El lugar en una excelente ubicacion, seguro y cerca de transporte público, así como lugares turísticos, tranquilo y con un buen estacionamiento, lo malo es que se vuelve demasiado caluroso, te dejan un ventilador pero es muy ruidoso y hay un poco de olor a humedad

Por precio y ubicación muy bien, salvo que no tiene aire acondicionado, cuenta con estacionamiento techado.

The hotel/apartment type of hotel that is in an older building. They have their own covered parking if you rent a car, rooms are clean and towels replaced every 2 days and sheets replaced every 5 days, and daily cleaned in kitchen, bathroom, and bed was made. All staff is Spanish speaking only and they are very customer service oriented and very nice. The hotel backs up to a very busy highway and a lot of traffic noise 24 hours a day. The price was perfect, used the kitchen daily, and had no real problems or issues during the entire stay. Small elevator but very easy access for most handicapped people.

For the price this was a great room in a good neighborhood with easy access to the metro as well as the fabulous Chapultapec park. With a 24 hour door man, parking garage and elevator it felt as though we were in a good apartment building. Try taking a rental bike on a spin through the park. you won’t regret it. Downside? Super loud because of it’s proximity to a main arterial road/highway. No AC either…

Las Suites Melchor Ocampo son una buena opción de costo accesible para estancia en una zona céntrica de la Ciudad de México. Las instalaciones de la habitación están en buenas condiciones, se ve que hay mantenimiento. La limpieza bien en general. Solo son un poco restrictivos en cuanto a papel de baño y jabón pero fuera de eso vale la pena por las condiciones de la habitación, la ubicación de la propiedad y el costo.

La suite muy cómoda y tranquila, tiene un abanico y es suficiente para el clima, la cama cómoda aunque muchas almohadas pero un poco duras, de 4 días solo fueron a hacer el servicio un día y otro, abrieron la puerta cuando yo estaba ahí y me molesto mucho, me pareció muy irrespetuoso. Te hacen firmar una hoja donde cobran si manchas o ensucias cualquier cosa, y al llegar estaba la colcha sucia de grasa y otras manchas rojas. Por otra parte los guardias muy amables y serviciales. Excelente ubicación y muy seguro

There isn't anyone that speaks English. So, you may run into trouble checking in, opening the garage to park your car, and communicating with housekeeping. The bathroom handle in my room also didn't work and it would lock you inside, when closing the door. The person at the front desk taped the lock on the door, so it wouldn't close fully. The kitchen came with utensils and plates for you to use. I wouldn't recommend using the pots and pans in the room, as it was scratched like, someone used metal to cook with. After staying for two weeks, you'll notice all your belongings will smell like the room (mold, humidity). After staying for a couple days, I had a terrible cough from the smell alone. The shower drain and the bathroom sink has to be plugged, when not in use, to prevent a nasty sewer smell from coming into your room. Although, the room wasn't facing the street, the street noise was still noisy, even with the windows closed. TV is old and has limited channels, portable fan didn't work, bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work, as the steam in the bathroom never fully goes away. Very hard to sleep in, because housekeeping will constantly buzz you every morning. They do not have "do not disturb/ clean room" placards for your room door, to prevent this. Floors are still dirty, even when they sweep/mop them everyday. If you come back to the room past 12am, expect to wait outside for some time, until you can wake them up at the desk, to let you in.

La cortina estaba dañada, duré 1 semana y no fue posible que la administradora ni contestara el llamado ni arreglara. El personal de vigilancia y limpieza excelente

It was close to where I was going in the city. The noise level was so high it was almost impossible to sleep. I reported a leak in the shower and it was never addressed. Consequently I was not able to shower but twice in seven days.

Tenía lo necesario estaba muy limpio recomendable ya que se encontraba cercas de los lugares turísticos

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, además muy limpia Tiene todas las amenidades Fueron muy claros con las instrucciones y reglas de hospedaje La ubicación es buena y pasan un par de rutas de transporte público

Excelente ubicación con mucha seguridad, las instalaciones dentro y fuera de la habitacion se mantienen muy limpias y el personal es atento a las necesidades de los huespedes.

Very central, but very noisy. My room was first floor by main road. Lots of trucks at night. Having said that, a pillow on my ear did the trick. And I've booked another 3-night stay due to the convenient location.

