We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, it was all very fresh with lovely homemade yogurts. The rooftop bar was beautifully done, I recommend the fabulous cocktails.

Ein sehr schönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit einem super Frühstück, sehr freundlichem und kompetenten Personal. Die Rooftop Bar, im 6. Stockwerk über den Dächern von Budapest, mit seinen ausgeklügelten Speisen und leckeren Cocktails muss man einfach probieren! Man kann wirklich Alles ohne jegliches "Aber" weiterempfehlen!!!

Bei unserer Ankunft am frühen Morgen bekamen wir gleich einen Kaffee und Gebäck angeboten. Wir konnten die Formalitäten für den Check in erledigen und den Koffer schonmal unterstellen. Sensationelles Frühstück u.a. gabs jeden Morgen frisch gepressten Orangensaft, Sekt und leckeren Kaffee - letzterer ist uns sehr wichtig 😉. Im UG gibts ein Jacuzzi und auf dem Dach eine tolle offene Bar. Beides haben wir aber nicht ausprobiert. Das Hotel hat einen sehr gut durchdachtes Konzept und wir kommen gerne wieder…

This is still by far, one of the best hotels in Budapest. The Staff are incredibly polite and professional. The hotel is styled beautifully and the rooms are lovely. There is a great selection of choices for Breakfast and the Spa is a welcomed after a tiring day. Location is exceptional *****

The staff and young ladies at breakfast were all very nice and helpful. The jacuzzi was great after a long day of walking. The only critique is there was no air in the room and when you open the windows it can get very loud outside

En liten perle i Old Town. God frokost, god service, gode senger og godt renhold. Hotellet er velholdt. Lite men fint treningsrom i kjelleren med en liten SPA avdeling. Fin takterrasse med godt tilbud av mat og drikke.Hotellet ligger i en stille sidegate nær offentlig transport, men det tar kun 10 min å gå handlegatene. Mange gode restauranter i nærheten.

From arrival the staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and topped up regularly. We had drinks on the rooftop bar which is stunning. We didn’t manage to make use of the hotel spa as we made the most of our days out and beautiful weather. Would highly recommend this hotel we had a lovely stay, comfortable, quiet and close to everything we needed.

The hotel was in a prime location for dining out, tourist attractions, public transport etc. breakfast was disappointing for vegetarians. The room was not cleaned for whole of our stay! Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Superfornøyd med hotelet. Meget hyggelige ansatte, utmerket service. Store rom med komfortable senger, pute meny, badekåper og tøfler. God renhold. Hotel ligger i stille sidegate, så det er ingen støy fra trafikk, samtidig er man ikke lang fra travle handlegater, severdigheter og metrostasjon bare hundre meter fra hotelldøra. Flott spa området i underetasjen med sauna og boblebad. Bra frokost og god kaffe. Anbefaler dette hotelet og vil gjerne komme tilbake til Memories Old Town i Budapest.

We were really impressed with everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, very elegant, and all our requirements were met. The location was local to vibrant areas, tucked down a side street but within a 5 minute walk which was perfect - any closer may have felt too busy. The only thing which we would have preferred would be to have more privacy with the bathroom area. We chose a suite with a bath which had no bathroom door dividing the bedroom and bathroom. It did look lovely though and felt very modern and open.

Great location, we stayed in room 102 - it was quite large and had a bathtub. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go, and on a very quiet little street. Breakfast was good for a boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly and. Helpful.

Overall it was a nice hotel and great location to trains etc. Becareful I went to the wrong location. Make sure you go to old town. I was a little disappointed they wouldn’t let me check in early. They do have a luggage area. I wished they would have put my name on the bags. The room was nice and quiet. The beds were hard so I put a comforter down to make it less firm. The staff aren’t very friendly. I wish the towels were softer. If you do not use cleaning service they give you a small gift.

Le petit déjeuner est standard, pas aussi copieux et varié qu’annoncé 3. Le rooftop n’est ouvert que du jeudi au samedi…dommage si vous séjournez du dimanche au mercredi…

It was okay. The airconditioning didn't work properly (way too hot for a room with 2 people even when it was -5 degrees in the night). I had to reprogram the airconditioning unit, and had someone the next day coming into our room to re-adjust the AC. Didn't bother me because I just - again - reprogrammed it to set it to a comfortably 19 degrees with semi blast of air into the room. The mattress as well was extremely tough to sleep on so would not recommend.

I was with a group of friends and found the accessibility to everything we wanted to see very easy to find and walk to. The front staff was very welcoming. We arrived earlier than check in, but were treated to coffee and pastries while our bags were tagged and stored.

The hotel was lovely and had a nice little touch in the spa area and bottle of wine on arrival. We liked that the hotel could arrange airport transfers and excursions. The night staff lady, Xeni, was particularly helpful. She went above and beyond and made our holiday run more smoothly, such as helping us figure out how to use the metro. While the other staff were friendly qnd nice, Xeni made our holiday feel extra special. The only downside was we felt that the hotel and our room was too hot, despite staying in winter! Price, communication, etc was brilliant. The hotel was down a side road meaning it was quiet and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in Budapest that is close to all attractions.

Breakfast was great, had the St Martin's Day meal in the evening which was good value and the food was lovely especially with the wine pairings. Travelling with a small child and the play area was a good asset at the end of the day. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great stay.

Idéalement situé près de la place Calvin: métro, bus , tram.Non loin des Grandes Halles, du Pont des Chaînes et du Danube. Rue très calme. Décoration sobre et de bon goût. Chambre confortable.
