Una gran estancia, todo superó mis expectativas (instalaciones muy agradables, ordenadas y limpias. Servicio puntual, cálido y amable. Ambiente tranquilo y vista al mar inspiradora. Me sentí como en casa.

Great hotel on a perfect location to have easy access to the malecón for a good morning walking workout. Unobtrusive service , cool vibe , well appointed dwellings with a realxing whitewash design. It just works. I did not have the time to try the pool but it looked just fine , a great place to watch the sunset which is never the same. I would definitely go back to this quaint establishment on my next trip down to Mazatlán.

My wife and I stayed at Casa Lulu in the Sunset suite. The whole property was very clean, well maintained, the pool sparkling, the common areas welcoming and comfortable. The staff were very attentive whenever asked. Our knowing only English was not difficult for them at all. The served breakfasts were a nice start to our day. Thank you so much for making our first Mazatlán visit special. We will not hesitate to rebook into Casa Lulu when we next visit.

I stay at casa lulu everytime I come to Mazatlan. The hotel has an amazing design, people are very nice and friendly, the pool and views are great! There aren’t really any other places in Mazatlan that have this vibe. It’s become one of my favorite hidden gems in Mazatlan. 10/10

The pool was nice and cool and clean. The air conditioner gave the room a damp musty smell - the beds were very comfortable

I enjoyed my stay. The value was there and the place reminded me of a bungalow from Mazatlan's old days. Pool is great and the Malecon is close.

Nos sentimos muy inseguros en esta propiedad desde el inicio. El ingreso es a través de una puerta con clave, pero cualquiera puede tener acceso a ella, lo cual nos pareció extremadamente riesgoso considerando que está en una ciudad con altos niveles de inseguridad. A nuestra llegada, quien nos recibió parecía personal de limpieza sin ningún protocolo claro de recepción ni medidas básicas de seguridad. Además, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear: las colchas tenían un olor desagradable y evidente falta de mantenimiento. La propiedad, aunque bonita en apariencia, está sumamente descuidada. Para empeorar la experiencia, no hubo agua caliente la primera noche. Pedimos que nos sugirieran un taxi seguro y no pudieron hacerlo. Solicitamos salirnos y pedir el reembolso de la segunda noche, pero se negaron a autorizarlo. Por si fuera poco, nos contactaron por WhatsApp sin haber otorgado nuestro consentimiento previo, lo cual consideramos una grave invasión a nuestra privacidad. En general, no recomendaríamos esta propiedad por seguridad, limpieza, falta de mantenimiento y deficiencia en el servicio.

Este hotel es una verdadera vergüenza. El nivel de insalubridad es inaceptable: había hongos en el baño, lo cual demuestra una total falta de mantenimiento y respeto hacia los huéspedes. El servicio fue absolutamente deplorable, con un trato tan grosero y desinteresado que raya en el desprecio. Ante esta experiencia tan desagradable, decidí marcharme, pero para colmo, no me devolvieron ni un centavo. Esto no es solo falta de profesionalismo, es una estafa abierta y descarada. Un lugar que no debería estar en funcionamiento. Si valoran su dinero y su dignidad, manténganse lo más lejos posible de este lugar.

CHECK-IN PROCESS: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and although the hotel was not busy (only one other couple arrived after me), we did not get to our room until 3:20 p.m. and then only to find the room floor had not been adequately cleaned and was sticky from something foreign on the surface. A staff member rewashed the floor while we waited outside the room for it to dry. We finally checked into our room at 4:00 p.m. COURTESY COMPENSATION: None was forthcoming, so we asked for it. The manager provided us with two courtesy margaritas while we waited for our room and late checkout the next day. PRIVACY: The layout of the hotel is “L-shaped,” with the lengthwise part of the “L” facing northward; it’s a common area with tables and chairs inside and outside on the patio area. The base of the “L” faces west to the ocean, and the rooms are on that side, with the pool area directly below. Our room was in the corner of the “L,” so we could not open our blinds. BATHROOMS: Tiny. Not a spa experience. A significant issue with the shower was water pouring out from under the shower door and onto the bathroom floor, and this required using the shower mat and towels to stop the flow. Now, where to put the wet materials? TOWELS: When we asked for clean towels in the morning, a staff member told us there were none (something about them being in the laundry). Me hubiera gustado que las habitaciones estuvieran más limpias. Y la habitación no contaba con ventana excepto una muy pequeña.En lo personal se sentía muy encerrado El servicio del personal muy bien. Muy tranquilo.

El mejor lugar para relajarte, descansar y disfrutar de tu pareja en un lugar muy privado, sin ruido, habitaciones lindas y muy completas. Puedes salir a caminar al malecón, todo cerca. Si lo q buscas es descansar y desconectarte casa Lulú es ideal.

Me encanto el lugar y la ubicación, desgraciadamente no volveré a este hotel ni recomendarlo. Mi novia se sintió mal toda la noche, por lo que pedí late check out, la salida era a las 12 pm y salimos a la 1:30 pm, al entregar la habitación pretendieron quitarme mi depósito de dos mil pesos por una hora y media de retraso, a lo cual rotundamente me negué, tomé mi dinero y dejé el hotel. Estoy muy molesto por la desconsideración y el intento de abuso. Pensé que entenderían mi situación (mi novia enferma y tener que manejar/viajar en carretera) y harían una excepción. No entiendo por qué aceptan dar late check out y todavía lo cobran y de una cantidad de dinero desproporcionada. Que lastima el lugar está hermoso y nos hubiera encantado haber vuelto.

El mejor lugar para relajarte, descansar y disfrutar de tu pareja en un lugar muy privado, sin ruido, habitaciones lindas y muy completas. Puedes salir a caminar al malecón, todo cerca. Si lo q buscas es descansar y desconectarte casa Lulú es ideal.

We communicated with the hotel before, during & after our stay via WhatsApp, where they were quick to reply. We felt safe and well taken care of. However, our stay had some minor issues, perhaps because it was off-season. The breakfast or coffee wasn't quite ready. The staff offered to prepare it, but we declined. Paying was not an easy process, though we finally figured it out. The street at night was very loud, but the ocean in the morning was lovely. We felt safe in the location, though getting into town was a little bit of a trek. When we didn't feel like walking/sweating, we'd call a very inexpensive Uber. All said, we enjoyed our time at Casa Lulu. It felt nearly luxurious, though there are still some kinks to work out. I'm not sure we would stay there again unless there were some improvements or the price decreased. I would recommend it to the right audience. Many thanks to the staff who were lovely!

La ubicación no es la mejor. Se necesita pedir transporte para trasladarse al centro, etc. Los servicios del lugar son míminos. Aunque es estéticamente muy agradable, tiene reglas peculiares como que no se permite el vino tinto (Casi TODO es blanco). Un buen lugar en general, muy peculiar.

It’s a very nice quiet hotel perfect for a relaxing stay.

El lugar es realmente muy tranquilo, tiene una vibra bastante hogareña y el servicio al huésped se siente personalizado. Su ubicación es muy buena, a unos pasos del malecón, pero con la comodidad de poder dormir sin el ruido que suele presentarse en las calles, las personas encargadas son amables y siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitas, el desayuno es muy rico, más el plus de que el lugar es bastante bonito y la vista muy bonita desde el lobby o tu habitación.
