Our overall stay was good but the shuttle service was very poor. Not enough service. Also the lobby needs more big fans. It was extremely hot. The staff need to understand and speak English. They did not understand many things we tried to tell. The pool needs more cleaning.

My family and I stayed at this resort for 6 nights. We loved how close the beach was to the property, the private beach area was amazing, the entertainment was great (their entertainment staff was amazing), and the restaurants were really good! Food-wise, you had access to all the buffets from all the different properties (the buffet food was what you would expect buffet food to be like, was not the best). If you wanted to eat at a restaurant you had to make reservations ahead of time (at least 1 day before) and the food and service at all restaurants were amazing! A couple of times they didn't clean our rooms and some days they did come in to clean but didn't really clean (didn't take our dirty towels, no soap, etc). Our only real complaint was the service at the buffets. The staff may have been understaffed, which we understand fully, but some servers seemed annoyed if you asked them to bring you water or a drink. Other times we were ignored and no one took our drink order. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and had a beautiful experience! I would recommend this resort.

Very nice resort. Pillows and bedding is comfortable. Resort is very big and the people are very kind. We enjoyed the trip ! We loved Yanet who checked us in and Jose Luis from the pool bar who makes the most amazing drinks. Things they should improve on, I’m not a fan of making reservations for dinner and for this resort, you need to make reservations for dinner in advance even if it’s just two people. Lastly, the pool on the Bavaro side is a bit dirty. We mainly used the pool on the palace side

This is my second trip this year to this hotel this one is my favorite hotels in Punta Cana the food is amazing so many places to choose from. Pools are amazing no saving lounge chair is great for someone that likes to sleep in after going to the club and Casio on site. Plenty of games for the kids all day and shows every night.

Gorgeous pools, all with swim up bars. Beautiful, green property. So many places to relax. Great having access to all three resorts. Loved the rooftop jacuzzi. Gym was nice. Fun little casino. Loved the adults only pool at night. Plenty of chairs on the beach. Top con would be the food. Buffets were average but we didn’t go hungry. We were only able to get dinner reservations at the restaurants 2/5 nights. Wish there were healthier options and more snack/quick options on the beach & by the pool.

Overrated destination,worst vacation ever,at the time of check in, the snack bar was empty,room had mold in the shower,dirty shower glass ,jacuzzy never worked,vomit in the balcony during the whole stay,towell shelf moldy and falling apart ,mirror falling down in the bathroom, (have pictures but unable to upload) we reported these issues many times to different employees and they never solve it,buffet food was ok,dont bother to visit a la carte restaurants ,the food is mediocre,stay away from gifts,its a scam to bring you to a 3 hour presentation to become member(dont do it) ...lack of entertainment ,there isnt much to do inside the resort walls,entertainment options outside are not walkable,staff is friendly,beach , pools and gardens around property were nice,bring lots of cash,everybody wants tips ..i will never come back,ever,wasted time and money.

The female staff at the resort (majority) are very rude. They roll their eyes and stare at you in an awkward way. I had a great experience with check-in, but after that it ALL went down hill from there. The food was not good at all and they served the same meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They build the meals based off of European culture and water down the Dominican culture. The food is not authentic Dominican food.

The property definitely needs upgrading especially in the rooms. Our room for 4 of us was not functional. The bathroom situation is terrible with no privacy including the toilet and no where to change. I have teenage kids and it was uncomfortable every time you need it to change your clothes. The beds are full size and the pull out couch is really a mattress on the floor!

Property is pretty lots of walking room and space for the amount of people here. Casino is not ideal for casino enthusiasts. Very small. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had evening staff Maribel as our waitress she was always going the extra mile and attentive. She made us fresh espresso! Beach vendors were a little more aggressive than Mexico. But was nice to have shaded areas to sit. So that was relieving. Not. Lot of guests or staff were smiling, maybe the heat? I did realize during the trip resort style is not for me. Brought $400 in cash and basically went to tips. We didn’t the property since we were kind of discouraged from the beach incidents. Definitely good for families though! I would say a weekend here was a good enough stay anything longer not a great idea. Room was great!! Spacious and room service on point! Get to buffet style areas early for fresh cold options.

Beautiful resort in a beautiful spot on the beach. Staff were all very friendly and Cesar at concierge was very helpful and made sure everything was great for us. We would definitely like to return at some point. Our room was the ocean front loft and was a fantastic place to sit and relax privately.

Loud housekeeping staff from early morning to evening. Talking to each other about their personal life. You can literally hear everything they say in your room. My room also smelled like sewage. Told the cleaning lady who said she'd send someone but nothing happened. Food is subpar everywhere.

The staff and everyone who worked there were great, but the rooms need some work. Did not have towels when we checked in and there was a lot of sand on the floor. Drain in shower was loose. Cabinet doors swollen from heat so wouldn't close. Sheets were musty and the air conditioner in one of our rooms had trouble with triggering off the fan. Reported and looked at but still did not work properly. The rest of the facilities were great. The food was good but scrambled eggs undercooked. Most of ended up with stomach issues. Could be from the food and water but also could be from the heat and drinking alcohol. We did enjoy our time there. But resort could use an upgrade which i believe is expected to happen soon.

