Rooms and accommodation were great. Staff was great only issue was bartenders in restaurants blew us off every time we went up to the bar to spend plenty of money as we did over the 4 days we were there. To the point we ordered pizza from somewhere else to be delivered to patio. All other staff was great. Very polite and accommodating. We loved the atmosphere and set up. Great concept. Hope to visit soon again.

I paid more for a dog-free room that was available but it still smelled like dogs. I am sensitive to allergens and had to take medicine to sleep there without an asthma attack. It also smelled like the vets office, they must use the same cleaner. Such a bummer because otherwise this place would be a top hotel imo. I think they probably launder all the linens together because the bed smelled like animals had slept there. I really don’t see the point of having a dog-free room if they are going to use linens that dogs sleep on across all rooms. I get wanting to cater to pet owners but if you’re listing a dog-free room at a higher price then make sure it’s like…. All dog free. About 20% of the population has pet allergies, it’s not like I’m the only person that struggles with this. Finding a hotel that doesn’t make me physically sick is so annoying.

From the first moment of checking in and getting a free check in beer to the end of my stay where my husband had a medical emergency, the staff was very friendly, caring and understanding.

The breakfast was nonexistent.. the breakfast cook never showed up. The poor guy at front desk ended up cooking and checking guests out. His back up never came either. So... we didn't get breakfast because we had to leave at 7:30 and the poor guy was being run ragged trying to get everything done. He deserves a medal.
