It was okay, Except for the pool lift chair that wasn't working or had no back up battery., All hotels need to have a back up battery or take down the lift chair instead of offering something that they can't provide.

Genuinely enjoyed my stay here with the family over the weekend. The pool was clean and the staff were truly attentive and kind. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to others. Great place to stay for a vacation or even a break away from home!

Very short help. There was literally 1 employee at night and the 1 night he was have a lengthy conversion on speaker phone with his family. The firepit did not work. Noone knew why. That was one of the reasons we booked there. Breakfast was limited selection. Lots of bread items. Again only 1 employee and she couldn't keep up. No plates, no coffee cups. They sent a maintenence man to the store to buy milk for cereal.

It’s a great place and the breakfast was decent too. Staff were okay, limited English but we got by. The pool was rather cool and the gym has a peloton bike! Which was great as I logged in and got a well deserved workout in - so unexpectedly!

This property does not clean daily, carpet smells dusty and there are dirty stains on the carpet and bath from lack of cleaning. No toileteries apart from shampoo , conditioner and shower gel, tissue Property did not disclose their cleaning policy at booking. We spoke to front desk without help for dusty smell of room.

The staff was friendly and polite. The buffet and entryway were clean with ample food. Unfortunately our room had an awful sulfur smell that came from the shower drain, our linens did not smell fresh and the pillows smelled like oily hair. The staff kindly replaced the pillow with another one but it was only marginally better. The foot steps from the hallway upstairs was easily audible; like stomping feet. We did not use the pool or the gym. That was the first time I have visited a home2suite and I would not be inclined to return.

I had a highly disappointing stay here. From the start, I noticed roaches in the room, and unfortunately, I even saw someone had thrown up in the elevator, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned up promptly. My room’s shower had multiple issues: the door was difficult to close, the floor was dangerously slippery, and when I requested a bath mat from the front desk to prevent falls, they refused. I ended up slipping and hurting myself. To make things worse, the sink stopper didn’t work, causing slow drainage and leaving the sink constantly dirty. Requested extra towels but they never arrived. Would not recommend this place.

Loved this hotel. We had a large beautiful suite. Quite impressed on the cleanliness and ease of the facility. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. I’ll definitely book again.

Not worth the price. I’ve had better breakfast offerings at Holiday Inn Express for less money. Our room was near the lobby , but the worst noise was the heater that blew cold air for about 5 minutes Before the heat came on. We turned it off so we could sleep since it was so noisy

My room was very spacious with a full kitchen (full size fridge and dishwasher), large desk and bed and couch/living space. Staff was so friendly and it was so convenient having breakfast available to me in the morning before class that included many options. Parking was super easy. The staff seemed to really care about me and my experience and always greeted me with a smile.

The staff were very accommodating! Rooms were clean when we checked in. Room service was not done well, bed was not properly made and the trash was not removed after room service. Parking was a big issue. There is a motel right next door and they seem to be taking alot of the parking. We had forgotten a few things (very important ID and documents). We realized long after check out and we were not informed. We were able to retrieve them, however there wasn't any communication from the hotel.

Horrible service from check in to check out. Most unfriendly staff ever . When we checked out , told the gentleman that we are checking out , all he did was point to box so I can drop off the keys . No have a good day , no thank you . Last time booking any Hilton for me .

When I arrived to check in I was told by the person at the front desk that my reservation had been cancelled because they didn't have my credit card on file. I told them that I had prepaid for the room through Hotels.com and had even used OneKey cash towards my reservation. He told me none of that mattered and if I wanted to stay I'd have to pay the hotel directly. It was 10 PM and he was not being helpful at all so I just paid. Luckily, when I contacted a rep at Hotels.com they were able to cancel my previous reservation without penalty but it did require me to do way more legwork than should be necessary.

I stayed here about 2 weeks ago for a quick weekend family visit to see my sister in her kids. If you don’t like all the hustle and bustle of Jersey and they city but still want to be able to drive there in about 30 min this is perfect. Location was great very low key. Very affordable. Suite was huge big enough for my family of 6. Hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was GREAT probably our favorite part. Not continental cereal granola bars bs. It was real hot breakfast both myself my husband and my kids all really enjoyed. One staff lady was even nice enough to heat me up these Amazing spinach and cheese pastries they had the day before that I was looking for and didn’t see the following day. Would stay here a million times over 10/10!!!!

The building was very clean and smelled nice. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the fact that the room was ready for 6 guests based on my reservation. Most hotels only provide for four people and we usually need to request extra stuff so that was nice. The hotel was also within reasonable distance from the places we intended to visit and other shopping places

Front desk staff was absolutely fantastic, I had to call a few times to clarify some details but each time they were more than helpful and pleasant with each interaction! We had a few dogs with us for the Westminster dog show and they were so accommodating for us! Room was clean and nice from start to finish, felt safe in the area as a female traveling alone that’s super important! Breakfast and coffee was great also!

Location made it easy to get around the town and surrounding areas, the neighboring facility was loud. And other guest made the stay a little unpleasant, the staff was great though. Breakfast wasn’t really all that good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was a bit tight.
