The Hyatt House in Mid-town is a perfect location to visit Nashville. The walk to downtown is 30min along Broadway. For dining there are also some good options nearby, 10min walk. Parking garage at the hotel is convenient but expensive.

In general, the hotel was clean and quiet (during sleeping hours). The H Bar needs some improvements to keep up with more than a few guests (more staff) and the photos around the hotel that promote the bar depict food options that are quite inviting...however the food that is served is much less delectable. If you're looking for luxury you will need to go further down tge street and pay MUCH more... however if you just need a quiet, clean, sufficient accommodation then the Hyatt House is just fine.

Within walking distance of downtown nashville. Bar was never open when there, breakfast was mediocre. There was a problem with the lifts when we were there, it was solved within 24 hours. Thank you for the room upgrades xx

Easy walk to Broadway, coffee shop across the street. A fun little rooftop, pool and bar. Great selection at breakfast. Electric bikes and scooters are parked everywhere. Bed was super comfortable. The view was amazing. Loved having a covered parking. We had a fantastic time. This is one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in.

Breakfast had a good selection of options and the roof top pool was cool. Having a sliding bathroom door was not ideal. Service was friendly. Location not walkable for most attractions in Nashville but Uber rides were always available in the area.

Decent breakfast, okay pool - max depth is 3 feet and the water was very warm (too warm for 110 degree daytime highs). The staff were the best part of this hotel in my opinion. There were blood drops on the carpet in our room. Really gross - the front desk staff moved us and mentioned the carpet is all being replaced in a few weeks, but super gross either way. The bathroom doors are really hard to roll, and our came off the track - staff fixed it quickly but will very hard to close. I dropped something under the bed and when I looked to find it, there was a ton of goldfish crackers and crap from previous guests under the bed. Also gross lol

First staff member extremely friendly, personal, helpful. At check out, we seemed to be bothering the woman. Hall way by the elevators on 8th floor smelled like vomit, reported to front desk and nothing was done about it. No soap in the bathroom. WiFi was cutting in and out all night. Worst of it, had to pay $45 dollar to park at the hotel I already paid $185 to stay out.

Thhe toilet leaked around the base in room #1106. The shower had mold in the crevices. The soiled laundry bag was too small. The food was great. A room key necessary to use the elevator was a bit much. The prices on the snacks was ehhorbatant ($4.00 for a small bag of chips?).

The room was wonderful! Roomy suite, nice seating area, full kitchenette, nice TV that swiveled between the bedroom and the seating area. Everybody's complaint is that parking is not free or included in the price or the room. Instead they charge a separate daily parking fee which can add up. Nice large room with a kitchen and tiny refrigerator, well decorated and quiet except when any door in the hallway slams shut and they all do. The shower was fancy but not straight forward to operate. You must hold down the handle a few seconds to flush the toilet. The morning light seeped through the windows. Very limited drawers for clothing storage. The parking mechanism was problematic and rarely worked correctly. The rooms and daily parking were expensive. On my next visit I'll likely try a different hotel.

The front desk employee gave us a key that wouldn’t operate the elevator and open our room. He finally came over to the elevator with his key to allow us to get to our room. Upon getting to the room door we attempted to use our key which didn’t work. He used his key. He was walking around in his socks without shoes. He kept the keys he issued to us. After breakfast the next morning we went to the desk to get keys to get in our room. They were very pleasant and helpful unlike the check-in staff member.

10min from arriving walked through the room. Opened the sofa bed for my daughters and it was folded up with food and confetti from a party all inside. The bathroom has pubes and hair all throughout the corners and trim areas. The body wash and conditioner were empty. This room was never cleaned. I discussed my frustration with the front desk and handed over my key, asked for my money back and I left to another hotel. I have yet to receive my money back or a call from their manager as discussed with the front desk. They also had no manager on duty when I asked. They need to be shut down and inspected by the health department. Absolutely disgusting and their employees obviously don’t care. Low class all around.

Different room give me. when i booked with kitchen but step says room is full and no kitchen. I don't have any other choice. And when i check out today 3am. Only one women work at the counter. I requested print with receipt but she say system down so wait 15 to 20 min. I understood sometimes happening. But she is working attitude is really bad. Please fix like this problems.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House in Nashville. It’s a quiet and comfortable place with a beautiful building and well-designed rooms. Everything was exceptionally clean, and I want to commend the housekeeping staff for their attention to detail. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. At checkout, the front desk associate went out of her way to explain my Hyatt points and how to use them, which I really appreciated. Overall, it felt like the staff consistently went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great! Very clean and quiet. The reception is big and open with a lot of room to hang out. Breakfast was great . Staff was great! We had a heating issue in our room and they offered another which we didn’t need but we’re so kind and apologetic and waived our parking fee. They were so nice!! I can’t remember the receptionist names but the property manager Michael was so nice and accommodating! Will stay again!!!

It was a great location about 10 mins to Broadway and other popular attractions. A great selection of breakfast items were offered, very complete and it was tasty. This was by far the best breakfast provided that I have ever had at a hotel.

It was good. But the food was not up to standards. It did not feel fresh and the way the serving spoons were just left in the containers was very unhygienic. They should have a separate spoon holder/rest with every dish so spoons don't go inside clean food.
