We had an absolutely amazing stay! Every single person we met was so nice, accommodating, friendly and professional. The customer service really won us over! The pool was just the right temperature as well and that is amazing!!

Our only complaint is the shuttle service to the casino. We were offered a complimentary ride and pick up to go back to the hotel. We were told we had until 11pm for pick up. We called for our ride back at 1045 and we told the driver had already left for the night. We had to find another way back to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, it was just what we needed. I was frustrated with the rather large $75 fee for our dog. That was not a fee for any damages, it is just the regular fee for a pet. When I was reserving our stay online in advance, I looked all over to find a fee or acknowledging the dog. All I could find was that it said “pet friendly.” I didn’t know about the large fee until check in. I tried to push back, but the.staff at check in could care less. Other than that financial surprise, the stay was great.

Weekend get a way booked particular hotel because we had stayed there before and it’s close to the casino. This particular time the hot tub was broken the whole weekend and that’s also a main reason we booked a room there. The breakfast was okay

There is nothing negative about this place! It is flawless! Bill at check-in was so helpful, and later helped us with the grill... yes - the grill! Pool & hot tub were the perfect temps - we loved all of the stay! The breakfast was amazing too. Every staff person was friendly and kind. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great getaway!

Stayed here during the eclipse. Paid $242 but exiected a high price. However. When you pay for a night stay and expect to get what you paid for that was not the case. The pool wasn’t working and the breakfast was clearly not stocked for the number of people that were staying there. Mybsinabdn I had to goto the Haloday inn Exoress next door. Why didn’t I just stay there?

Well where do I start. Hot tub broke, fire pit broke, grills kinda worked. Shampoo and conditioner empty in our room. $200 a night wasn’t worth it. We always stay here when we are in town but time to find something else

The bathroom needed cleaning it had rust running down the shower and the floor was needing some attention in corners. The staff was not at the check in desk when I arrived also was told they were overbooked when we were checking in.

The carpet was kind of sticky. I was thinking maybe because they cleaned it and used too much cleaning solution, which would be better than not. That wasn’t the case because our feet were black. Went to clean them off and there’s stuff including hair in the shower. After this, I of course inspected the bedding to make sure that was at least clean, and it was. We just wore our shoes unless we were in bed which isn’t super traumatic. Just wish the floors/shower were weren’t so dirty.

I was in the room right next to the lobby so it was very loud. I had trouble sleeping. The hotel was not full so there was no reason not to put me in a quieter location. The front staff was not friendly at all.

My husband and I just wanted to get away for a night and relax. My father's rapidly declining health has been very stressful this week as his placement into hospice has begun. I hoped a night relaxing with the pool and hot tub and a little pampering would help with the upcoming family events. We were very impressed with the overall quality of the room. We were in room 320, a spacious suite with very nice amenities. The king size bed was very comfy and all bedding was clean and comfy. The only concerns were the spacious bathroom. The toilet paper holder, and the handles for the shower were broken and very difficult to figure out. The bathroom towels were extremely cheap and small, also needed a much larger one for the floor. That was the only issue. Absolutely everything else was wonderful although the grilling area could be larger. Its a great space, but needed to be much larger. It would be nice if the pool was made available to adults only passed the closing time. We enjoyed our time and will definitely return.

A great property. The rooms were clean and big. Great shower and bathrooms. It was nice having a kitchen even though we only used the refrigerator. We think the coffee was old for use in the coffee maker as it tasted horrible or maybe it was the water out of the tap, which we didn't drink only used for the coffee. Next time we will use bottled water and see if this makes a difference. Would definitely stay again. Great breakfast in the morning.

The only room for improvement is pillow options. Feather pillows are amazing in their own rite, however are not for everyone. My recommendation is to have both a feather (soft and squishy) and a more firm pillow on the bed(s).

Check in was easy. Staff were nice. The breakfast was great and staff were nice there as well. Room was clean and spacious. The downsides: The bathroom was small in my opinion, water pressure in shower was not great, and our mattress was pretty hard. Overall, was not a bad experience.

Our room was very clean. We had a suite with a bedroom and a little kitchen. They supplied dishes, utensils, dishwasher, whatever you needed. The staff was great! We will stay at another Home2Suite for sure.

The hotel is great but my suite 420, the bedroom air never worked. It was hot. I called and the older lady said she would make a work order and we would have a maintenance that day. No maintenance man showed. On my next day which is a checkout day the older lady said she would try to get some our money back but then realize I booked through Expedia so she couldn't help me. I will be calling Expedia cause it was hot and we was already stress due to having to go to our father's funeral

We arrived into town after driving for over 12 hours and the staffer was great and got us into our room extremely quick. Our stay was only for a few hours to sleep, but it was quiet and peaceful for those hours.

Great experience with staff! The night staff guy got us checked in within 5 minutes. Great rooms and beds. Breakfast lady was amazing- she had it all out five minutes early thank goodness because we were tight on time. If it would have been 5 min late we would have been gone. Thanks for a great stay!

I rarely write a review however the staff at this establishment were TOP NOTCH!! The friendliest and most helpful I’ve experienced!! Jenny and Brea were absolutely Top Tier! They honestly deserve a raise in my opinion. You just don’t encounter how friendly and helpful these two were. Thank you girls for being you!

We were gone all morning on the second day until noon. The cleaning staff was cleaning the three rooms next to our rooms. We asked them when our room would be cleaned and they told us 15 minutes. we waited 45 minutes until one and it still wasn’t done so we asked them again and they told us five minutes. We waited until two and gave up, Put up the do not disturb sign, and and took a nap. Very disappointed.

We broke down on the highway and had to spend a few nights. Every single member of staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Our third night, by the time we found out that we were still stuck, the hotel was full. Jason made sure we had a room next door and watched our things for us while we went to dinner. Was right off the highway. Nice clean room for a good price. Kind man at check in. The bathroom door would not shut though which made it a little awkward. Also the sign they put up in the hall to direct you to your motel room only went up to room 227 and we were in 228. Kinda weird but we found the room.

We have stayed here a few times now and value it's location and ease. Knowing that Home2Suites welcomes my big dogs makes finding a place to crash for the night simple. No more searching websites to see if their pet policy only allows one 20lb or less animal. LOL Also, drinking coffee in a ceramic mug in the morning is THE best way to start a day on the road. In addition, there is room to park out truck and boat, and good grass areas all the way around the building, including signs of bunnies. Sure the bed is comfy, the room is clean, but most hotels do that ok. This place is just perfect for our needs. Also the staff has been extremely friendly every time we have visited. If we need a place in the area again, we will not hesitate to stay here.

Our stay was awesome! The room was very nice and comfortable. The kids enjoyed it and the pool. The breakfast was by far the best I've ever had at a hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom door in our room was a sliding door with no lock. Maybe switch those out with ones that lock would be an awesome idea.
