This place was so so fun for our 2 night getaway to Nashville. I loved the location as it was right up the street from the main corners of Broadway/the strip. 5 min walk. The DJ music in the lobby on the weekends is a blast! Puts you in the party mood for sure. Hotel check in people were so lovely. They give you a glass of sparkling wine when you arrive! There are a ton of options at all hours for food and drinks right in house. A few issues: no maid service on the one full day we were there. Maybe that is not included? The condition of their Stateside bar was pretty beat up/dirty after their all day brunch is over at 4. Food and leftover fruit from drinks all over the floor. Again....perhaps understaffed? The service at that bar was also slow pre dinner hours when we stopped there. None of these minor issues would prevent me from staying again! I loved the vibe of this hotel!

Walkability to downtown was convenient. Shops nearby. Staff was accessible and pleasant. On the negative side...try not to get a room on the 3rd floor next to the gym...all you're going to hear is dropped weights.

Great room and location. Valet is not good. Guys hustle but are parking the cars far away. There were several people on either end of the valet waiting a long time. Hotel next door has a really fast valet service Long wait for drop off and we waited over 30 minutes for our vehicle on checkout. Park yourself or use a different hotel if you want valet.

Absolutely a lovely place to stay! From the second you walk in you feel valued and appreciated as a guests. The staff works 24/7 to meet your needs. If it is business or leisure, I highly recommend staying here. The only comment would be the expensive valet parking with long wait times

The shower liner had mold on it and they would not do anything about it. On the last night they were going to put us in their "best suite" but it was our last night and why would we do that. I asked to be compensated for a bit of it because I had not showered it is that disgusting and I have pictures and they were not interested in seeing them. I am just flabbergasted about a moldy shower liner (no curtain).

The front desk was pleasant and it was walkable to so much. The room was clean and we liked the style. The housekeeping was atrocious. The first day, they never came. The second day, they took my tip and didn't clean the room. The third day, we walked in and the housekeeper had her phone plugged in in our room blasting music and her cart was in there, but she was not and didn’t come back for 15 minutes. She then took our robes and toiletries (still full) and didn’t replace them. Another time we called for ice (no machine on the floor) it never came. Another phone call…more waiting…it took over an hour to get it. I have never had so many little annoying issues at one place. We didn’t have any big problems, but seeing how many other options are around to stay, I wouldn’t choose here again.

We paid over $800 per night because it was CMA Fest but the sink was clogged, the curtains were broken, the shower head was broken and we had to ask for water every day to be stocked in our room. It was a minimalist room, which is fine, but not for $800 per night. We won't stay there again.

There was no hot water. I had to call maintenance and he said that because their hot water heater is on the roof, he tells guests to run both sinks and the shower until the water gets hot. This is not the experience I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Also, when I got into the shower, there was a wad of hair in the drain from the prior guest. The location of the hotel was nice and that was about it.

Hotel was exceptional and centrally covered to Printer’s Alley and Broadway. Only complaint was that our room was a little small and felt like a closet. Lights flickered and the stitching the comforter was coming undone.

This is a great hotel - beautiful rooms, comfortable, and attentive service. The only thing to note for others looking to book: Nashville’s loud and you can hear live music from your room until 1-2am. Maybe this is based on where your room is, but ask about it at the front desk or bring a sound machine if you turn in earlier than that. Overall good experience, though.

Our room was very cool and sleek. Loved the decor. Bathroom and shower was very large. The room was so quiet at night as well. The bed and pillows were also hight quality. We rested very well at night. Lots to do around this great hotel. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet Hotel but so conveniently located to everything and especially Printers Alley!

The rooms were beautifully decorated. Tyler at the front desk was very helpful! The location was perfect, just a couple blocks from Broadway and Printers Alley was right around the corner. Would stay again!