O apartamento e bom. A cozinha no entanto nao oferece muito de utensilios. Somente uma panela, talheres e pratos na quantidade exata para 2 pessoas. Nao tinha pano ou papel para secar a louça. O forno de micro ondas era antigo e fazia muito barulho.

The apartament are not well-equipped in the kitchen, very basic, and there is not kind of luxury. The apartments on the first floor are extremely noisy. Check to see if they are on another floor. They are clean and good price.

La habitacion está en muy buenas condiciones en general, cuenta con buena ubicacion y si es muy seguro. Tienen cerca un 7eleven, Farmacias Guadalajara y otras farmacia. Algunos de mis contras puede ser que la habitación no cuenta con clima por lo cual en verano, ahora que CDMX ha tenido temperaturas altas, sea conveniente. De igual manera, solo hay cambio de rollo de papel cada 3 dias y los básicos de limpieza como shampoo y jabón no sucedio durante nuestra estancia por lo cual optamos en comprar en las Farmacias Guadalajara todo.

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, además muy limpia Tiene todas las amenidades Fueron muy claros con las instrucciones y reglas de hospedaje La ubicación es buena y pasan un par de rutas de transporte público

El personal de recepción, parece que me están haciendo el favor de hospedarme y no tienen estacionamiento para todos

La actitud y la atención de la administradora de la propiedad es pésima, necesitas hablar con ella para aclarar alguna situación, nunca está disponible, ni acude aún la cites, pone sus horarios qué son después de hacer sus actividades personales, no hay empatia ni atención, por todo lo demás los vigilantes excelentes personas muy atentos y tratan de apoyar en todo en medida de sus posibilidades y límites. Es una pena tener una administradora poco Empatica, mándenla a unos cursos de calidad y atención al cliente. Te pelea desde una botella de agua hasta el papel de baño.

They would not let us in. They would not except credit card. It was late in the night and they screwed us completely. We had to find another hotel. Take this place off expedia immediately.

Excelente ubicación a dos cuadras de Reforma, Bosque de chapultepec a 5 minutos caminando, venden comida en la esquina muchos lugares para elegir, en la esquina oxxo y 7 eleven, en 15 minutos caminando llegas a Polanco. La suite esta muy bien acondicionada, limpieza todos los días, silenciosa, la gente que trabaja muy amable sobre todo el señor Luis que siempre esta pendiente, me gisto y estoy segura de volver

A la llegada nos informaron que solo por la llegada daban jabón y shampoo, pero que el resto de los días de estancia cada huésped debe comprar esos productos de higiene personal. Dieron demasiada información de reglamentos y políticas internas que abrumó tanto y que ademas dicha información no venía en la pagina de internet al momento de hacer la reservación.

Mala atención por parte del personal

Excelente la estadía por largo tiempo. En seguridad, y limpieza excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente TODO! Gracias al policía de seguridad que siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estadía

Excelente ubicación a dos cuadras de Reforma, Bosque de chapultepec a 5 minutos caminando, venden comida en la esquina muchos lugares para elegir, en la esquina oxxo y 7 eleven, en 15 minutos caminando llegas a Polanco. La suite esta muy bien acondicionada, limpieza todos los días, silenciosa, la gente que trabaja muy amable sobre todo el señor Luis que siempre esta pendiente, me gisto y estoy segura de volver

El hotel está súper ubicado, a dos cuadras está Chapultepec y reforma. El personal es muy amable y atento. El cuarto en general es espacioso, limpio y todo ordenado. Únicamente el baño que me tocó no tenía tina como menciona el anuncio, aunque no me molestó. Sin duda volvería a reservar en el lugar.

Me gustó mucho hospedarme ahí. La verdad me sorprendió la suite, es bastante amplia! El baño, el clóset la recámara! Está muy cerca de Chapultepec, el paseo de la reforma. Hicimos nuestro recorrido a pie. Lo único que no estuvo tan padre es que un rollo de papel higiénico te tiene que durar dos días y no te lo ponen nuevo, pero fuera de eso estuvo maravillosa! Si regresaría

Su localizacion a solo unos pasos del bosque chapultepec, Reforma, Polanco, auditorio nacional, museos etc. Tiendas de conceniencia caminando sin cruzar calle

El lugar está muy cerca de Chapultepec, limpio, y acogedor. Recomendable
