This review is related to the hotels inability to locate an important package for me for 3 days. On Friday, a wildly important package was delivered to the hotel for me. Proof of deliver said “Hilton.” I called and expected this to be an easy find. I was wrong. Hotel staff said it wasn’t at the dock, the front desk. Engineering didn’t have it. Meetings didn’t have it. It wasn’t in the log and according to the hotel, anything that has a guests name on it is added to the log. I called all weekend looking for updates and seeing if they found it, to no avail. Miss K and Paris had absolutely no idea where it was despite saying it was delivered. Upon arrival I asked Miss K if I could go down to the dock and look for it with her and she said “absolutely not…” So that was that. A disappearing package into the dark hole that is the Hilton Green Hills. UNTIL.. the next morning. The day I need the package, the new staff at the front desk remarks- “oh yeah, I think I remember seeing that Friday.” The head of engineering heads down to spoken known location and returns with the package. How communication and process for taking packages at this hotel could be terrible that it out my job in jeopardy is unacceptable. Nothing was ever logged. There was no landing spot for all packages. One person knew where it was and I was lucky he was there that morning. Lastly, hotels.com offers an executive floor for a higher rate, but there is no lounge. It. O longer exists. Correct that?

Most expensive hotel in cross country trip. $30 per person for breakfast is an insult. $35 for parking as well. Include these things in the price to make the experience feel luxurious not money grubbing.

It was disappointing to find out that the rooftop bar was closed. We returned from dinner early to to be able to go up and view the city but were unable to enjoy it. We booked a room on the executive level to be able to enjoy the executive lounge that was also closed.

Great hotel. Beautiful decor. Best part is the rooftop pool with amazing views and a bar where you can not only order drinks but dinner can be brought up from the restaurant downstairs. Service was great, beds were comfortable, perfect location in green hills.

I wasn't given quite enough information to navigate the elevator or the parking garage properly (must use room key for both). The price to park was pretty high. The area was really nice, with lots of options for dining. Most of those were close enough to walk (although we didn't).

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are pretty small but functional. Friendly check in. Sky bar said it was open 4-10 but wasn’t. Said they had valet parking but didn’t. The parking garage was just next to the hotel so not a big deal. Main bar bartenders were so slow.

AC was weird in the room, it just wouldn't get quite cool enough for me, and seemed to be off unless I was moving around which doesn't work so well at night. Roof top bar was lovely, but they don't have enough glassware to serve people (plastic because of pool) Bartender up there was magnificent. didn't pay attention checking but you have to use your room card to get to the floor you want, so had a moment or two of confusion about that.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location. It was very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. They have live music at the bar at night. I would definitely stay here again. You have to have your room key to exit the parking garage. Not an issue unless you check out and leave the key at the desk.

Nice hotel but needed some TLC. Furniture in business center / lobby damaged and worn. Bathroom smelled like mildew (Despite looking clean). Toilet water supply / fill was broken, had to fiddle with it to flush. Convenient location and nice overall.

I stayed at this hotel in January 2026 during the ice storm that left 50% of Nashvillians without heat and electricity in single digit temperatures for many days. The hotel became fully booked quickly. The dedicated staff did an excellent job accommodating guests’ needs in a professional manner. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. First class!

Briefly, when we got there, the room was not ready. After an hour and a half wait they got us in. There were dirty coffee cups in the room when we checked in. Housekeeping did not remove them the whole time we were there. Our room door was left open after the housekeeping crew was there the first day. A water pipe broke and we had to change rooms. The room we changed to the toilet didn’t work and we had to go to a third room.

Three nights in Nashville at a beautiful Hilton. We didn’t want to be near all the craziness so we picked an outer neighborhood location and we’re very happy with it. Super comfortable beds and beautiful room. Truly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in many Hilton properties and this is the first time we have been disappointed. When we arrived in the room, the toilet would not work and had not been cleaned. The room had several stains on the carpet and baseboards, and the towel holder in the bathroom was broken. None of these were a big deal, but it wasn’t the Hilton experience I am used to.

