From the time we arrived until our departure we received great customer service. The gentleman who met us when we arrived to help with bags provided great recommendations for food and things to do in the are. The bar and bartenders were friendly and made awesome drinks. I would recommend and will be back again!

The bathroom shower drain seemed slightly clogged. Everything else as far as the room was great. The bartender Fabian was amazing! The pool is nice, however it needs a detailed cleaning around the entire pool there is caked up dirt on the numbers the shows how deep the water is. Overall 9/10 stay. I would recommend to my friends or family.

This property is an excellent place to stay & the staff is very professional.. The 2nd floor has a restaurant , racing cars , bar & lounge, & live entertainment . We chose a room with a balcony which is large & overlooking the shops , restaurants , & an entertainment area. Also , on the property is a , movie theatre, & a game room . I strongly recommend this property for your next trip to Daytona , Florida.

Our family reunion used this exquisite location to host relatives from all over the United States. We were pleased with the cleanliness and a delightful aroma upon entering the main floor. It was also rather unique to have different model race cars throught the lobby. Also the 2nd floor guest service clerks were pleasant and courteous. The luxurious pool area was giving old Hollywood glam. I definitely would rate this 5 star hotel experience a 10 out of 10.

This was a beautiful hotel! The staff was very accommodating. The facilities were top notch. The included breakfast buffet was good. Interested in booking again when we are back in Daytona Beach!

I recently stayed at the Daytona Autograph Collection in Florida for the first time, and overall, I had a great experience. The hotel's location and surroundings were excellent, and the service was top-notch. However, I did have some issues with the room cleaning. While the housekeeper did change the towels, wipe down the bathroom sink, and remove visible trash, she missed a few key details. Specifically, she didn't replace the used drinking glasses from the previous night, thoroughly clean the toilet bowl area, or replace the dirty bathrobes. As a result, I would give the hotel a 3 out of 5 for cleanliness. Despite this, everything else about my stay was great, and I would still recommend the hotel.

We checked in early evening, dropped the luggage as we had a reservation next door at the brewery for dinner (Excellent food and atmosphere). After dinner we walked around One Daytona and see what was available. We then headed to the room to get to sleep as we had to be on the baseball field at 6:45am. I then discovered hair in the bathroom sink that I quickly washed down the drain in disgust only to look over and see this clump of hair on the shower wall. If we were not already so tired and had to get up early I would have checked out that night and went elsewhere. The room was disgusting and Un clean, but they made sure to charge me the service fee upon check-in!

Immaculate hotel cleaness is impeccable. The environment from inside hotel to everything that literally in walking distance. There is Nothing to complain about something for ages 6-99. Don't forget Daytona Speed Way literally across the street. You have restaurants movies game time Ben and Jerry's ice cream shop etc... You regret yoy did not go sooner. Kudos to Malcolm at check in😊

Rooms need to be properly checked the shower wasn’t draining. There was a couple hairs on the floor from other people and they’re also was an odor. Walk into the room.

Beautiful area. Greeted at entrance by someone since checkin lobby is on second floor. Very clean.. Rooms were spectacular !!! Modern and clean. Lobby decorations theme beautiful.. Restaurant was also on second floor and wine bar. Love it!!!

My room was the floor level right above the Lobby area, and they were playing very loud music. All i could hear was the bass from the music, i called and asked about it and FD agent stated it would be over around 10:30-11p. That's kinda late for some people. Next time possibly ask if they would like to be moved.. But other than that a very nice hotel and would stay again, just at a higher floor. Thanks-HD

fantastic hotel. my only dislike was our hotel door lock broke twice. both time we had to wait for it to be repaired, when we were expected to be some place. everyone was very poliet but when i asked for some type of compensation back, no major concessions were made. it was an inconvenience.

My husband and I enjoyed our one night stay. There are many things we liked about the property: the modern bathrooms, the balcony size and view, the convenience of having Blue Flame onsite. The entire staff was pleasant and hospitable.

im not certain, we arrived an our room was ready, very happy with the size and balcony. paid extra for the balcony. our second night there was loud DJ and party in the open outdoor area the floor before and the music did not stop till 11 and we couldn't enjoy the balcony which we paid extra tor bc the music was so loud below.

I loved this place! A beautiful hotel in a great location. Music playing around property made it even better. Spacious rooms and amazing pool area too. My only complaint was low water pressure in the shower.

Pull out couch was very uncomfortable for my teenage son. Bathroom lid was nasty and something dried to it. And shower missing draining cover. It’s located by everything. And it’s a lot to do in the area if you don’t want to move your car.

we went to Supercross then out for the night came back at 3 am to our door key not working because the battery was dead in the door. went to the front desk only to sit and wait for 20 mins because the attendant was outside somewhere.

Check in they said I got another type of room, my room type didn’t “ exist, I am a Marriott member. Crib wasn’t in the room until I called again at 8:30pm at night. Staff and cleaning team was very rude. From beginning to end of stay I was disappointed.

We recommend this autograph collection hotel. Chic and unique setting from the lobby, restaurant, rooms and patio areas. The reception staff were really pleasant. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the speedway. Great place to take pics and share.

Everything and everyone was fantastic from the moment we set foot on the property. The bellhop, Doug was friendly, helpful and showed us the fun stuff to see nearby. The front end staff and the restaurant staff all were just fun loving and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. If we needed anything it was a far as a request away. The menu at the Blue Flame was AMAZING!! The food was worth every penny. Don’t get the all you can eat buffet, get menu items!!! The hollandaise sauces are superb! We will be staying again. So very worth it! Thank you for a great anniversary weekend!

This isn't the first time I stayed there, I noticed last time I stayed there nobody eats at that blue flame restaurant so I tried it. That was a rip off. When you know I tried it again this time? Oh my God ravioli dinner 32 dollars. This is a joke right?? 9 pieces of ravioli in a bowl and it barely covered the bottom of the bowl. It must be a joke it's got to be a joke you people are crazy and you wonder why nobody eats there. It's horrible how can you stay at such a nice hotel and the wait staff serving you you can't even find, when you do see him they're on their cell phone or watching a television. There can be one or two customers in there and they still don't pay attention to you unbelievable. The front desk staff that's another story, they're fantastic
