Very interesting decor, kind of modern/industrial. It’s a craft brewery that also has a hotel. Different! Room good size, very clean with the biggest mini-bar I’ve ever seen. Wonderful selection of craft beers in the mini bar and at the restaurant/bar. Staff very nice and proactively helpful. Only complaint, parking lot nearly 100 yards from hotel. Long haul with luggage in rain or snow.

The hotel was totally unique and fun. Staff was amazing (especially Taz) and we will definitely return. The only problem we saw was that there was no clear walk to the hotel part. We had to go into the brewery to be told where to go, then we had to drag all our luggage through a crowded outside dining area to get to the hotel entrance.

Awesome beer-themed hotel connected to brewery and restaurant, complete with dog park, next to biking trail. Books, records, games, guitar, beer fridge in the room. Eco friendly and vegan food options. Young kids with other guests seemed to also enjoy it. Exceeded my expectations!

Really unique, dog friendly hotel with a nice layout to keep you entertained. Cornhole and other games, nice outdoor area with tables and a pond to walk and relax. bar and brewery on site is nice, open to public. Free breakfast was great.

Enjoyed all the beer perks. Beer at check in and then later there was cookies and a beer between 7-9pm. Enjoyed that the hotel bar stayed open later than the restaurant. Really loved the hotel. One suggestion would be to add specific parking spaces for hotel guests only that restaurant patrons can’t park in. We came back after adventuring and had to park really far away. Then in the morning our car was all alone and far out in the parking lot.

The long unassisted walk over gravel to bring in suitcases is a deal breaker. The hotel was constructed as an add on to the restaurant and brew bar. As a result, parking is not at all convenient to hotel. Luggage must be carried over a long gravel pathway. The sidewalk is blocked by bubble pods.

Really really nice and such a cool experience to stay in the brewery, great beer too! Love that it was so dog friendly from the rooms and treats to having its own dog park. Nice and modern inside, the lobby was really cute. Great free breakfast and check in beer! Oh and shower beer cooler and record players in the room?? Amazing. The only minuses for me were the dog park waste was overflowing into the ground and not emptied in awhile, and when we arrived finding the lobby to the hotel part was a little confusing and a hike with luggage. Very much recommend tho!

We loved our stay at the DogHouse. There were so many unique and fun things around every corner in the restaurant, hotel, and hotel room. The hotel stood out with generosities you don’t routinely see, from the complimentary “check in beer”, the very reasonably priced mini bar and shower beer :), to the extended brunch hours of 7-11 (which is also complimentary). It was nice to experience. There is one suggestion I have for the hotel. Create a different access point or parking area for guests to check in to their room to avoid guests having to traipse through the restaurant/outside area with their belongings.

This was such a fun place! Love the whole beer concept!! Who doesn't love shower beers! Very clever layout. Dog friendly. That said it is a little confusing as you have to walk through the outdoor dining space to get to the hotel. It is not handicapped friendly re: getting to the hotel and no automated doors to get into the lobby.

We liked the concvienenve of it, and the fact they give you a check in / end of the day beer; however they were a few inconvenient issues with our birthday weekend stay. Our room was not ready at 4pm like we were told they it would be, which created issues with our surprise for the individual's birthday; then we were told that it would be ready very soon and we'd get a text. I never got a text, and 45 mins later I went up to the counter and our room had apparently been ready for some time. The beer taps in our room was not ready upon our entrance, and when I texted the number it took some time to get a response which told us it would be about 30 mins. We went down for dinner and 2 hours later, we still did not have the draft beer on taps, even after receiving a text asking if we needed a refill. The room it self was simply okay and definitely not worth the price. The shower was not 100% clean, they refilled the only hand soap with water, and our door was broken. While not fully upsetting, I was very disappointed as this was a costly night and a birthday present for my boyfriend.

This was an awesome experience for my husband and I. We enjoy breweries and it was so much fun to stay on the property and not have to worry about food and drinks. Everything was so easy and convenient with great drinks, food, and beer history!! The staff was really friendly and helpful and we would love to come back during warmer weather to experience the outside grounds. As far as the room cleanliness, I think it could of been worked on a little bit with more effort. The shower stall was dirty on the bottom and glad I did not find the urine stains on the duvet until literally I was cleaning up to leave:(. That was disappointing but I was ok because I just slept with sheet, ugh. Really not that hard to clean a duvet. If I stay again, I would hope they could improve the room cleanliness for a five star experience.

