We enjoyed our 1 night stay. We were traveling with our 12-year-old and it was just wonderful that we could walk through the back yard to the creek...a quintessential visit to the Catskills! Breakfast was also yummy with a variety of options to choose from, however, definitely try the onion quiche as it was delicious.

I had an amazing time at River Run. Super friendly staff, the oner was amazing and treated me so good. Breakfast was great. Very comfortable beds, very clean house. Very relaxing sitting room with fire place. I will definitely return.

The stay was great and service from the owner was wonderful. The building is charming. I visited each corner of this historical building. It is just 6 minutes from BELLEAYRE Mountain, where people enjoy the ski. I will definitely come back to the River Run B&B. I recommend it to everyone.

I have parking on the street, but it said parking free. The shower clogged water that we can't enjoy the shower and watch the hair. Also the bathroom is communal. I didn't see on the website.

This is a 130 yr old house preserved in its original style in the small Catskills town of Fleischmanns off Rt 28. It was built as a single family home with many bedrooms to accommodate summer guests, making it a perfect house for a B&B. The owner Ben, and in fact everyone I met was friendly, relaxed and welcoming to me and to my 6 yr old granddaughter. I went primarily as a weekend getaway to attend a local music festival, although had I stayed longer I would have loved to go swimming at the nearby Belleayre lakeside beach or go searching for one of the many waterfalls in the area.

This is a unique place with many curiosities, charm and character. Check-in was super easy, clear instructions for late arrival, extra bed, as discussed overall the phone. Super clean, cozy, sufficient bedding and towels. Breakfast was joy on it's own - delicious and plentiful. Our host, Ben explained parking rules and where to leave car during the snow storm. Highly recommend!

I love that this was so close to Belleayre for skiing! The room was very clean and the bed was comfy! We had a private tiny bathroom down the hall but the sink was in our room. No TVs in the room but the wifi was fast. We picked our breakfasts at night and it was ready on the dining table when we came down in the morning. The banana muffins were delicious! The parlor has a little collection of antique salon equipment and hairstylist supplies, which as a hair stylist I thought was pretty cool to see! The house is old but clean, the floors are a bit uneven and creaky, there is an "old" smell in the air mixed with a disinfectant smell in the room. But really those are minor things that wouldnt stop me from staying again!

The host and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The grounds in back of property are beautiful. Unfortunately, the house itself could be better maintained and really unfortunate is the Fleischman's is full of dilapidated housing and somewhat depressing.

Very clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. The house is a little worn and could use some TLC. We could smell weed wafting into our room several times during our short stay. Also, the Hester in the room, which is a wall unit kept clicking on and off through the night, making it tough to sleep

My boyfriend and I stayed here because of the close proximity to several ski areas. The hosts gladly accommodated a late check in and left us a breakfast form to fill out for the next day. The room was very clean and cozy and the bathroom in the hallway was recently renovated and had everything we needed. We were warm despite the freezing temperatures and could control the temperature ourselves. The breakfast in the morning was out of this world! Fresh and homemade. I would 100 percent recommend this quaint bed and breakfast and do plan to stay again!! Thank you guys for everything! We had an amazing stay.

My husband and 2 boys stayed at this hotel so they could enjoy the Belleayre mountain the following morning. They said the room was spotlessly clean and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. A breakfast was included in the morning and they chose what they would like the evening before, so it would be ready for them in the morning. They would definitely stay here again and it is a great location for Belleayre mountain as only a 10 minute drive.

Stay at here was very nice. The room is kept clean and tidy. Location is near Bellayre mountain. There are some places to eat food nearby. The owner showed us a list of possible restaurantes to go, within a walking or short drive distance, which was helpful. This place was pretty quite and I wasn’t bothered with others stayers chats etc, nor cars running outside.

This is a unique place with many curiosities, charm and character. Check-in was super easy, clear instructions for late arrival, extra bed, as discussed overall the phone. Super clean, cozy, sufficient bedding and towels. Breakfast was joy on it's own - delicious and plentiful. Our host, Ben explained parking rules and where to leave car during the snow storm. Highly recommend!

Ben was such a great host and so lovely to chat with. It was for sure an LGBTQIA+ friendly B&B, and we felt right at home amongst the incredibly eclectic decor. SUCH a cool and interesting house. The breakfasts were also great, the mushroom quiche especially! No complaints :)

Ben and the other staff at River Run were so welcoming and hospitable. My partner and I stayed for the weekend and had great breakfast everyday and were given recommendations for places nearby. Ben was kind enough to even give my partner and I recommendations along our route back to Jersey and they were all great recommendations.

The stay was great and service from the owner was wonderful. The building is charming. I visited each corner of this historical building. It is just 6 minutes from BELLEAYRE Mountain, where people enjoy the ski. I will definitely come back to the River Run B&B. I recommend it to everyone.

My boyfriend and I stayed here because of the close proximity to several ski areas. The hosts gladly accommodated a late check in and left us a breakfast form to fill out for the next day. The room was very clean and cozy and the bathroom in the hallway was recently renovated and had everything we needed. We were warm despite the freezing temperatures and could control the temperature ourselves. The breakfast in the morning was out of this world! Fresh and homemade. I would 100 percent recommend this quaint bed and breakfast and do plan to stay again!! Thank you guys for everything! We had an amazing stay.

Stay at here was very nice. The room is kept clean and tidy. Location is near Bellayre mountain. There are some places to eat food nearby. The owner showed us a list of possible restaurantes to go, within a walking or short drive distance, which was helpful. This place was pretty quite and I wasn’t bothered with others stayers chats etc, nor cars running outside.

The host and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The grounds in back of property are beautiful. Unfortunately, the house itself could be better maintained and really unfortunate is the Fleischman's is full of dilapidated housing and somewhat depressing.

My husband and 2 boys stayed at this hotel so they could enjoy the Belleayre mountain the following morning. They said the room was spotlessly clean and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. A breakfast was included in the morning and they chose what they would like the evening before, so it would be ready for them in the morning. They would definitely stay here again and it is a great location for Belleayre mountain as only a 10 minute drive.

I love that this was so close to Belleayre for skiing! The room was very clean and the bed was comfy! We had a private tiny bathroom down the hall but the sink was in our room. No TVs in the room but the wifi was fast. We picked our breakfasts at night and it was ready on the dining table when we came down in the morning. The banana muffins were delicious! The parlor has a little collection of antique salon equipment and hairstylist supplies, which as a hair stylist I thought was pretty cool to see! The house is old but clean, the floors are a bit uneven and creaky, there is an "old" smell in the air mixed with a disinfectant smell in the room. But really those are minor things that wouldnt stop me from staying again!

This was a cute place to stay. Very neat and clean. There was a form to fill in for breakfast and breakfast was ready right on the time we chose. I loved that part as there was no wastage of food. I enjoyed my stay!
