Very clean. Beds were so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Fully stocked with everything we needed. The onsite bar and coffee shop were amazing and a really nice added perk. The outside area with fire pit and games was so fun and an added bonus as well! Easy two block walk to bars and restaurants, one more block and you’re on Broadway. Will stay here again!

We loved the convenience of checking in and out online and the outdoor firepits and games that were on the property. This hotel is also in a great location and walkable to Broadway, tons of restaurants, and shopping.

Great location in SoBro, just blocks from the action on Broadway! Bode has a great bar open in the evenings and a cafe open most of the day. One day, there was a guitar/singer outside and another day, there was a two-piece combo in the Sidebar. Definitely recommend!

Easy online check-in and reasonable parking rates especially for downtown Nashville. Very cool indoor and outdoor seating areas and a nifty sidebar.

Liked everything about it. Great staff, very nice bed, very spacious. It's walkable to Broadway bars and close to nice restaurants. Onsite parking was $40 and worth it imo. Small cafe & bar on site. Very convenient. I will stay here again when in Nashville.

First time going to Nashville and found this hotel that was just outside of downtown/Broadway Street but within walking distance, about 4 blocks. Very cool/chic property. The one bedroom units are very small but the two and three bedroom units are extremely spacious. Onsite bar that's opens from 5:00 to 11:00 each day which had live music each day we were there. Also, there's a small cafe in the lobby that has food and drinks and great coffee. Staff was fantastic. Also, football stadium was within walking distance as well.

Stayed here with a group and the property worked well for us. The hotel is easy to find and is only three blocks from Broadway. There is a coffee shop onsite and a bar that opens at 5. Has nice sitting areas on the property and balconies in the rooms. Can be a little noisy with sirens and other guests not being able to find their own rooms but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Loved the property. Will likely stay again. The pay to park is kind of obnoxious though.

A few ants were in the room, but I would prefer that over other possible pests! Money was also in the shower next to the prefilled soap dispensers which makes me question how thoroughly it was cleaned. Otherwise the space was nice, and exactly what we needed for one night. Felt very safe and parking was easy. Within walking distance to amphitheater which is what we needed

Bed linens dirty! No employees available to remedy. A security person helped get different linen! Not their place to do this. Will not be staying here again!

Check in and out is done on your phone via text. There is no reception. You have to enter your credit card info and scan your ID through a text link. For the cost of this hotel one should not have to check themself in. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom tub was not very clean. There is free street parking a few blocks away if you drive around and look.

No staff on site overnight. Inadequate staffing for usual hotel amenities—like help with luggage. Everything was computer automated. Computerized check-in with no clear staff responsible for helping with luggage, directions. Sloppy housekeeping. No stopper for the tub, refrigerator unplugged, towels not replaced. No microwave. Tub uncomfortably low. When I requested things, a staff person responded but I had to ask for almost everything. Small room. No grab bars or anti-slip pads in the bathtub originally. The location was good and easy, safe walking to downtown venues, parks. I regret reserving a room there and will never return to the facility. Not recommended for anyone over 60!

This property is beautiful with a coffee shop and bar on site...so clean and lovely! Only negative is the price of parking in the lot but everything else was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again!

Musty smell! Was ok, the room smelled musty. Hotel was cute and cozy, outside was nice. Market was overpriced and not very good. Location was convenient. Check in and communication was great!

Check in was inefficient and frustrating. Person checking us in was also making drinks, etc. priorities were scattered. Room wasn’t really clean. Crumbs on the floor and bathroom smelled moldy. Didn’t get maid service or fresh towels.

Loved this renovated spot with large suite-style rooms to accommodate our family travel to Nashville. Property is as described - it is as short walk to Broadway and the cafe and bar onsite are great/cozy/good hours. Vibey place with parking if you have a rental car. Safe and clean. Was fun and cute!

Not what I expected but pretty cool! Feels more like renting your own apartment and I thought it was hotel vibes, but the cafe is cute and the space is really good.

Second time staying at this property and all I can say is upgrade to a bigger room!! The first time we stayed here was last week and the location was convenient but the “pocket room” was super tiny. The $50 charge to upgrade paid off big time and I would highly recommend these larger rooms over the pocket rooms. We definitely loved the quirkiness of this property too!

Nice property, location, and room. Only cons were it was very bright in the morning (needs blackout curtains) and road noise could be heard.

