A great property if you have an extended stay - access to kitchen amenities. Very close to many restaurants and shops. The only dislike was that the peoperty was close to the interstate and if you are a light sleeper you will not like the interstate noise.

The check in was great. But they didn’t have any carts so we could bring our luggage to the room. The young lady at the front went as far to walk the floors to look for one. We believe other guest stored them in their room overnight. Did not enjoy the breakfast the next morning. Biscuits were cold and a bowl of oranges were but out and a few of them had mold on them. The employees who set up the breakfast needs to pay more attention to the fruits before servring them to guest.

Rough check in and stay. From keys not working, shower drain being clogged, to not having access to get the crib/pack n play for our infant from the room it was stored in. Stayed they knew about the shower drain issue as well.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My car was broken into right in front of the entrance of the hotel. A black woman with a red wig was on for the overnight shift. My vehicle was literally in plain view of the front check in desk yet no one seen or heard anything. I stayed here on a Friday night into Saturday morning and was suppose to stay until Sunday. . Better believe I would never come back!! I came out to see that someone had shattered my sunroof, rummaged through my car and dismantled my alarm trying to take it. Staff didn’t call any managers when asked and did not accommodate me. Instead when leaving the black bald head man with glasses on the day shift m wanted to give me a lecture about my service dog after deciding to check out. I called the cops, filed a report and the cop asked for video footage from the hotel but of course they didn’t have any! Don’t stay here!!!

Facilities were nice and clean. Our room was next to the outdoor grill area; there was a party going on until 3 am one morning - music, loud talking/laughing, drinking. Spoke to front desk and they were very helpful and said they'd take care of it. No late party the next night. The day we checked out the same group was outside in the morning smoking weed in the same area - the entrance to the hotel was right next to this area. My wife, our 11-year old, and I had to walk through smell of weed several times while loading our car.

A Disappointing Stay: Avoid This Hotel My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, severely impacting what was supposed to be a special weekend with my kids. The primary reason I booked this hotel was for the barbecue grill, which I specifically called ahead to confirm was working and clean. I was assured it was meticulously maintained daily. This was a complete falsehood. Upon arrival, the grill was disgustingly dirty, rendering it unusable for our planned family barbecue. The issues didn't stop there. Despite booking a room with kitchen facilities, it took over an hour for the staff to provide basic kitchenware like pots, pans, and knives – items that should have been readily available. I wouldn’t recommend staying the night. Upon arrival I couldn’t find a cart to transfer my luggage and front clerk was very rude. The room was not clean and the noise from traffic kept me up due to bad windows and the breakfast was horrible!

The stay had its high and low moments. I’m used to a higher standard for hotels so I had to adjust to 3 star treatment. The hotel is new but the beds are old in appearance. When you need clean linen or towels, you have to gather the dirty items and bring them to the front desk for clean items. The breakfast was good. One of the cooks was lively and loved to sing. Some of the staff was weird. They barely wore uniforms or sat behind the desk. I was there 4 nights so I ended up learning who was who over time. One encounter we had was the housekeeper coming to clean with her children at work. She then had another strange man walk in to visit her without knocking. We felt unsafe with this moment and didn’t want additional cleanings in fear our belongings would be tampered with. Our pool day was ok until the manager shouted out to us to verify if we had a room there. That was rude, but we assumed it was the nature of the staff because the behaviors were similar. Overall, the stay ended up ok but it was a weird journey,

Notice that room was dirty upon checking in, but was too tired to do anything about it. Woke up the next morning to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher leftover food in the refrigerator some type of white substance all over the carpet and hair that was not mine all over the vanity and the shower complain to the front desk said he was going to have a total cleaning of the room came back and the only thing that was done was the carpet was vacuumed was vacuumed then I discovered the microwave in the room did not work

I had to change rooms 3 times because none of the bathrooms were . There were stains in and on the toilets and showers. Lady at front desk gave me Clorox wipes and Lysol after trying a room on a different floor that was still not properly cleaned.

