A very quirky and eclectic hotel. Interesting decor, style and ambiance. Not your typical hotel. Fairly close to restaurants. Jewish quarter is walkable. The rest is by taxi or public transport. The rooms and common areas are dark. It may be the mood the hotel is trying to set but I need light. Also, the breakfast a format is not to my liking. You have to reserve a time time and table to eat in the very small dining area. They need more fresh sliced fruit.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this luxurious boutique hotel. It was located across the street from a quiet park and they greeted us with Prosecco, a very nice touch. The room had high ceilings and the room came with Netflix. There was so much to see in the area, that we never once turned on the TV. We passed by a cute cat museum (Cats Museum Kft) which was 1 block away. It was such a fun time in there for a pet lover like me. The breakfast was very cute and the staff was very accomadating. My only concern was when my husband cut himself on the bathroom glass table. It's corner was previously chipped. However, the staff was quick to remove the table and provided an alcohol pad. Unfortunately they did not have Bandaids. But they followed up with us the next day to make sure my husband was okay. All in all, I would stay here again, for it's location, spacious rooms, breakfast, view and friendly staff! One of our best accommodations yet!

The entrance lobby is a little shabby, and the pictures of the courtyard are deceiving--tiny courtyard. However, the service was very good and friendly. The room was very clean, ample space and the bed comfortable. Centrally located. Can walk many places and public transportation easily accessible. Would book again.

Small intimate, boutique hotel. Adults only which makes the place nice and quiet. The location is perfect. Close to everything - shops, restaurants, areas of interest and the hotel is across the road from a small park. You're in the city, heart of everything but at the same time, you have that neighbourhood feel to it. Our room was very spacious on the top floor. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and it had everything that we needed. Breakfast was included. It had a good selection of pastries, cereal, fruit, nuts, coffee, juice etc. I highly recommend this hotel to those wanting a quiet place to stay.

Stylish Adults ONLY boutique hotel in the perfect location with exceptional service. The hotel is central to everything. An easy 8 minute walk to the white or green bridges, the Synagogue, New York Cafe and the Ruins. It is across from a beautiful park and close to our 2 favorite restaurants Ruben and Jouri. King sized well appointed rooms, with a chic decor. Stays include breakfast in the sitting room or courtyard. Customer service EXCEEDS your expectations. In particular, Ann and Malek who gave us great recommendations and catered to our every need.

This was a special boutique hotel. Would absolutely stay here again if in Budapest. Wonderful service, above and beyond! Very appreciative of everyone and everything while we were there. Great location right off a main road but next to a quaint local park. PS. Love that it is adults only! No noisy children!

The hotel is good but I would not consider it a 4 star hotel. The AC doesn't work, there are no phones in the room, the rooms face inwards with no views, the elevator does not stop at every floor so you need to take stairs with your luggage, there is nobody to help with luggage, and the staff is pushy to buy tickets through the hotel. If they fix some of these things it would have been a perfect stay

Excellent service, nice sized room, comfortable. Delicious breakfast, but no hot dishes and served in a small area, which was okay with us. The reason we didn’t give a 5 star rating overall is because we felt the hotel was poorly lit at the entrance, corridors, close to elevator. Since we are senior citizens, we’d like to be able to see clearly where we’re walking. Also, there’s a TV in the room, but only for streaming, no regular channels. This is a very nice boutique hotel, which is more appropriate for younger people, not older ones that appreciate some of the things previously mentioned. Thank you all the young ladies working at this hotel who really treat their guests with care and respect.

The hotel is wonderful and we had a great time there for our visit in Budapest. The lobby is beautiful. Room is well decorated and spacious. The bathroom is very well renovated, and the shower was amazing. The balcony was lovely with sunlight and open view to the street and the park. Every staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the lobby was small but with all the essentials. It felt like a professionally managed bed and breakfast. The location is convenient and within walking distant to many must see places, but also tucked in a quiet and peaceful street. The music in the lobby was also perfect and gave a romantic ambience to the hotel. There is also a nice scent in the hotel and you can purchase the same spray/diffuser to bring home. One thing I was a little confused was that I thought there are 2 bottles of complimentary water everyday, but except for the 2 in our room on the first day, we didn't have any water put in our room by housekeeper for the next two days. So we asked for 3 bottles over the next two days. But in the end we were charged for two bottles as extra water, although we actually got 1 bottle less. Not sure how this was calculated. Also we noticed that the carpet was not vacuumed at all after the housekeeping. All in all this hotel is a gem and we would like to come back when we are in Budapest again.