A group of 10 of us stayed here. We all booked single rooms but after reading reviews we were concerned the room may not be big enough. We all received offers from the Bode to upgrade to double rooms, which we all ended up doing. The rooms were really nice and very spacious. Full kitchen with everything you need. We had a big breakfast every morning and then we out for most of the day. Location was fantastic. There was some street noise and as others mention in reviews, there is a fire station nearby so lots of sirens. Bring your earplugs! The lobby area is really nice and the receptionist was very friendly. If you needed anything, a quick text and they responded immediately. Nice outdoor spaces to gather as a group.

We loved that the property was so close to Broadway! We walked everywhere. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and absolutely will be staying there again. The beds were so comfortable and the room had everything we needed!

Location was great, very cute property and exclellebt little bar...but very loud. Not for anyone looking for peace and quiet, or the ability to sleep in. Walls are very thin, can easily hear conversations of neighbors. There are blinds, but no curtains so our room was very bright early in the morning.

Coolest hotel! Rethemed apartment complex. The rooms were cozy and clean and the little kitchen was perfect. The rooms were only accessible through coded gates and codes on the doors so no keys needed. We were within walking distance to Broadway but the only downside was the noisy street. Lots of horns honking and LOTS of sirens. We did have a balcony and were able to see the amphitheater who was hosting Benson Boone one of the nights and it was cool to be able to hear him from our room. It’s shame they also charged parking $35 a day. Why isn’t 1 vehicle included with your room??

Perfect distance from Broadway. Property was very clean & up to date. Everything is done electronically thru text messaging..check-in, check-out, housekeeping,ect….But staff in Dawn was excellent to work with. Only negative we had was that we had a late flight (9pm) on Friday, and we were unable to get kind of longer check-out which was at 11am, but they do hold your luggage for you.

Arrived at 12 noon. Never got a check in code for room. Went back at 4pm and had to request the code

We have stayed at this property before and were excited to return. However, a couple service related disappointments. We booked two rooms, yet the rooms assigned were on complete opposite ends of the hotel. There was a pre-check in option provided yet when we completed it, this did not simplify or streamline the check in process. The check in area is also a coffee shop, which is not a good model or customer experience. The barista was performing multiple rolls, and none of them well or with any sense of urgency. There were several patrons in the coffee shop either waiting on check in information or their coffee order. Everyone was clearly unhappy and in the same boat. Interestingly this had no effect on the staff. Once our key codes were given, the codes didn’t work, which normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but in this case it forced us to start the whole process again. With that being said, the rooms were great, aside from a slight musty smell. Location is great and very walkable. Most likely I wouldn’t book this hotel again because of the awful service experience.

Great stay. We had the 3 bedroom for our group and it was great very comfortable for all 6 of us. Had a full kitchen with a living room. Service was great when we used it. Definitely coming back

You can’t call the hotel directly, you can only text. Took two days to get help checking online since you can’t check in at a desk upon arrival. They requested a confirmation number, but Orbitz didn’t provide me with one. Spent two days texting back and forth for someone with the hotel finally provided me the confirmation number they needed. Parking said you could pay for parking in your room or in the lobby or on the sign in front of the space. The room didn’t have any info on paying for parking, the person at the front area was too busy making iced coffees for people to help, so I went back to the parking spot. The site it directed me to had such a small calendar to select the day I needed parking, I mistakenly select two nights instead of one. The hotel texting group couldn’t help me change the information and said I had to email a separate company. It too 8 emails with this company to finally credit me the charges for the second day. Terrible experience since you can’t speak to anyone, and they don’t control even the parking on their own property. Also, came back to the hotel from a concert hot, sweaty, and thirsty only to see everything was closed in the lobby area. I will never go through all this hassle for this hotel again.

Our recent stay at Bode fell significantly short of expectations, meriting a 1 out of 5 stars rating. Despite the great location near Broadway, we had a particularly distressing experience occurr on our first night. Returning from a night out, we found ourselves locked out of our room due to a dead battery in the door lock, amidst freezing cold weather. Despite multiple attempts to reach help through the emergency hotline at 1 am, our calls went unanswered. It was only through leaving a message on the review hotline that we eventually received assistance, thanks to their effort to contact security (who then broke into our room using a flimsy piece of vinyl). We were informed that the lock battery replacement wouldn’t happen until the morning team arrived at 7 am. This situation was not just inconvenient but genuinely alarming, as we were left without access to our belongings and had no alternative but to wait outside. The lack of a readily available master key or a prompt response mechanism overnight is concerning and points to a significant gap in customer service. While I recognize that mechanical failures can occur, the absence of an effective emergency response is unacceptable. It's troubling to have paid for an amenity we were temporarily denied access to, underscoring a need for better preparedness and customer support. We hope our experience is an isolated incident, but it highlights a critical area for improvement. Future guests should be aware.