For the cost, we were very disappointed. The concept is really cool, but the attention to detail lacked. The room was ok, but it wasn’t very clean. There was tons of dust on top of the headboard. The grounds around the hotel and brewery were very unkept. The staff at the front desk were very good, but the rest of our stay didn’t deliver.

The bathroom was dirty, sink did not drain properly, the shampoo bottle was completely empty so i had no shampoo. The body wash in the shower and the hand soap at the sink were both filled with water. My room did not have any coffee. Housekeeping needs to do better, it was terrible!

First, you can only access entrance to the hotel from walking through the hotel OR outside by walking through the patio. So if it’s raining, good luck. I didn’t receive any response from front desk even though I texted them. (That was the ONLY way to reach them without going down and physically walking to the front desk/bar). We ordered food and the pizza had missing half the toppings on it?! - we walk in our room and there was a leak/ puddle of water or something on the floor and the fridge door was open. I told the woman at front desk something was leaking and she pretty dismissed it and said the keg was hot? - I don’t want to walk into my room I paid for and find a puddle, unacceptable. THEN, I took my socks and the floor felt like it hadn’t been mopped or swept in months! My feet were dirty, gritty and black and I had to wipe them down with a hand towel before I could get into bed, disgusting! There was dust everywhere, the table by the bed was dusty, the remote were dusty, the books were dusty! Seriously? Once a week cleaning would be fine with me but this is straight neglect. Our toilet wouldn’t flush so that was terrible. No urgency whatsoever with the staff. I complained to the front desk about it all and the guy said the manager would refund me but I have yet to see that come through. The manager didn’t apologize once or ask me any questions, just wanted to run my card and said thanks to me. No professionalism whatsoever.

The atmosphere was top shelf but the service was just eh. Check in was at 4:00. We asked if it was ready at 3:45 and they said the managers were doing an inspection of the room and it would be 4:00. At 4:00 it still wasn’t ready. At 4:30 they checked someone else in THEN checked us in even though we had been sitting there for 45 minutes. We stayed 2 nights, on the second day they sent a text asking if we needed our room serviced. I replied just towels please. They said great, we’ll get them to you. We never received towels. There was someone’s old makeup in our room, used dental floss on the bathroom floor and sticky stuff on the floor in the common area. They advertise cookies and stout from 7-9pm, when we went down they said “oh we haven’t had cookies for a long time” my 10 yr old was disappointed. The included breakfast was less than appetizing, they had no bowls for cereal, ran out of silverware and the sausage was burnt and hard.

Not impressed with this Hotel. My room door was left ajar prior to my arrival. It appears that is their custom, which is inappropriate. When I looked through the room, there was an open bag of chips, and one of the coffee pods was still in the Keurig. I did inform the front desk Soni wouldn't be charged for the chips, which I wasn't, but no one came on day two to clean the room or replace the chips.

We always love staying at The Doghouse when we travel to Columbus. The rooms are comfortable and the food is delicious. The only complaint we had was the shower and sink were completely backed up so we had to take fast showers. They offered to move us to a different room, but it was our last day so I declined because it wasn't worth changing at that point. Can't wait to go back.

Possibly the best bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Also, nice little touches with the nightly beer and cookies and even free beer tokens for reusing your towels. A unique experience we highly enjoyed.

Very unique and eclectic place! Stayed in room 314 which had multiple coolers and a playable guitar on the wall. One cooler was in the bathroom! In-room snacks available for purchase, on-site restaurant and of course, an amazing, working brewery in which you can take a tour while staying on the property. There is a bike/walking path behind the property that you can use to walk into downtown Winchester (about 1 mile). Fantastic place I'd highly recommend for 1 night. More time? Check out Bridge Park in Dublin (NW of Columbus)

Rooms were stocked with their breweries beer and had fun amenities like a record player. Very clean. Staff was super nice and the buffet breakfast was good. Brewery food was ok (the Louisiana fries were yummy) but atmosphere was awesome and beers were really good!

Great hotel- beer at check in, pinball machines everywehre- hotel room overlooked barrell room, record player, shower fridge, grewat amenities. Would HIGHLY recommend. Only improvements needed is the shower is really slippery and breakfast options- great but COLD- not kept hot. Loved this place!

