay when we come again.

Our stay here was very good. However the breakfast needs a little work. We choose this location because we were in town for a competition and there was breakfast. We wound up not eating anything because nothing looked appetizing mostly eggs and breakfast meat. The meat looked liked it was dehydrated from.being over cooked. We settle on a yogurt and banana before hitting the rd. We did enjoy our service and pool.

Excellent hot breakfast available from 6AM to 10AM including protein items & not just carbs! Plenty of fresh fruit & yogurt, milk, juices, breads, muffins, omelets, or scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels, wheat toast, waffles, butter in addition to napkins & plastic ware. The general manager, James, greets everyone for breakfast & he is very sociable & helpful. We would highly recommend this particular Hampton Inn as one of the friendliest places we've ever stayed.

The hotel is very clean, and staff is very friendly, especially Nellie at the front desk. That said, they were short-staffed while we stayed with them so some things took a hit. The hot breakfast was good the first day, then pretty miserable thereafter.

I wish they had hot coffee and hot water at the lobby. Hot water tank was empty during trip. Coffee was like warm every day except during breakfast. They were kind enough to allow me to check out half an hour past regular check out time.
