Terrible experience - avoid this hotel at all costs! They also charged me a parking fine that was more than the cost of the stay! Nobody advised me that parking was extra, normally parking in a hotel owned car park is free, but apparently not here. They have a sneaky contract with a private parking company that issues tickets to unsuspecting guests who use the car park. Normally parking at a hotel like this is free otherwise there is a barrier and ticket system. Outsourcing to a private parking company is clearly a scam. I received a £100 fine for parking for less than 24 hours, which is outrageous and unfair. The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful when I complained, and refused to cancel the fine or offer any compensation. This is a scam and a rip-off, and I will never stay here again. I advise anyone who is thinking of booking this hotel to avoid it like the plague. This hotel does not care about its customers, only about scamming money from them.

Was very disappointed with the menu this time as they had no fish for 2 days, andbthe bar was limited,as it ran out of beer, and most bottled beer. The staff were amazing and very helpful. A big shout out to Claudia, especially, who was really helpful, friendly and great at her job.

Large room with a very comfortable bed and a large screen tv. The restaurant has a good variety of meals, through the day and has a very nice bar with great staff and fast service. All the staff are helpful and friendly, check in/out is fast and efficient. The property is short walk to the airport and there is parking for a fee.

The rooms carpets had been cleaned and were wet and the product used to clean them was very very pungent it started off an allergy for me and made me quite ill and I had to take 2 antihistamines . I moved room but hav a single bed which o hadn’t booked in the first place. Also there was brown skid marks on the sheets . Also the sing in bathroom was vet dirty in the overflow bit. The chap said he gave me some refund on food but I can’t see it in my bank I would have expected a refund on the room or an upgrade , moving rooms left me with 2 hours to sleep

This would have been an easy 4 but for 3 things - a footprint on the bed sheet, a leaking toilet that refilled its tank all night every 5 minutes and the lack of pant based alternatives to sausages and bacon at breakfast - that aside, comfortable quiet and modern

Came into our room and cleaned even though we put on DND sign three consecutive days. We had an early flight and came back to r irty linens with blood stains on pillow case duvet and bedsheet! Had to wait 30 min for front office to find keys to the linen closet because there was no housekeeping staff. Gave us some yucky flat pillows and duvet way too cold for the night. Horrible experience!

Great hotel, close to the airport and notably the premium self park parking by purple parking. Checked in quickly and was given an Expedia 25% discount on food and drinks so we are in the bar. Great food and drinks (orchard pig on draft is always a winner!) and less than £45 for two ! Quiet room, massive TV and comfy bed to start our holiday! Perfect

Great hotel for an overnight stay before an early flight. Room was spacious and very well-appointed, with huge comfortable bed and a very smart bathroom. Hotel was very quiet too, no banging doors or noise. Service at reception and in the bar/restaurant was fantastic - the staff were all excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The walk from the airport was a little longer than expected (and I like a walk!), so make sure you allow at least 15 minutes for this. There's a bus stop right outside and the bus is a good option if it's raining (as it was for us). Haven't stayed in a Marriott Courtyard hotel for a while, but will definitely be back on the strength of this one. For an airport hotel, this is top notch and highly recommended.

My stay was ok.. The reception staff were ok, the check-in was to the point, bordering on unfriendly. The chap that assisted with my cable was very helpful and understanding.. The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, but a very thin duvet not sufficient.. luckily the shower was excellent.. but unfortunately there are a few points that kept it from being particularly enjoyable.. The room was extremely cold on arrival, not very welcoming on a frosty evening. The plug sockets should be international for an airport hotel and the USB’s are out dated.. I had to buy a cable from reception.. Unfortunately there was an over whelming smell of fish in the restaurant that would have prevented me from eating there had I wanted too.. It was even starting to permeate the reception area.. The use of microwaves in reception, although a handy thing to heat up meals, again left the reception area smelling of cooking food. It also looked like people were over cooking and the dishes were spilling there contents.. a job no one wants is having to clean this up..

