Amsterdam’s charming Jordaan neighborhood is exceptional, with many of the city’s historic attractions and landmarks within easy walking distance. While the hotel is on the expensive side, the convenience and appeal of its location certainly help justify the cost. There were, however, two areas where we felt improvements could be made. First, the breakfast buffet was disappointing in its lack of variety. During our week-long stay, the selection remained virtually unchanged each morning. Given the hotel's pricing, we would have appreciated more variety and would likely reconsider including breakfast on a future visit. Second, the evening bar service was noticeably understaffed. When we invited friends visiting from London to join us for drinks, we waited approximately 15 minutes before being attended to, followed by another 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. This was disappointing, particularly when entertaining guests. Despite these two shortcomings, our overall experience was very positive. The hotel's wonderful location, atmosphere, and convenience made our stay memorable, and we would certainly consider returning on a future visit to Amsterdam.

The breakfast was great. Nice staff. We had the honeymoon suite and there is mold around sink. Showing lots of wear and tear. The room was spacious but the dark grime around sink concerned me

Friendly staff. The only things I could complain about is that the lighting in the room is on the dimmer side, and there doesn’t seem to be away to get bright lighting in the room. There’s also very little storage for clothes etc so expect to live out of your suitcase.