We fell in love with this place ,not because is a wow resort ,it is nice place but because of the staff there.They are by far friendliest and nicest people we have seen in DR after so many trips.So helpful ,happy ,just interacting and smiling.Rafael at front desk went above and checked on us every day(no,we did not have privileged or premium )he made sure we have reservation and just was there from start to end(and i am a tough customer to please). We felt like family not just another customer..All staff is exceptional but of course Rafael was amazing so big Thank You Rafael !Girls at lobby:Denis ,Genesis ,There was couple more but unfortunately don't have their names.Angela -Spa, We spent a lot of times sitting at lobby with drinks and coffee and watched them.Majority of people did not tip at all ,but they still gave them same service and smiles.Just amazing people .From front desk to housekeeping ,servers,landscaping .Definitely they are the reason to come back. Thank you all beautiful souls for making our Holiday special.

Had to change room three times. First room had no working AC. We reported the issue in the morning and we returned to our hotel room at night it wasn’t fixed. They put us in the room with twin beds after we confirmed king size. We had to pack our luggage and go down stairs to lobby only to be back on the third floor right next to our old room. Supervisor was never available. At multiple requests to speak to supervisor we were told to come back in 30 mins but no success. Concierge offered complementary massage for our troubles but never scheduled/informed us of scheduled time after reaching out to him.

This was by far the worst stay I have ever had at an all inclusive resort. My family and I stayed 6 nights 7 days. If I had known I would spend over $5,000 to not be able to make a dinner reservation, not receive help or services when requested, stay in a room that was dirty and poorly maintained, listen to a three hour sales pitch about “joining the family” (biggest scam I’ve ever heard) I would have saved my money and went to a different resort. I will never recommend a Palladium/TRS resort to anyone moving forward.

Cesar started our vacation off right with excellent service. Francisco helped with our excursions and explained everything. Tony from the El Dorado went above and beyond for me the night we ate dinner there. Francel at the front valet area was excellent and helped with all transportation even while on the resort. And our favorite, Gerson the pool bartender at the Palace, really made this an exceptional experience. He remembered our drinks from the first day (we do tip) and his personality is very warm and welcoming. I will never forget our favorite bartender, even got a picture with him. The overall experience was incredible!!

The check in process was flawless, Natalia Herrera provided an exceptional service. However, Edwin the concierge, didn’t provided all the information regarding the “special breakfast” that he would take us. He did not specified that the breakfast was to take a Palladium Travel Club orientation. We were informed of the orientation once he took us to the travel club. The orientation took more than 2 hours even when we specified that we are not interested, we just wanted to enjoy our vacations. They kept insisting and we had to keep saying that we were not interested. That was an awful experience, because the concierge never specified to us that he was going to take us to an orientation of the travel club. If he had specified that we wouldn’t accept the “special breakfast”. We lost 1/2 vacation day due to that inconvenience. Also, we had a romance suite and the bathroom shower floor was dirty, there were bugs in the bathroom. We reported that the coffee maker was not working and they never replaced it. The room door doesn't work properly, we had issues every day trying to open it. It seems like the door has something that keep t locked. There are cats at the breakfast and dinner buffet, La Cathedral. Food quality and diversity is average.

The property was lovely and maybe a bit too large. They did have continual carts driving around to take you to wherever you wanted to go on the property. It took us awhile to figure out the property and we were eventually able to walk wherever we wanted to go. The public washrooms were a bit of a disaster, not very well maintained but the rooms were excellent with daily cleaning. There are a number of buffets there. The restaurants were a bit difficult to find seats available. It is well advised to reserve them in advance.

The gardens and the beach are beautiful! But solicitors on the property are constantly there on the beach all around trying to sell stuff and activities it really unnecessary and frustrating true the all day for this reason I may don’t want to go back !

I personally would never go back here. The food was horrible. My boyfriend got sick from the shrimp at Bamboo. Food poisoning all night which caused us to miss a whole day on the resort. The rooms are dated, there is bugs all over the bathroom & our shower head broke while also dealing with a clogged sink. There was a storm during our stay. The power went out which left us with no electricity for a while. The facilities itself are beautiful. The resort is huge and it takes at least 15 minutes to get to everything. There are shuttles but they are rude when you ask them to drive you somewhere. Also, the drug and mini mart has no good options for snacks or drinks. Lastly, they have people all over the resort literally attacking you to buy their stuff. I wanted to relax on the beach instead I have people coming up to me to buy their jewelry or get my hair braided. Overall I would rate my trip here a 2/10. Never going back.

The beach, landscaping, and pools are gorgeous! The variety of pools and lounging options were fantastic, including swim up bars. The beach is well kept with great swimming areas and lifeguards. The resort, free activities, and entertainment are average. The good entertainment (cabaret, bingo, etc) were all upsell and additional charges. The food and food availability was not great. We definitely eat better cooking at home, everything tasted a bit off from the intended mark. You need a dinner reservation for every restaurant except the buffet and sports bar. Reservations are hard to get and close at 3pm so you have to plan far in advance and book through their app - but you still may not get to go to all the places you want due to availability. Room service was hit or miss, sometimes it NEVER came, and was only free 11a-11p. At the opposite hours it was $17 for room service. Everyone in our group had gut issues at some point during the week due to the food quality and lack of proper refrigeration. If you are a foodie, this is NOT the resort for you. All in all a beautiful, tropical place but with lots of hidden fees if you want things other all-inclusive resorts typically include like quality entertainment, cold beer, and room service for breakfast.
