First we get there and they had just given the king room I booked online to a walk in single customer. Then we got a key, hauled our luggage upstairs to open the door on a man changing his clothes in his room. Back downstairs we go. Get another key, back upstairs we go…the key doesn’t work. Back downstairs, clerk comes up with master key, 3 rooms later, we are able to walk into an empty room but don’t have a key to go in and out. No I’ve machine. Vending machine took $3, no coke dispensed. For the price I didn’t expect much but safety is always a concern

Still renovating. Had to change rooms due to lights not working and not clean. Had to walk stairs as no other rooms on main. No coffee, no continental breakfast. We would not recommend or stay there again

Did not actually stay. The facility is extremely run down and obviously in need of cleaning and repairs. At check-in they mentioned that they did not have hot water. That was a deal breaker for us. We left and found another accommodation nearby.

Room had not been cleaned...no duating done Pulled the door back and found cigarette butts and ashes all on floor..non smoking rooms bybthe way. Also sheets were satined with a black substance. The tub would not drain. Paid 90$ for one night stay...it wasnt worth the money...never again

Generally good hotel. However, TV would not tune in any channel, sink area light was inoperative, and shower curtain was stained with mildew. I checked in late and left early on a quick overnight. Overall disappointing stay.

They didn’t let me check in until 30 minutes after check in, only one light in the entire room worked and it was very dirty and had fleas. They wouldn’t switch my room because it was “booked out” even though the entire parking lot had maybe 5 cars in it. It’s in a sketchy part of town, I have no idea how this place is still open.

This is a prison. The sheets are dirty. The staff is rude. This is the dirtiest most disgusting hotel in the world. Avoid at all cost. They dont even wash the sheets. You will sleep in others peoples filth. The pillows have stains. The walls have blood on them. Roaches. Smoke. Dirt. Just dont go.

First room didnt dead bolt i asked for it to be fixed.. he came and looked at it told me the secondary lock would be fine. I told him i need another room. I was issued another room this room the lights would flicker around the mirror. Just not a very comfortable stay. I wont be back.

The room was very nice, recently updated, comfortable beds. We were missing our remote but we were just there to sleep. And the heater didn't work so the room was chilly but my husband didn't mind it as much as I did. Again, we were just there to sleep, so no biggie. I'm sure if we told the front desk, they would've moved us, but it was late and we were tired. I would recommend this place for a nice room to stay in.

I booked the hotel for my birthday getaway. I didnt like the fact that the property pictures did not match the reality. The beds were pretty hard and the bed covers seemed smokey even though the hotel is supposed to be smoke free. My wife and I decided to cut short our stay by one night. However, to my surprise and indignation, I was charged for the entire booking even though the manager assured me that he would refund the second night of my stay. Now I am waiting to see if there is a refund or if I have to deal with my banking institution on my end.

When I checked in, the refrigerator had a box of beer and a container of half eaten chicken in it. That shows that the room had not been properly cleaned after the last guest. The lighting was POOR. No ceiling lights, and a light over the bed was out. Workers were never there. There was a sign in the windows to call a worker and/or ring the doorbell if you needed anything. They never picked up the phone or answered the doorbell.
