Really nice place to stay. The staff was great, the unit we stayed in was so cute and homey, the location was nice and quiet and near Grove which had a bunch of cute little shops, boat rentals on site. Great place to stay. We would highly recommend.

What an amazing property to spend some time away at. Very secluded and quiet. Very clean. Very relaxing evenings sitting in the hot tub and watching all the wildlife, lots of deer. Nice docks to pull your boat up to or fish from. Super friendly staff, I will definitely come back to this hidden gem.

Great place to relax at grand lake. Rooms are all very nice and well taken care of. This location does boat and jet ski rentals and has a great location on the water. Ive been many times and will continue to return to Candlewyck Cove Resort.

The employees are very helpful, we requested a room transfer to another room with a parking space at front, the manager did as soon as possible, all the staff are very friendly. Our room is clean and smells great for sure we are coming back !!!

Very quiet. Cabin was clean with nice bathroom. Housekeeping was very responsive suppling needed or missing items. Sm. frig., microwave and kitchenware were nice touch. However, no sink in kitchen so all prep and cleanup were done in bathroom. Little-no Wi-Fi. On a cove off lake. No real views except shoreline debris and massive, covered floating dock. We really enjoyed our stay in Cabin 3. The area was clean, quiet, beautiful, etc. with a sense of security. The room was just the right size, imagine a studio apartment with a bigger kitchen and bathroom. The drive to Grove was fast (10-12 minutes) with different options for how to get there so we could see different places along the way. The only thing I would suggest is to change the pictures on the website to reflect the actual cabin and porch view. I thought I was reserving a cabin with an unobstructed view of the lake but our view was at an angle. It wasn’t something that made me lower the ratings just a suggestion.

Blinds on window, no drapes, blinds not in good condition. Door did not fit the door frame well and left a gap at the bottom. A/C extremely noisy. Spider crawled out of the bathroom drain.

Everyone we encountered was AMAZING!!!! So friendly and knowledgeable on pretty much every question asked!! We will definitely be going back!!! It’s hard to get a cabin BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS BOOKED FULL CAUSE THEY ARE THAT AMAZING!!!!!

The property was amazing, just a few things kept me fro. Saying exceptional. 1. No internet, it was out and no tech, have a teenage daughter who expected intrrnet, but we made due. 2. Grill was dirty and replacement smelled bad. New grills on order though. Staff was attentive, very polite, and their breakfast buffet is amazing! No matter what time you came in for breakfast food was hot. We really enjoyed our stay, just maybe next time partake in the watercraft. Look forward to a return visit there. Would recommend!!!!!@

Everything was top notch except for the check in process. Their office closes at 5 and no one to speak with to check in if you arrive after that time. I arrived at 7:30pm after driving 11 hours straight. I called and left a detailed message that I arrived and needed someone to return my call. It didn’t happen. Unbeknownst to me, there was an envelope in their mailbox with check in information with my name on it. Fortunately, I had family near by to stay overnight at their home. The next morning I spoke with the clerk and she was very kind and I explained what happened the evening before. She stated those were their office hours. Nonetheless, after officially checking in, the establishment was very clean and well maintained. I do advise to call them if you are arriving late to avoid any frustration. Other than that, the resort was great and I plan on staying there in the future.

Candlewyck Resort is a great place to go to rest and refresh. The entire property is well kept. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We were slow in operating the television and they sent someone immediately. Our cabin was roomy and clean. The kitchen has the necessary supplies, however, extra silver may be needed as there are only three forks and spoons (each). We used H20 watersports, which is located on the property. The process couldn't have been easier. The swimming pool is situated in the center of the property, and beach towels are provided. There are several yard activities also. This is a cozy property so if you're wanting something that feels personal, this is it! My spouse kept saying how much he was enjoying our stay!