This hotel is awesome!!! We saw it on a TV show a few years back and it became a bucket list destination … “never more than an arm’s length away from a beer”! And the shower beers! So fun! The staff weren’t super welcoming, but were friendly enough. The suite was worth the upgrade - so cool to open the garage door to the brewery barrels … this place is a must-see!! The room was well-stocked with snacks and different beer choices for purchase - the record player was a great touch! Our only complaint was the pillows - WAY too big and hard. Do yourself a favor and stop at the Walmart down the street … we stayed two nights and while we would go back in a heartbeat, we didn’t sleep well. The food (including the continental breakfast) was REALLY good … the berry beermosa is a morning must!! This place is dog friendly … and super clean!! Never once smelled any evidence of dogs … the floors are all concrete (bring some slippers, too!). We’ll definitely be back!!

The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were awful. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. But we usually bring a small bar soap with us because my husband doesn’t like liquid hand soap. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The candy jars near the elevator didn’t have any candy in them except for a few hard caramels. I would rate it overall a B.

Having friends in the UK, this has been on my bucket list. This place was phenomenal. The design, the atmosphere, the beer. My fiance was in love with the pillows in the room and his looking to buy them. Check-in was probably my biggest issue. We arrived around 3:45 and another group arrived shortly after. There was absolutely no one at the front desk for 15 minutes. Eventually a younger guy who was on his 5th day of working there showed up and got us taken care of. I will say with a majority of their workforce being younger - everyone was extremely polite and professional. Will definitely be back.

We liked the concvienenve of it, and the fact they give you a check in / end of the day beer; however they were a few inconvenient issues with our birthday weekend stay. Our room was not ready at 4pm like we were told they it would be, which created issues with our surprise for the individual's birthday; then we were told that it would be ready very soon and we'd get a text. I never got a text, and 45 mins later I went up to the counter and our room had apparently been ready for some time. The beer taps in our room was not ready upon our entrance, and when I texted the number it took some time to get a response which told us it would be about 30 mins. We went down for dinner and 2 hours later, we still did not have the draft beer on taps, even after receiving a text asking if we needed a refill. The room it self was simply okay and definitely not worth the price. The shower was not 100% clean, they refilled the only hand soap with water, and our door was broken. While not fully upsetting, I was very disappointed as this was a costly night and a birthday present for my boyfriend.

Check in did not go well. I arrived at the hotel and found out my reservation was canceled because they overbooked. I was forced to find another option and pay for a 2nd hotel for the evening at a different location. It was a really fun concept. I arrived and all seemed great but I continually had to go to the front desk because my key card was not working. I had to request housekeeping daily and ask that I get fresh towels daily. I had the opportunity to meet GM Dana who was very receptive and willing to help with anything. The other staff seemed very disorganized and more interested in just shooting the breeze and partying with coworkers. Over all I was disappointed. This concept was great idea but they need more training in hospitality to make this the experience they want for visitors.

Brewdog is an amazing concept with a beautiful facility. But there is a staffing issue that keeps people away and us from returning. I don't have enough words available to describe in detail. My wife and I flew across the country to meet some friends from Florida as a destination meet up. We do this annually. We made the best out of our stay, but it was brutal. Confusion, mis-communication and overall, we were not impressed. We were even told we could not have any additional coffee pods fort the Kurig coffee maker in our room. We needed to go downstairs for coffee. However the day before, the coffee wasn't available until after 8:00am. The hotel isn't in sync with the brewery. The wait staff and the bar staff do not work together. I have to think it is a tipping issue. I made several orders with a waiter while on the patio and they never delivered them. I think it was because we had an open tab with the bar. I saw a couple checking out a day early asking for a full refund. And several bar customers very upset over the lack of service, complaining and visually upset. So unfortunate. I suppose there is a solid enough population base to keep it afloat for some time, because I can't imagine repeat customers. Worst customer service we have had in a very long time. The stay was not cheap, coming in at just under $1k for a two night stay. Better off to stay off site and visit for a short evening.

Staying at the Hotel was very convenient for walking to the attached brewery and restaurant. The room initially given to me had very dirty sheets. I was quickly given a new room with apologies. Staff were very good and understanding. Getting to and from the parking lot to the hotel was inconvenient. A long walk, and no area to pull up to the door. Also, you needed to walk through an outdoor patio eating area, which felt uncomfortable dragging baggage. Overall, the hotel placement felt more like an afterthought as they were building the brewery but it was a new experience that I enjoyed “once”.