The guest room was comfortable and nicely appointed. A bit dark with only one tall slim window. The bathroom area was very classy and clean. My only complaint was that the water in the shower took a very long time to get hot. Also the nightclub music thumping late into the night was a bit much. The complimentary coffee and breakfast pastries were a nice touch and I took advantage of it every morning. The location was fantastic. An easy walk down to Broadway and lots of cool bars in the Printers Alley area. The staff were friendly and professional. Many of them acknowledged me in hallways with an Hello and wishing me a nice day. The small bar in the lobby was a bit unfriendly but they were quite busy when I visited. Overall, it was a very positive visit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are teeny tiny - & I mean tiny. That said we barely spent time in it, so that was helpful. The ceilings are super tall which makes the room feel a tad larger despite the fact it isn’t. And it’s decorated nicely. There are huge room blackening drapes which is nice. The carpet needs a very good deep cleaning. But the beds were very comfortable and the linens were crisp and white. You can’t beat this location - right by skull’s rainbow room and all that printers alley offers - and this boutique hotel has a lot of character. I’d definitely consider staying there again.

The hotel was amazing overall but we had one huge issue. I had gone back to our room and fell asleep. My wife was out with friends and had lost her room key and wallet. She tried to call me, but I was sleeping. She asked the front desk manager to let her in. Understandably the Mgr would not without an ID. Still, wouldn't it be a good idea to walk my wife to the room and knock on the door to confirm she had a right to be there? Instead, you Mgr turned her away in the middle of the night with no where to stay. Thank god for friends! Conversely, your morning Mgr was understanding and I appreciate her help. This could have been avoided in two ways, First suggest that a husband and wife have BOTH names on the room at time of registration. Second, offer to walk the wife to the room to safely check that it is in fact her room vs turning her away into the city at 2 am. Jeff J Peluso

Had a great stay. Had a minor issue with our room and the staff and manager, Paula, think, went above and beyond to make it right. The hotel is in a great central location, the room was spotless and well appointed and all the staff from front desk to the cafe to the bar were incredibly friendly! Lots of great little perks too like comp water and coffee. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location with easy access to entertainment and dining. Upon check in we requested ice and a coffee maker, late afternoon. When we returned for the night around 10 e we still had neither. Called for coffee maker again, then had to call back for coffee cups…TV wasn’t functioning properly, had to have someone reprogram it which took about 20 minutes (fortunately the employee was very friendly) Cozy and clean. Just expect better service from a Hyatt property…

The front desk was pleasant and it was walkable to so much. The room was clean and we liked the style. The housekeeping was atrocious. The first day, they never came. The second day, they took my tip and didn't clean the room. The third day, we walked in and the housekeeper had her phone plugged in in our room blasting music and her cart was in there, but she was not and didn’t come back for 15 minutes. She then took our robes and toiletries (still full) and didn’t replace them. Another time we called for ice (no machine on the floor) it never came. Another phone call…more waiting…it took over an hour to get it. I have never had so many little annoying issues at one place. We didn’t have any big problems, but seeing how many other options are around to stay, I wouldn’t choose here again.

The Dream is a fabulous hotel. Great, swanky accommodations. Adjacenct to Printers Alley and 4 short blocks from Lower Broadway. Front desk staff was amazing and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was so so fun for our 2 night getaway to Nashville. I loved the location as it was right up the street from the main corners of Broadway/the strip. 5 min walk. The DJ music in the lobby on the weekends is a blast! Puts you in the party mood for sure. Hotel check in people were so lovely. They give you a glass of sparkling wine when you arrive! There are a ton of options at all hours for food and drinks right in house. A few issues: no maid service on the one full day we were there. Maybe that is not included? The condition of their Stateside bar was pretty beat up/dirty after their all day brunch is over at 4. Food and leftover fruit from drinks all over the floor. Again....perhaps understaffed? Really nice decor in lobby and rooms. Beautiful atrium style restaurant and bar with themed drinks and decor (currently shark themed!). Brunch on the weekends gets very busy so make a reservation if you want eat here then. Rooms are quite small but in Nashville you are not going to spend much time in your room anyway. Free waters, champagne to welcome you at check-in and amazing service from everyone we encountered here.

Dislikes: super slow valet service (I found my own parking nearby and the hotel graciously deducted the prior 2 days valet charges); sad, outdated (shark themed) cocktail lounge where we walked out after being ignored and never served by the bartender despite there being only 6 people in the bar including us two.