When we arrived there was only one person at the desk. She was busy making coffee for other customers. Each coffee took several minutes to make. We waited a long time before being helped. Everyone else was great.

The location was good. It was convenient to walk to restaurants nearby. I liked the onsite coffee shop and the customer service. Text messages from the hotel about check in and check out were great. We had an issue with access to our room and they responded right away and fixed the problem. They have security onsite which was nice to have. Parking was very convenient. The floor in our room was a little dirty and I didn't like how our hotel room door opened to the outside walkway like a motel so I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I'm a little embarrassed to admit that this is my first review on Expedia after years of using it, but that is just how great Bode Nashville was for my family and me. Our travel plans changed and we got in very early and were concerned about what to do. From the start of our early arrival, everything about our time at Bode was exceptional. The staff were wonderful with bag storage, recommendations, and the process of checking in/out was seamless and easy. I couldn't believe just how convenient the location was and despite some construction in the area, we never had any issues with noise or disruption. The room itself was clean, well stocked, and spacious. I cannot say enough positive things about our entire time at Bode. If you are traveling with a large group, I would highly recommend their multi-room offerings. We can't wait to come back.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Bode. We enjoyed our stay it's always so clean and secure the location is perfect! Highly recommend if you are visiting Nashville.

Loved the property and my stay. The one thing to note is a large number of unhoused men live on benches in front of the property and along the street you're likely to travel to go to the Bridgestone or Broadway. If you are a single woman, I would recommend an uber for safety at night vs walking. If you are with a group at night or even traveling alone during the day, it's an easy walk.

If you are going to a Concert at the Ascend or want to be down town this is the perfect spot. Google maps says its a 26 minute walk, however is less then 5 minutes to the venue, with crosswalks the whole way. I saw a Concert and was in bed sleeping 5 mins later. It was great. Lol. The place was clean and very quiet.

Beautiful hotel with easy check in and access in and out of property. The onsite cafe and market was great and convenient. We would probably not stay there again ONLY because of its location. It is surrounded by very busy streets. There are loud emergency sirens all day and night as well as noise from big trucks.

Many homeless people were near the hotel. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room so we had to decide if we wanted to pay $6 for a cup of coffee in the cafe at the hotel or walk past numerous homeless each morning to get a reasonably priced coffee at the DG 2 blocks away. The staff was friendly but you could tell they were left leaning with purple hair and pride flags. My wife and i were told by a lady standing next to a pride flag not to go to this one specific restaurant because the owners were "a**holes". Based on our conversation it seemed a**hole really meant conservative. So we went out of our way to go there. Overall we had a good stay and the location was close to broadway.

We had a wonderful stay even though about 15 cops ran onto the property to find a runaway man & arrested him. We were just checking in. Lol John was wonderful. He gave us our complimentary wine, made sure the doors were locked to protect all of us while the cops were on the property, and handled the unexpected event like a pro. The cafe doesn’t open until 7 am so make sure you buy extra water. Our room came with two water bottles & 2 instant coffees. The espresso machine in the cafe broke after I had purchased a cappuccino so, unfortunately I got an overpriced cup of burnt joe in its place, no refund. The water machine was amazing though. You can choose flavored water, regular or bubbly, & you can add a shot of vitamins to it. The windows are single pane in the room so the city noise was noticeable. The decor is beautiful. The beds and pillows are super comfortable & the Bode signature body wash, lotions, shampoo & conditioner smell like a high end spa. The only big dislike was the door separating the rooms didn’t have much privacy. You could hear the neighbors every move, conversation, & bathroom use. Word on the street Taylor Swift has stayed there because of the privacy. It’s definitely the best location. You walk two short blocks & you’re on 2nd and Broadway. Harper’s (amazing restaurant) is a 5 minute walk. 7 minute walk for the Shuttle to Jack Daniel’s tour, honestly it was the perfect spot to be close to just about everything!

Location is great to stay if you want to be on Broadway. You will catch sirens and a lot of noise though as it is a busy area. The room was great for 6 of us and beds were very comfortable. The bar was a disappointment. Out of stock it seemed of more than they should be and closed early. But overall we were happy with the property and closeness to Broadway

It was noisey, not just traffice and sirens but the noise from the room above was annoying. Expensive cafe, no freebies with our reservation 😔

It was unique, however I would suggest making the room access code something you can remember. My phone died while I was out having fun and couldn't access the gate or room code. Using maybe the last digits of my phone number along with maybe the room number would be easy to remember. Acoustics were terrible. We could hear every footstep our neighbors above us made. The instant coffee is a horrible option. who even drinks that?