Arrived at the hotel and was truly impressed with how nice and clean everything was. Made it to the room and the AC unit wouldn’t work, nor would the television. Contacted the front desk and they sent someone up to look at it, and they couldn’t get the air to work nor could they fix the tv. I was told they would contact the front desk and have me moved to another room. Two hours later I still had not heard anything back, so I went to the lobby and stood in line forever and was told by the lady behind the desk, they were working on correcting the issue. I informed her that we had a concert at the Nissan stadium we were about to head to and asked if we needed to load our bags up so when we came back we could go to another room. She informed me to leave my luggage and they would have it all corrected by the time we got back. We arrived back at the hotel and the next shift had no clue what I was talking about. They sent another maintenance man to look at the air and television and he informed me the ac unit and as set to low and the unit was frozen… it was set on 65 and the room was 76 degrees. He said it should unfreeze at some point.. he did manage to bring another television at 1233 at night.. the first maintenance man told me they had no other television to replace the broke one but the second one managed to find one.. but a easier fix would have been to just swap the rooms from the start or something. I’m very very very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When you

Beautiful property and rooms. I was very frustrated with the very long check in. It seemed to take 15 or 20 minutes before I was helped. They only have one person working check in and she also had to answer the phone. And once I finally got checked in the elevators were difficult to use. Other than that a beautiful property and the restaurant/bar staff was excellent.

I really wish, I could write a positive review about this hotel because I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very nice and the location was great. However, upon leaving the hotel, I discovered I was charged an additional 25 dollars for a “market” purchase. I have called 4 times since my stay over a month ago, explaining each time that I never purchased anything from the market area and I wasn’t even at the hotel the day the charge occurred except to sleep. Each time I have been told they are investigating the incident and they took my information. The last time they called me, I was told it could take over a month for the investigation to be complete because they need to go through all the receipts for that day, when the previous call I was told the manager would call me and they would have the result by the end of the weekend (this was already two weeks after my stay by this point). Now over a month after I checked out, I have still not received a call or a refund for the amount I was wrongfully charged.

The room itself was fine, though I don't understand the current climate of not having a normal door to the bathroom. The lower rating is because you get nickel and dimed over everything else. Parking's not included, no complimentary breakfast, etc. Seems silly for how much the rooms cost. Also, I was charged someone else's dinner during my stay and had to contact them four separate times to get back the money they stole from me.

I had some issues with my reservation when checking in, the front desk staff were so helpful in rectifying the problem. Throughout my stay, every time I passed through the lobby, they said hi & checked to make sure everything was good. Not only was the hotel immaculate, the customer service was outstanding!

This hotel is located in a quiet more affluent part of Nashville. It is well decorated, clean and the staff are all polite. The only downside is the Uber charges, this hotel is not located close to downtown, and depending on the time of day, the Uber fees can be quite costly. Otherwise, this is a great hotel and I would certainly stay here again.

Mooi hotel. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Kamer was schoon. Alleen het geluid van de airco was storend tijdens het slapen. Badkamer ook erg schoon en netjes. We hadden ook ontbijt erbij, maar dat viel erg tegen. Beperkte opties om echt te ontbijten. Verder was het helemaal top.

The beds were super comfy and room was clean and well stocked. We had brunch on Saturday, and it was delicious! I had the crab meat avocado toast. Yum! Staff was very helpful whenever I asked questions. Parking was easy to access. The road leading to the hotel is horrible; needs repairs badly. Pot holes everywhere. I know hotel isn't responsible for that, but it was annoying. Ac wasn't working at rooftop bar, so that was uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great. I would definitely stay there again.

staff great, rooms were clean. Had trouble exiting the garage - ticket was returned with message about using another machine instead (there is only one). Also, Starbucks isn't a real starbucks and our drinks were terrible. I literally just threw mine away after tasting it.

The hotel itself was very nice. The restaurant was an unexpected disaster. Each morning we went, it took three people to bring us our coffee. Three people to process our order. The food took a really long time. when we finally got it a simple order came in stages), it was pretty good. On our second day, there was only a $22 buffet and no menu. We eventually left without eating. Because the restaurant was such a mess, we would have to think about returning to the hotel. It’s really too bad.