The hotel was nice staff friendly, but had no heating in our room as was broken, informed the receptionist two hours later I went and stood in reception until someone supplied us with an electric heater, food looked lovely, not a huge choice, but found the batter on the fish very doughy ended up leaving it

I found the staff not very helpful did not explain anything about the hotel and what services were available just your room number is.... and that was it not have a pleasant stay is there anything i can help you with... Considering how much the room cost for 1night you would expect something from the receptionist I have had a better welcoming at a travelodge safe to say i will not be staying here again

They staff in the dinning area were brilliant and helpful. Food was great and they accommodated my allergy. Room was very clean and quiet. My only criticism was that there was a very unpleasant eggy/sulphur smell in the reception area on arrival which didn't seem to clear for hours. Next day it it was better but it came the following day from the kitchen area. Overall, I had a great four day stay at the Marriott.

Bright, clean and quiet despite being right next to Luton’s main runway. The staff are excellent, cheerful and working hard to help. The food is straightforward, but comes out of the kitchen promptly. The breakfast buffet is generous, although the sight of eggs cooked some time before is always a little depressing, the quality of the produce on offer is good. This is an airport hotel, so it’s not surprising that it does not have much in the way of green space, despite being very happy to host pets as well as people. This does make the small strip of grass out front full of smells, but to go for a decent walk you have to get transport. Overall, a good place to overnight.

Would not stay again. They wanted to charge us almost what we paid for the night because we had an early flight and asked to check-in earlier. We had to sit in the lobby on a semi-empty Monday and wait 5 hours for our rooms. Food at the restaurant was overpriced and not so great. Hotels like this one make me never stay at a hotel again. Short term properties run by real people are usually so much more flexible.

The staff saw me struggling with 5 heavy bags and did not offer to help. When I asked if someone could help me bring my bags to the room they said “no”. Incredibly rude employee.

Booking in was incredibly slow. The staff there seemed unbothered by the ever growing queue at book in. Staff also said ‘I presume you’re not a Bonvoy member.’ Excuse me. What makes you presume that? So rude. The room itself was clean and tidy as was the bathroom. The hallways look pretty tired and could use an update - especially as this hotel is the most expensive of those around the airport. Dining staff were probably the worst part of the experience. Every request appeared to be an issue, in the end we waited so long to request the bill that I went up and tried to ask for it at the bar - which was met by a huge sigh and lack of care. You constantly feel like you are an annoyance. When I asked about Bonvoy points I just got a blunt ‘No.’ so there is literally no up side to staying here. I would rather stay in a premier inn and safe myself some money.

Nice people, enjoyable airport stay. 15 min walk to the terminal - perhaps call a cab if you have heavy luggage. Walking with a small bag is fine providing you are reasonably fit.

Staff checked me in very quickly but felt some things were missing at check-in, for example telling me how to connect to the WiFi and the times of the buses to the airport (I had to Ask). Extremely quiet room which is great as I’m a light sleeper. Hotel very close to airport but cost for taxi in the morning if the hotel organise it is ridiculous - £15 for a few minutes drive! Consider collaborating with the taxi companies to offer a low fare for Marriott guests.

As this hotel is supposed to be one of the best in the area it is not more than okey. It took more than five minutes to reach the reception from the hotel room telephone. The sink in the room did barely drained. And the restaurant is under all criticism, badly trained personnel and food that doesn’t taste or even tastes bad.

Great for access to the airport. Rooms lovely with cold cold Aircon ! Food and drink a bit lacking in quality and delivery. We had to ask for drinks 3 times, whilst 3 staff stood around at the bar. Have had diarrhea for the last 18 hours following it. Not much fun in a 4 hours flight.

This hotel is a great option if you arrive to Luton airport. It is 15minutes walk from the airport. We arrived to the hotel around 10pm and the service was great at front desk and bar. They did not have food available at that time but there were several options open that you can order in Uber eats.

Always our choice to stay here when we are in town. Really helpful friendly staff, sumptuous buffet breakfasts and a great restaurant. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and shower.
