The road around the property was being worked on which was a pain with baggage but once we got inside, the property was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was quiet, extremely clean and as close to broadway as you can get. We would absolutely stay here again. We had a river view with a little balcony. Loved it here ❤️

The property is beautiful and super clean, but it’s sort of “self-serve.” There’s no valet, no lobby or foyer, and no one on duty at certain times of the day. We came in after 10:00 from dinner and punched in the code to access the property and the door wouldn’t open. Thankfully there was an attendant there at that time or we would have been stuck outside. All of the attendants were helpful and friendly, no problems there. I’m not a fan of using my phone (out of the case) as my room key. There was no window in the room we stayed in. And the stale bud lights in the fridge were $15. Parking is still expensive and you get to do it yourself. It’s across the street which was under construction. So you load and unload your car in the middle of the road. Little nit-picky things I guess but I wouldn’t call this a “luxury” hotel at all.

We loved the location and the beautiful massive room/studio we stayed in during our Nashville trip. The view from our balcony room was beautiful. Very clean, quiet and not able to hear our neighbors ,easy keyless access, covered parking garage directly across the street. Great communication with the staff. Amazing choice for us! Oh! Rooftop was amazing too!

Liked- Large/clean/beautiful room, excellent location, large rooftop area with awesome view, coffee bar with Starbucks machine. Keurig, fridge, microwave and safe in room. Disliked- Walls are thin. Could hear the people next door very clearly and loudly. Parking is convenient but you have to pay for it. You need your phone for access to all areas. If you lose it you’re screwed. No window in our room (3rd floor). Would definitely stay here again during the off season (less noisy). Definitely bring ear plugs if you’re noise sensitive….or pray you have no neighbors !

Perfect location to Broadway, printers alley, restaurants and the riverfront. Loved the free coffee bar in the lobby, skipped Starbucks and made my chai tea latte every morning. Super spacious rooms with lots of luxury touches (loved the dimmable light switches). Sky deck was a great place to relax with great views especially if ur room has no windows. But a bit of a hassle having to use your phone as a key to get into the stairwell and again to access the sky deck. We were on a road trip for two weeks so it was great to have access to the free laundry facility on each floor. Michael at the front desk was friendly and very helpful in setting up a second key on my friend’s phone. The room has a stocked mini bar fridge that can also be used as a regular mini fridge, but no microwave which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom boasts of many luxury items except one; cheap, one ply, rough, toilet paper. My only minor complaint is the AC unit. Although the unit has a smart thermostat, we couldn’t find how to adjust the fan speed; either full blast or off. And when AC ran, the fan was extremely loud. Over all we had a great experience & will recommend & return. Oh…for parking.garage access across the street, u must have a cell phone & credit card, it’s uses an app. 2nd St is still partially closed & Commerce is one way due to reconstruction from the bombing 5 years ago, but Google maps has not been updated. Rumor has it street will reopen fully by Dec 2025.

The hotel is very clean. It’s hard to find because there is construction on the street of the hotel. Now their fault. So everything is done on your phone because theirs is no desk. Absolutely fantastic apartment in a great location at a good price for Nashville. Unbelievable rooftop area to relax in, nice Starbucks coffee machine and room was spacious, light, comfortable bed with great amenities. Check in is different so get used to the app but all was easy to use.

Linens, carpet, decorative pillow, and one of the robes hanging in the bathroom all had visible stains. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony because one of the windows was broken and we couldn’t even open it and it’s not air conditioned out there.

During one shower the hot water cut out completely, leaving me naked and shivering. This might not have been so bad if we'd be supplied with the robes we were promised, but we never were given robes. We're political junkies, but the video on our TV was a disaster, freezing up completely every minute or so -- and this on election night, which drove us crazy. PLEASE INCLUDE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE YOUR TV SERVICE. I could not find the concierge when I needed them, and I don't think our room was ever cleaned over the 4 nights we were there. Our room, 3012, had a connecting door to the next room, and when our neighbors were there we could here every word (and every shriek and every note they were playing.) We love the location and the roof deck, but we would not recommend Studio 154 to anyone.

At least the cruise ships have to tell you that you are getting a windowless “interior cabin” —and they charge you much less, too. I did not feel that I was properly informed of that situation. I was very bothered by sleeping in a windowless room. It felt like a cave and I’m not even certain that is legal. I had to download the app to get in my room, which was annoying. The room smelled damp. The little kitchen had no wine opener, which seems like a thing lots of guests would expect in a kitchen. The staff was nice and the location good, and the roof deck was pretty. That’s why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

The hotel is so close to everything in downtown. You can easily walk to any of the bars and shopping. The downside of this hotel is the walls are like paper thin. My wife and I were on the 2nd floor and you could hear Coyote Ugly until the wee hours of the night. Also, your neighbors feel like they are in the same room. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Very cool part of the city. Walkable and tons of bars, restaurants, and live music. The room was nice and clean, but has no windows, which is disorienting. They have very limited staff to address issues. And there were two big ones - the wifi was terribly slow and also just died at times. Secondly, they were out of bottled water the entire time.

Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.

