Hotel Maracas Punta Cana

Room was way farther to beach than promoted and room had spiders and webs on roof. Service staff was poor and not very helpful

Yes it was loud at night . Yes it’s not super fancy either . However all that said . EVERYONE was very friendly. Everything worked, the breakfast was fine. Housekeeping cleaned anytime I asked . The pool was clean and the restaurant attached had really good food . If you’d like to go there cheaply then this place is for you. I will go again . As I said , the staff was all VERY friendly .

Hello at the time get the hotel not room available with my requested .So I asked the administrator to cancel....waiting for my refund

The staff was very friendly and respectful. The installations are the worst. I am sure there are motels with better installations than this hotel. There is a bar/disco that keeps playing music until 4 in the morning. The issue here is that they didn't even try it, and the windows don't have any kind of sound protection. There is no hot water. The breakfast is a joke: 1 egg, 1 coffee, 1 bread, and that's it. But the worst part is the electrical installation; each time you plug something in, there is a crackling sound. All sockets are there, including the one in the bathroom. We ended checking out on the second day and got an Airbnb for 30 USD more, way better.
