The room was great. The staff was supurb. And Jintaro, at the hotel bar, was the best bartender/cocktail artist I've ever had the pleasure of being served by.

This is a really nice place. The building itself is architecturally wonderful.n As soon as you walk in there a calm vibe and the staff are really helpful and so nice. And that calmness permeates into their rooms. The room was clean, nice bed and the shower tub was a decent size. I highly recommend this place if you're in Otaru.

5/5. Super nice staff! Very friendly and serviceminded. Free wine tasting in the afternoon. A big selection of signature coctails. Breakfast was luxurious. The restaurant had great food at a reasonable price. The rooms was cosy. The hotel building is historic and renovated with care.