It took me two hours to get into the elevator and into my room. The woman was very helpful, but it was still time to get in. Are usually drop my girlfriend off to get into the room but she needed my phone to get into the room and then I needed a phone get into the room after I drop her off so it was time consuming. I guess it’s the technology that I didn’t know about they did send me emails about it but I didn’t realize it was gonna be that hard. No parking cost me $40 per day which is ridiculous no amenities

During one shower the hot water cut out completely, leaving me naked and shivering. This might not have been so bad if we'd be supplied with the robes we were promised, but we never were given robes. We're political junkies, but the video on our TV was a disaster, freezing up completely every minute or so -- and this on election night, which drove us crazy. PLEASE INCLUDE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE YOUR TV SERVICE. I could not find the concierge when I needed them, and I don't think our room was ever cleaned over the 4 nights we were there. Our room, 3012, had a connecting door to the next room, and when our neighbors were there we could here every word (and every shriek and every note they were playing.) We love the location and the roof deck, but we would not recommend Studio 154 to anyone.

Michael Lauren and Joanne with the concierge and management were awesome!!! They handled a room mix up that they could have ignored!! Michael was the one who started the process and was always very helpful and kind!!! Also the location of the hotel is great!! We will definitely be going back there when we go back to Nashville!!! Thank you staff!!!

They do not tell you that you cannot really get to the hotel easily because there is construction and the road is blocked off. Unfortunately, this is near where the explosion happened where the guy parked the truck by a nearby building. We had to park in a parking garage across the street and then walked through the construction to get to the hotel. To figure that out, we had to call the hotel but of course there is no reception and no one actually working there whatsoever. So you get an answering service. It’s more like a VRBO than a hotel. There is no staff and no front desk. The hotel front door opens with an app that you have to download on your phone. Unfortunately, the front door was never actually locked. The rooms are long and big. They have dishwashers sinks, dishes, etc. Pretty nice. Definitely boutique. the balcony though is really just an enclosed area with windows facing the river. The view is great looking out across to the NFL football stadium. I did go up to the roof to see the rooftop bar, but it was never open. Looked nice though. I think it is in a great location because you can get right downtown to everything in the block or two. We had a good experience but it is a weird place that is probably not for everyone.

The room was big more suited for a several day stay rather than an overnight but it was great! Location is a short walk to all of the downtown entertainment and a public parking garage just across the street. Loved the modern look of the room & interior spaces. Rooftop seating was really cool but was raining while we were there so didn’t get to enjoy.

The hotel itself is okay. The surrounding area makes it undesirable to stay at. Construction is one thing, however, it is extremely dirty outside & smells bad as well. Maybe once construction is complete it will be a place we would feel comfortable recommending.

Great location. I the middle of all the action around Broadway and only a 15 minute walk to Bridgestone Arena, The Ryman and Nissan Stadium. Did get a lot of texts and emails from them before I arrived. Will stay there again if need be.

The staff were wonderful! The place was clean and well maintained. I loved having my favorite Starbucks coffee available every morning. The roof top deck was relaxing and a fun place to sit outside. If I get to come back this is where I will stay. It was close to all the action and the prefect place to stay in every way!

The property is nice. Automated locks work nicely and communication was good. Some adjacent room noise is heard but not too bad. This property is in the same building as a couple restaurants, so there is traffic during the day and evening. Terrific for walking to all the hopping restaurants. We would stay again. The Starbucks complimentary machine is a great benefit along with a nice rooftop area.

We loved the location and the beautiful massive room/studio we stayed in during our Nashville trip. The view from our balcony room was beautiful. Very clean, quiet and not able to hear our neighbors ,easy keyless access, covered parking garage directly across the street. Great communication with the staff. Amazing choice for us! Oh! Rooftop was amazing too!

Liked- Large/clean/beautiful room, excellent location, large rooftop area with awesome view, coffee bar with Starbucks machine. Keurig, fridge, microwave and safe in room. Disliked- Walls are thin. Could hear the people next door very clearly and loudly. Parking is convenient but you have to pay for it. You need your phone for access to all areas. If you lose it you’re screwed. No window in our room (3rd floor). Would definitely stay here again during the off season (less noisy). Definitely bring ear plugs if you’re noise sensitive….or pray you have no neighbors !

Perfect location to Broadway, printers alley, restaurants and the riverfront. Loved the free coffee bar in the lobby, skipped Starbucks and made my chai tea latte every morning. Super spacious rooms with lots of luxury touches (loved the dimmable light switches). Sky deck was a great place to relax with great views especially if ur room has no windows. But a bit of a hassle having to use your phone as a key to get into the stairwell and again to access the sky deck. We were on a road trip for two weeks so it was great to have access to the free laundry facility on each floor. Michael at the front desk was friendly and very helpful in setting up a second key on my friend’s phone. The room has a stocked mini bar fridge that can also be used as a regular mini fridge, but no microwave which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom boasts of many luxury items except one; cheap, one ply, rough, toilet paper. My only minor complaint is the AC unit. Although the unit has a smart thermostat, we couldn’t find how to adjust the fan speed; either full blast or off. And when AC ran, the fan was extremely loud. Over all we had a great experience & will recommend & return. Oh…for parking.garage access across the street, u must have a cell phone & credit card, it’s uses an app. 2nd St is still partially closed & Commerce is one way due to reconstruction from the bombing 5 years ago, but Google maps has not been updated. Rumor has it street will reopen fully by Dec 2025.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a great location at a good price for Nashville. Unbelievable rooftop area to relax in, nice Starbucks coffee machine and room was spacious, light, comfortable bed with great amenities. Check in is different so get used to the app but all was easy to use.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Nashville. Located right downtown so everything is basically in walking distance. Hotel is even connected to a diner that’s open 24 hours. (FYI) It is a keyless hotel and check in is through an app, so if you are opposed to this I would not recommend.