This was such a great place! Conveient location near the metro and bus lines and within walking siren e to say many shops and restaurants and attractions. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are super cute and comfortable and clean. We loved it and will definitely stay here on our next visit: I highly recommend staying here 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the complimentary breakfast was of a very high standard, with a good variety of food and drinks. The hotel is conveniently located with many places of interest within walking distance. We would love to visit again and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel in a very private but well located area of Budapest. The customer service from every single person was beyond expectations. The hotel's room was beautiful, spacious, clean, huge bathroom, Netflix in your tv and daily delicious breakfast. I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone who works there. I never tried a boiled egg from the fridge, it was very cold, not too many options because the hotel has no kitchen. We finished the body lotion and hair conditioner but the housekeeping didn’t refill it. Not worth!

The hotel and room were clean and beautiful. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Each person I spoke to went out of their way to assist, and in English, which was also extremely helpful. The breakfast was extensive, centrally located on a beautiful side street overlooking a small park. I would highly recommend and will stay here next time I come. Thank you all very much for the relaxing time.

Hotel Collect is ideally located for numerous sightseeing options, transport facilities, shops, bars, restaurants and scenery. It's placed on a park which is a beautiful little park, incredibly clean and surrounded by lovely local restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel itself is small and unassuming from the outside however, inside it feels luxurious. We were placed in a court yard view room which was a good size however, it was quite dark in the room itself and it didn't feel possible to have the curtains all the time due to it being eye level with the court yard and there were building works next door. We had issues with the coffee machine tripping the electrics so we didn't get the chance to use this. The TV only has neflix and other apps (if you want to log in to a hotel room and forget about it like the previous residents) so it would have been nice to have local TV options too. The breakfast options were good, it's continental but as a vegetarian there were enough options for a nice breakfast before heading out. The staff were stand out at being very friendly and welcoming. I unfortunately did not get the name of the staff member who checked us in - she advised that she had been living in Budapest for four years and her recommendations were great, she was very attentive and happy to go through all the details with you upon arrival. Highly recommended stay!

Stayed here early Jan with my husband. First time in Budapest. Fantastic central location, got the bus from the airport (100e) and dropped us about 200m from the hotel. Very welcoming check in. Beautiful room, very spacious, huge comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend 👍

Mysigt hotell som ligger centralt i Budapest. Eftersom det ligger mitt emot en park så är det väldigt lugnt läge. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående. Hotellet är litet men vi fick ett stort Grand luxe-rum med 4 meters takhöjd (rum 14).

During our 2 week trip to central Europe, this hotel was our favorite. Super cozy on a quiet street but containing understated luxury inside. The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. The property has only 16 rooms but they did an incredible job of providing a level of service that you might expect with 10x the number of staff. Our premium suite was very comfortable and spacious. During our 2 week trip to central Europe, this hotel was our favorite. Super cozy on a quiet street but containing understated luxury inside. The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. The property has only 16 rooms but they did an incredible job of providing a level of service that you might expect with 10x the number of staff. Our premium suite was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent boutique hotel in a modernised older property. Stylish design with lots of velvet touches. Really nothing to criticise. Our room (10) was spacious and super comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Very nice modern bathroom with good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast I would describe as a luxury continental buffet. Great central location on the Pest side, on a quiet side street overlooking a small park with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. One of the best small city hotels we've stayed in. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, nice sized room, comfortable. Delicious breakfast, but no hot dishes and served in a small area, which was okay with us. The reason we didn’t give a 5 star rating overall is because we felt the hotel was poorly lit at the entrance, corridors, close to elevator. Since we are senior citizens, we’d like to be able to see clearly where we’re walking. Also, there’s a TV in the room, but only for streaming, no regular channels. This is a very nice boutique hotel, which is more appropriate for younger people, not older ones that appreciate some of the things previously mentioned. Thank you all the young ladies working at this hotel who really treat their guests with care and respect.

