Veldig flott familierom for 2 barn og 2 voksne. Stort, rent og veldig fint.Veldig hyggelige ansatte, frokosten var også veldig god. Skulle ønske det stod et eller annet sted at bassenget måtte bookes (og kostet ekstra), strek i regningen for barn som hadde gledet seg til basseng også var det fullt. Litt avstand fra selve sentrum, men grei bussforbindelse rett utenfor døren, metro 10 min gange.

En arrivant on s’aperçoit qu’il faut réserver un créneaux et payer une surcharge de 30 euros par personne .. pas terrible la prestation . Excellente surprise que cet hotel. Seul gros point négatif est que le chauffage dans la chambre familiale ne fonctionnait pas (bloqué à 20 mais ressenti 17!) et on a eu froid. autre point négatif, la piscine n'est utilisable que sur RDV et par 4 maximum à 35€. Petit déj super, hotel très propre, chambres spacieuses et confortable, hormis la température.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a very quiet area which we appreciated, and it was very easy to access the city center through the metro close by. The reception staff could have been more engaged and service minded. They were friendly when approached, but they never initiated to communicate with us or any other guests. Not once did they mention the pool and sauna facilities to us, how and when we can utilize them, or anything else for that matter, which is below expectations on the general service level for a hotel. The elevator and access to all floors was not secured with a card reader. This means anyone, guest or not, can walk in from the street and access the elevator and all floors without having to swipe a card, which in a city like Paris is a major security concern. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

This place was above and beyond my expectations. Bernard the front desk night staff was amazing. He called us a cab and helped us with everything while we were there. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. The rooms were very nice. Very clean. The bathrooms were excellent and modern. The showers were huge for Europe and very nice. Would 10/10 recommend and stay here again.

I loved the aesthetic of this boutique hotel. My 2nd floor room seemed more spacious than the ones I saw on the 3rd, 5th, and 6th floors but the rooms were all nicely decorated and extremely clean. Front desk staff were quite friendly.

Disaster! Stayed there two nights and had the worst nights in my life , first they gave me cleaners room as they over booked it second day they said they can change it which was even worse , it was freezing heating didnt work and too much noise from next doors ! I would never stay there again and I dont recommend to anyone !

Excellent séjour en famille au sein de l'établissement. Avec un personnel d'accueil de jour, comme de nuit, sympathique et efficace. Les chambres sont vraiment très bien, même si le système de climatisation est capricieux. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et bien organisé. L'espace SPA est très agréable, très reposant. Seul bémol, il s'agit du coût additionnel de 35€ pour l'accès au SPA, facheuse surprise de fin de séjour, alors que je n'ai vu aucune mention à cette facturation supplémentaire lors de la réservation, et que cela ne m'a pas été annoncé à la réservation de l'espace, non plus.

Accueil froid de la part du réceptionniste. Pas de bonjour avant que nous ne lui disions. Explications brèves sur la chambre et le wi-fi. Pas de précisions sur le SPA payant (?!) sans que je ne lui demande. La chambre est très confortable et propre, un peu petite cependant. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, sympa de pouvoir faire ses propres crêpes et pancakes. L’accueil encore une fois ici, était inexistant malgré les 3 personnes présentes. The front desk staff were so helpful. My daughter was sick and they went so far out of their way to help us they even went with us to the pharmacy to translate for us. I wish I had found this place the first part of our stay. It’s so perfect for a family. A 2 bed room is actually 2 separate rooms with a main door. Very modern. Breakfast was incredible. The pool and sauna in basement were so cool for a night swim. Loved the robes and slippers. The price was great.

The receptionist Jamie black African guy doesn’t know how to treat hotel clients because if I have a package arrive at the front desk every hotel have power to deliver it to your room when you asked for that he hang up the phone on you and doesn’t respond or say he won’t or won’t allow the delivery to come to your room and have to come downstairs for it .even if you tell him ain’t feeling well and have bad cold can’t move he won’t even respond .I never enjoyed my stay this time

The stay at Hotel B55 was outstanding. It's a great place for tourists looking to visit Paris. It was about 20 - 25 from most tourist attractions and Ubers had no issue finding the hotel. The staff was friendly and was able to speak English to help avoid the language barrier. The single bed room is a little small, but is doable. The double bed rooms are larger.

Most of the staff was mediocre at best. The area was was mostly apartment buildings, every thing closed early. The 21 bus, which was the closest at Glacier Tolbiac stopped running early many nights. The closest Metro was #6 at Glacier, several blocks away. it was shut down some nights at 10pm.

After an exhaustive search for finding the right hotel room in Paris I am extremely pleased with this hotel. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. It is quaint, upscale, quiet. The rooms as in any Paris hotel are small but are very modern and have some really nice touches. Very modern and elegant feel. The neighborhood is a quiet and lovely little area of Paris outside of any tourist area which is a plus in my eyes, I like to be able to go visit the tourist areas and return to home base. The price was well worth the quality of the rooms and service. It is not the cheapest, certainly not the most expensive, it is right on the border of the 13th and 14th arrondissements. Bus stop is right on the corner which will connect you right to metro or metro itself is a short walk. A café right on the corner, boulengerie, convienence store right around the corner. Uber and Uber Eats work very well in Paris.

The room was too small, the breakfast service so disappointing not so many options especially fruit options, my daughter was not able to eat anything from there because there was no good quality and variety of fruit and the rest of the food did not seem to be good. The floor by one of the coffee machines was always wet putting on risk anyone’s safety. Everything was so disorganize and dirty and just one person running around a lady that was zero kind and helpful. We were charged 55 dollars at the check in and 90 at the check out. Your prices should be clear at all times not just simply charge for wherever reason. Overall I would never recommend and consider coming back to this hotel.

Great breakfast!! (No decaffeinated tea or coffee at breakfast but some did appear in my room when I subsequently asked.) Clean, modern and comfortable room, good service. The only issue was the room could have been more sound proofed from outside noise. Having said that, its not a noisy street or area. Its close to the metro and has good bus routes nearby. Its not a touristy area so not so many restaurants but you won’t starve, a taxi is never far away.

Quartos espaçosos, roupas de cama e de banho de qualidade. Bairro tranquilo. Fizemos tudo a pé, inclusive a noite. Único inconveniente foi a forma deselegante e rude com que a senhora do café da manhã se dirigiu a minha família. Demais funcionários gentis. Recomendo.
