Great location, comfortable and clean room with all the amenities. The refrigerator had a freezer compartment and the shower amenities were top notch. Pool and hot tub were in great condition and the breakfast was yummy!

Your hotel was lovely and I’d stay again. Your online check in is nice for some, but I heard people complaining about lack of human contact. Please still have staff at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Nice pool and hot tub!

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was great. Like the bars out for free early evening. Liked that they had bottled wine but out of the kind I wanted. Whirlpool jets were not working.

ADA shower was messy. No shower curtain so when you showered water went all over the whole bathroom which made the floor really slippery and dangerous. Broken floor tiles along wall in bathroom. Hot tub out of order Sun. 9AM.

I’ve stayed at this property many, many times. It’s clean and in such a convenient area. Only complaint this last time is the elevator didn’t work and I was on the 4th floor…but that’s not their fault. I’ll still come back when I’m in Sioux Falls again. They are my go to.

The only complaint I have and it wasn’t even a huge thing. Was the heater in the pool/hottub was out. And I really love the pool when it’s warm. Other than that this is my 3rd stay here and all 3 times have been wonderful!!

We have stayed here numerous times and are always impressed with our stay. I was a bit disappointed this time because I feel the cleanliness of our room could have been better. There was a layer of dust on the top of the TV as well as a very thick layer of dust on top of the curtain rod. One of the bathroom lightbulbs was also out, and the shower ran a bit funny. Otherwise, the room was perfectly clean and wonderful, as always. Breakfast had a great variety and was kept well stocked. It was very busy with the state tournament in town, but the food never ran out. The elevator was out of order for part of our stay, but that is no fault of the hotel, in my opinion. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and I will continue to recommend this hotel as well as stay here for future visits!

The bed was very comfortable, but the shown curtain was filthy and the towel rack looked like it was about to fall off. I also have a major problem with hotels that spray air freshener in the rooms or hallways instead of vacuuming because of my asthma.

found this experience unaplilling and not satisfied with my first off the there was black mold in the bathroom on door light bulbs out in bathroom found a random pill on floor my 3yr could have swallowed

Property was centrally located by the highway, but it was a drive to get anywhere else (ie, not near Downtown). The room wasn't bad, however, they put us right next to the elevator and people were being really loud at 7/8am in the morning. Then housekeeping was vacuuming outside our room at 8am as well. I put in for a check out of 11am and housekeeping knocked on my door at 9. Wasn't very relaxing...

Have stayed here previously. This stay was very noisy. heard walking above us from 12:30 - 3:00 a.m. We could also here people talking in the rooms next to us. Quite a bit of banging/knocking. Noise woke me twice.

When we arrived for our stay, my husband waited in line twenty plus minutes to check in. We had already paid months before for our stay. They gave us a key to go to our room. After a long day driving, we were exhausted. We unlocked the door and to our horror a lady and young child were in bed.Thankfully, everyone was dressed. We quickly closed the door and went back to the checkin with our cart full of luggage four floors down. We were then told that they didn’t have the room we paid for, only a room with a king bed. We took it because we wanted to go rest. We went to the second room again after asking the desk to call first to make sure that no one was in that room. The shower in the room had no grout in the shower around the drain besides the mold and mildew in the shower. I laid down towels on the floor of the shower to not touch the disgusting floor. The room should never have been used until it was cleaned and fixed. I sent the review to the hotel and they told me that I would need to get a refund from expedia. I would NEVER have this hotel on your possibilities of hotels. Expedia should get a refund from Americinn for our stay because it makes expedia not reputable to use for finding good places to stay.

Check in took forever. My husband had unloaded the entire vehicle in the time it took to finally get checked in. I was told they couldn’t find my reservation and that I probably made it for the other AmericInn location. We have stayed at this location multiple times, so I was fairly certain I hadn’t, but I double checked my confirmation anyway. Sure enough, just as I was saying that it was definitely made at this location, he found the reservation. We were on the third floor, and the door to the ice machine was shut and locked, but there was no sign on the door saying out of order, so we had to go to the first floor for ice. The rest of our stay was fine, and we will definitely stay here again. The room was clean, the building is well kept, and breakfast always had plenty of options and is kept up. I was just very taken back at the front desk staff’s attitude when we were checking in.

I DON’T RECOMMEND this hotel due to payment incompetence. Booked room for 1 night through Expedia and stayed one night. Americinn got paid via the 3rd party. A few days later the hotel charged me again. Despite numerous phone calls to them, they insisted they “have no record of my credit card”. My credit card statement doesn’t lie, it shows the record. Since they refused to refund it, I was forced to call the credit card company and dispute it. I am a reasonable person and understand errors happen, just correct it. They did nothing to help, were not communicative or sympathetic, and just pretended they had no record of the charge. Terrible customer service. Won’t stay there again.

Stayed here one night for a concert August 28, 2024. Convenient location for the concert. Very friendly helpful staff. Cost of uber to concert was about $7 but there is easy plenty of oarking at venue so no true need for uber unless you want to imbibe. But it would also be a safe walk.