When I checked in I noticed that there was still fingerprints on every thing, grease smudges on the table, tv and the shower curtain was moldy and orange. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The elevator was grease and just gross.

From the outside, this property looks very inviting and promising. However, once inside it was so filthy and it smelled terrible. Nothing we could do, because it was already paid for! Our room was tiny and disgusting! Dead flies everywhere, and one on the bed! The counters all felt greasy and the mirror was filthy! At one point my husband turned on the kitchen sink and water leaked everywhere from under the counter! The bathroom had dried bugs and “other” dried things on the walls too! Morning couldn’t have come fast enough!

We went down for breakfast our first morning, listed as ‘til 10am per the website, and the staff were rapidly cleaning around 930. Borderline annoyed we were in their way. We mentioned it to the staff at the desk who pointed to their paper posting that said it was until 930 am, said it had been that way for 5 years. When we showed them the website, he remarked, “is that this location?” To which we replied it was. No Apology, no sorry for any misunderstanding, nothing. For Marriott to have built their reputation on customer service, this wasn’t up to par.

Initial room adjacent to major highway. After awake all night from noise, requested a move to another room. They mentioned at the time of this request, that many people request a different room when placed near the highway. The new room, had no pan or spatula as in the previous room for the extended stay purpose of this hotel. In addition, the microwave was not working, multiple lightbulbs were burnt out, the toilet paper rack was falling off the wall, the bathtub drain was clogged, and there was a toothpick under the cushion of the chair. Requested the next day for the microwave to be repaired, and obtain a spatula and frying pan. Neither occurred over the course of the five day stay. No further acknowledgment of any of our requests made. Garbage bags that we were instructed to leave in the hallway for were not picked up for over 24 hours on at least one occasion. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained, and poorly managed. An overall very disappointing experience after a pleasant stay at the Ocala Florida location of this hotel. The difference clearly related to management.

I GOT ROOM 2002, AND CUD NOT SLEEP IN THE NIGHT BECAUSE OF THE FWY BEING RIGHT OUTSIDE, THE NOISE OF CARS UP AND DOWN WERE DISTURBING. OUR FRIENDS WHO STAYED IN ROOM 404, SIMILAR TO. MINE MOVED OUT TH E NEXT DAY TO THE MARRIOTT RESIDENCES. I CHOSE TO STAY AND PUT UP WITH THE HINDERANCE.

My husband and I stayed here for graduation at Ole Miss for the weekend. The hotel is very close to shopping and dining. Close to the highway, so noise was kinda noisy. This was the first time I’ve stayed here and was disappointed. This was the smallest studio room I’ve been in. The air was working properly after we went to bed. I called downstairs and was told there was no one to check it, so at 1something in the am I had to go to the car to get my fan. At this time the young lady gave me batteries to put in hoping that would help the thermostat. It did not. I’ve stayed here so many times but this trip was not it. Overall it is really a nice hotel. Located in a great spot. Everything you need is a short drive away.

don't stay here, the management sucks, they will cancel your room because "orbitz" is not priority. We booked 2 rooms and they cancelled 1 but we were forced to keep the first one. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The property is incredibly well located near TONS of shopping and restaurants. It’s a little noisy near the highway but once traffic dies down it’s not too bad. Would definitely stay here again!

A great property if you have an extended stay - access to kitchen amenities. Very close to many restaurants and shops. The only dislike was that the peoperty was close to the interstate and if you are a light sleeper you will not like the interstate noise.

The check in was great. But they didn’t have any carts so we could bring our luggage to the room. The young lady at the front went as far to walk the floors to look for one. We believe other guest stored them in their room overnight. Did not enjoy the breakfast the next morning. Biscuits were cold and a bowl of oranges were but out and a few of them had mold on them. The employees who set up the breakfast needs to pay more attention to the fruits before servring them to guest.

For Marriott to have built their reputation on customer service, this wasn’t up to par.
