Very comfortable and clean. The staff is super nice and helpful. There are a couple of deep steps that are a bit hard to get off or on if you use a cane, like my mom. But the staff was there to help her.

Great staff. Super responsive. Very clean. Had front door key issues, twice. Bed is quite comfortable. Only con: it's very Loud. There is a nightclub next door, a cafe downstairs and you can hear everything within the property.

Room was clean and just good amount of space. It's In a very central place, near parks and food options. There's no lift so take note if you would find that inconvenient, it was fine by me. Staff doesn't speak English as much as you'd like but it works with minimal contact anyway. Highly recommended!

El lugar está en una muy buena zona , queda en la condesa así que hay muchos lugares para comer o salir, el mini depa está muy limpio, por la mañanas te ofrecen café y algo de fruta , así como tmb hay cafetera en los cuartos por si no quieres salir al área común en la cual hay refri, Microhondas y mesitas , todo estuvo perfecto, estuvimos 4 días 3 noches solo el último día hubo problemas con la presión del agua pero entendemos que fue un problema de la colonia y no del edificio , los encargados son super amables y te resuelven todo lo que necesites, tmb te dan recomendaciones por si las necesitas , excelente lugar

La habitación tenia humedad por todas partes, era evidente en las paredes y techos que en algunas partes se estaba desprendiendo la pintura y había presencia de hongo, tanto en la habitación como en el baño, yo sufro de alergias y cada día que estuve amanecí congestionada por el grado de humedad que tiene la habitación. Lo recomendaria por la ubicación sin embargo tengan en cuenta que esos hongos se van a pulmones.

The hotel is super convenient and felt very safe. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, it is definitely not soundproofed. It is next to a bar that got very loud until 2 in the morning. There were some cracks in the door that made it feel not very private.

Está muy bien ubicado, sin embargo las puertas de las habitaciones son muy delgadas y se oye absolutamente todo el ruido del servicio del hotel y huéspedes desde muy temprano. No pudimos ver la tv porque no estaba habilitado el hdmi. El drenaje de la ducha y lavabo estaban tapados y para colmo la empleada de limpieza entró sin tocar, antes del chek out.

This is not a quiet area but most of Mexico City is loud. I enjoyed the small private and clean vibe of the hotel. The main entrance is easily missed if yoy aren’t paying attention. I felt very safe.

Great area, very kind staff. The rain shower was a nice touch and the air conditioner worked very well. I'd absolutely stay here again. The internet signal can be quite poor on the top floor so I'd encourage the owners to install a signal booster or something. You can sometimes make due with the free city wide wifi from the street.

La verdad nos dieron otra habitación, un día antes de llegar me escribieron que la plataforma de reservas estaba mal y que mi reserva no estaba, al final querían que yo cancelara, seguro para cobrar la primera noche. Al negarme a cancelar porque era problema del hotel, me hospedaron en otra propiedad, una propiedad antigua, si bien es cierto no estaba tan mal, no era a las fotografías mostradas cuando reservé, por ejemplo en la habitación había piso de madera, pero la cama quedaba en desnivel, porque el piso estaba hundido. Aparte nos entregaron la habitación después de las 4 de la tarde. Creo que deben de ser más rigurosos con esas propiedades que ofrecen una cosa y luego te brindan otra, sobre todo que se hacen de la vista gorda compensar o devolver lo que te cobraron de más. No lo recomiendo

Nous avons reçu un accueil des plus chaleureux et très attentionné. Notre vol ayant du retard, nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit et épuisés. Nous étions attendus et nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Je recommande chaudement cet hébergement.

We had a nice experience here. I would stay here again. The staff were friendly and so helpful, particularly when we had a problem retrieving the COVID 19 test results email from the lab, Carlos saved the day for us for that... we needed those results to fly back to the USA! Room was kind of small, nothing too special but no problem with it. It was so quiet and we slept comfortably. Highly recommend this hotel. Oh and l loved the shower!

There was no one on site on the day of my check out, when I had been told that I would be able to leave my bags before my flight. I texted the number that was left at reception and received no response for hours- and still have not.

This is not a quiet area but most of Mexico City is loud. I enjoyed the small private and clean vibe of the hotel. The main entrance is easily missed if yoy aren’t paying attention. I felt very safe.

The hotel is super convenient and felt very safe. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, it is definitely not soundproofed. It is next to a bar that got very loud until 2 in the morning. There were some cracks in the door that made it feel not very private.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en una de las colonias más bonitas de la Ciudad de México. Un lugar acogedor y de ambiente familiar. El trato y limpieza son excelentes. La ubicación está cerca de terminales del metro.

El lugar está en una muy buena zona , queda en la condesa así que hay muchos lugares para comer o salir, el mini depa está muy limpio, por la mañanas te ofrecen café y algo de fruta , así como tmb hay cafetera en los cuartos por si no quieres salir al área común en la cual hay refri, Microhondas y mesitas , todo estuvo perfecto, estuvimos 4 días 3 noches solo el último día hubo problemas con la presión del agua pero entendemos que fue un problema de la colonia y no del edificio , los encargados son super amables y te resuelven todo lo que necesites, tmb te dan recomendaciones por si las necesitas , excelente lugar

Modern small Hotel in a great Location in Condesa. Bed was very comfortable, a small room included a TV and a Coffee Maker. There is a Microwave in a small kitchen and every morning they put bananas there.

En general muy bien, solo un día un poco más complejo porque a un lado hay un bar y la fiesta se acabó hasta las 3:00 a.m, pero definitivamente aún con esta situación regresaría porque hay muchas opciones de actividades recreativas cerca, así como de comida.

Room was clean and just good amount of space. It's In a very central place, near parks and food options. There's no lift so take note if you would find that inconvenient, it was fine by me. Staff doesn't speak English as much as you'd like but it works with minimal contact anyway. Highly recommended!

El lugar está en una muy buena zona , queda en la condesa así que hay muchos lugares para comer o salir, el mini depa está muy limpio, por la mañanas te ofrecen café y algo de fruta , así como tmb hay cafetera en los cuartos por si no quieres salir al área común en la cual hay refri, Microhondas y mesitas , todo estuvo perfecto, estuvimos 4 días 3 noches solo el último día hubo problemas con la presión del agua pero entendemos que fue un problema de la colonia y no del edificio , los encargados son super amables y te resuelven todo lo que necesites, tmb te dan recomendaciones por si las necesitas , excelente lugar

You get what you pay for. Bathroom was pretty nice, the bed was comfy. But post-cleaning service, there were random hairs all over our bed. The front desk staff is also not often in the lobby, and they don't respond to the number that's listed for contact. We repeatedly asked for the windows to be kept closed after cleaning (so that mosquitos wouldn't be let in), but our request was disregarded. It's a three-star hotel, though, so we didn't raise too much of a fuss. It is very close to Chaputelpec, which is nice.

We booked Casa Condesa Michoacan 113 through Expedia but were moved to a different Hotel (Casa Condesa 84) on arrival. The hotel had a much smaller layout and a tiny bathroom that was not at all what we booked. On our second day the room lost power and, after a chaotic wait, staff moved us back to the original 113 — but by then our plans were ruined. This stay felt disorganized and subpar: the room we actually received was not what we paid for, the lack of power disrupted our trip, and the constant moving made the whole experience stressful. I can’t recommend this property based on how our reservation was handled.