The young ladies in charge of reception and breakfast were super attentive, efficient and polite; keen to please and make everyone's stay comfortable. We we're offered firmer pillows and cooler duvets to help our sleep when we enquired. The hotel is a small, boutique property that is very tastefully decorated. Breakfast is continental and self service, but again, nicely done with good quality ingredients and lots of choice. If you want comfort in a calm and quiet environment then this hotel.is for you. The location is perfect for all that Budapest has to offer whether you want to travel by foot or by public transport.

Highly recommend staying at Hotel Collect - we would like to return!! Very friendly and welcoming staff. They took time to show us different areas to visit in the city.? Beautiful boutique room with modern, well equipped rooms. Lovely and cosy - much needed when outside temperature was below 0 degrees!! Easy to use public transport around Budapest. Breakfast was a high quality continental buffet - ideal for getting our day started. Some work was going on in building next door but this caused very minor disruption. Anjali and her team were attentive from the moment we booked and began corresponding about the details of our stay, to the moment they called our last taxi and packed an early breakfast box for a dawn departure. Such a gem of a place. It was a 10 minute walk to the Danube and 14 to the thermal baths. The decor was extravagant yet welcoming. The amenities comforting. Beautiful hotel in a very private but well located area of Budapest. The customer service from every single person was beyond expectations. The hotel's room was beautiful, spacious, clean, huge bathroom, Netflix in your tv and daily delicious breakfast. I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone who works there. The hotel and room were clean and beautiful. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Each person I spoke to went out of their way to assist, and in English, which was also extremely helpful. The breakfast was extensive, centrally located on a beautiful side street overlooking a small park. I would highly recommend and will stay here next time I come. Thank you all very much for the relaxing time.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to everything, but on a quiet street. We arrived early in the morning, and our room was ready. Our friends arrived 2 hours after us and got a room just next to us. Our room was spacious, a closet for the clothes, and a comfortable bed with night stands. Also a little couch. The bathroom wad also spacious and comfortable, with a very pleasant shower. Some minuses- the door of the room was very much *not soundproof*, we could hear everytime our neighbors opened and closed the door very loudly. Also, the breakfast ‘hall’ is very small, with very small tables. We had to reserve a place for breakfast in advance due to small amount of tables, and the seating was mot very comfortable. But the breakfast itself was great. Would visit again when coming to Budapest!

This was such a great place! Conveient location near the metro and bus lines and within walking siren e to say many shops and restaurants and attractions. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are super cute and comfortable and clean. We loved it and will definitely stay here on our next visit: I highly recommend staying here 10/10

Close to everything - shops, restaurants, areas of interest and the hotel is across the road from a small park. Meget dejligt og stemningsfyldt lille hotel med meget høj standard. Beliggende i et stille område uden trafikstøj og front ud mod lille hyggelig park. Kort afstand til centrale seværdigheder og hyggelige gågader med caféer og restauranter. Kun et lille minus: den hyggelige spisestue har ikke plads til at alle kan spise morgenmad samtidig. Det var dog ikke et problem for os.

I never tried a boiled egg from the fridge, it was very cold, not too many options because the hotel has no kitchen. We finished the body lotion and hair conditioner but the housekeeping didn’t refill it. Not worth!

We enjoyed our stay and I would have given 5 stars except for the unfortunate breakfast system. They made a problem where none existed by having people sign up for specific breakfast tables. But there were no numbers on the tables so we never knew where to sit. One morning we apparently sat at the wrong table and were forced to move halfway through our meal. Just silly and unnecessary. They could have easily rectified this by just putting a discrete number on each of the small tables. Either that or just let people sit where they wanted, first come first served.

Such a perfect place to begin our Budapest adventure! Small (16 rooms), intimate, quiet, old world charm, with above average staff. I had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital and they were right there with ice, encouragement and physical help. We had a beautiful king room with a view of the park below and walking distance from bus stops, restaurants, stores, etc. Included continental breakfast was good.

I had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital and they were right there with ice, encouragement and physical help. We had a beautiful king room with a view of the park below and walking distance from bus stops, restaurants, stores, etc. Included continental breakfast was good.

Checking was seamless. Our room was available early. I will not that this hotel is not accessible for those with disabilities. There are steps to the front door, steps to the elevator and the elevator stops between floors so you would need to walk up or down a flight of stairs to access your room. Lovely breakfast. Staff very accommodating.