The atmosphere was top shelf but the service was just eh. Check in was at 4:00. We asked if it was ready at 3:45 and they said the managers were doing an inspection of the room and it would be 4:00. At 4:00 it still wasn’t ready. At 4:30 they checked someone else in THEN checked us in even though we had been sitting there for 45 minutes. We stayed 2 nights, on the second day they sent a text asking if we needed our room serviced. I replied just towels please. They said great, we’ll get them to you. We never received towels. There was someone’s old makeup in our room, used dental floss on the bathroom floor and sticky stuff on the floor in the common area. They advertise cookies and stout from 7-9pm, when we went down they said “oh we haven’t had cookies for a long time” my 10 yr old was disappointed. The included breakfast was less than appetizing, they had no bowls for cereal, ran out of silverware and the sausage was burnt and hard.

Awesome beer-themed hotel connected to brewery and restaurant, complete with dog park, next to biking trail. Books, records, games, guitar, beer fridge in the room. Eco friendly and vegan food options. Young kids with other guests seemed to also enjoy it. Exceeded my expectations!

BEAUTIFUL property with great modern twist. Absolutely loved being able to see the beer tanks from the dining area and the cool view of the aging barrels from the hotel mezzanine. It's not super clear where the hotel lobby was, and its somewhat of a hike from the parking lot with your luggage to the check-in desk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even received a free beer with check-in and free beermosas with breakfast! (Both were delicious) Had fun here even with it being a one-night stay while passing through. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for something fun and unique.Very cool place to stay!

The area was quiet and comfortable, Rooms were clean. Having the brewery and restaurant in the same building made in so convenient. The area is also perfect because there a bunch of stores and restaurants just a couple minutes down the street. Complimentary breakfast was included. Definitely would stay here again. The overall vibe felt comfortable.

Fun hotel with uniqueness. Check in was fast and easy. The first time I ever got a “check in beer”! Room was great ( except the neon light over the bed that couldn’t be switched off). Walking to the room smelled great overlooking the Sour Room. Spent some time at the lobby bar after restaurant closed. Friendly staff and fun crowd. Morning breakfast was good. Small selection, but good quality. We look forward to returning in the future!

Enjoyed all the beer perks. Beer at check in and then later there was cookies and a beer between 7-9pm. Enjoyed that the hotel bar stayed open later than the restaurant. Really loved the hotel. One suggestion would be to add specific parking spaces for hotel guests only that restaurant patrons can’t park in. We came back after adventuring and had to park really far away. Then in the morning our car was all alone and far out in the parking lot.

This is a very unique and cool place to stay! They literally thought of everything! I have never stayed in a hotel quite like this one and have already recommended it to friends and family. The attached brewery/restaurant was very cool as well and the food was delicious! Where else can you stay that gives you a free beer when you check in? It was an awesome experience and I will definately stay here again if I am ever in the area! :)

There is a lovely pond in front of hotel, you’ll get a free beer when check-in. The whole hotel is decorated with brewing and beer, so unique and interesting. There is also a beer museum inside the restaurant, a free tour is definitely worthy to take. At 7pm they also have cookie time, free fresh cookie paired with beer, so much fun. Restaurant is busy, food is ok but not extraordinary. Free breakfast is a plus, but need better service to take care of refilling the drink and food item. In general, a good experience!

Hotel was very nice only problem I had was with checkin. Lady was very rude. I asked about parking as i had a trailer and she replied in the parking lot. I walked over to bar and asked they told me what lot to use. She was not nice at all she said give me a credit cadd to charge. Would not answer questions without being rude. She just looks at you like your stupid. Other then that place in great once you get past her. I told checkout about her do not know if they told management. She is in wrong position she should not be dealing with public. I would stay there again if I did not have to deal with her.

TVs didn’t work cold not get any local channels. Coffee maker didn’t work. Room floor was dirty. I text the help number proved at 8:15 am. They replied 7 hrs later after I checked out. While eating the continental breakfast the 3 African American ladies just stood behind the counter chatting never asking how my room or night went. When I checked out I looked to speak with the front desk. No one was in the desk or office area. My first time staying at this location. Won’t go back.

This place was exceptional! Drinks and food were great. Breakfast was just ok. The eggs were questionable. The bed was SO COMFY and I loved the pillows. We slept like a rock and I need the brand ASAP! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely go back!
