This was the perfect rental for our family. The reservation process was seamless. The check in was contact free. We showed up late and everything was perfect and waiting for us with no hassle. This unit was super clean and was the perfect amount of apace for our family of four. The kitchen was well appointed and having our own washer and dryer was so convenient. We were mere steps away from the pool and having a main floor unit was perfect for having a glass of wine on the lanai while the kids played in the yard. I would not consider this unit walking distance to anything but the pool (though there were people walking places) but it’s a super short drive for shopping, dining, and beach. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot for the week!

Arranging a suitable time for six people to vacation, is not the easiest. Juggling schedules and arranging time off work creates quite a logistics problem. My wife and I were constantly looking thru VRBO listings, trying to find a place with three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. We were fortunate enough to find this particular condo in a very quiet (except for roosters in the morning) complex, that was very clean, and extremely close to everything. The condo was complete with a cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkeling gear, and two Boogie boards. Poipu Beach is very close, and worth the effort, which is very little. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and living room, was large enough for our six adults to be comfortable after all the excursions. Pool is very closed and clean. Jacuzzi is nicely heated, and large enough to not feel crowded ... sometimes :). If we ever go back to Kauai, we will definitely look at this complex. The proximity to the airport, about 30 mins, and everything else, makes it a perfect place to stay

This condo made for an awesome family vacation. It is in an excellent location, 5 min drive anywhere in Poipu. The condo is a short walk to the pool area and grilling area. The condo itself is clean, quality and loaded with everything you need. The managment team was attentive, helpful and friendly. The major con is the price. For us, it was very expensive. I wish you didn't have to pay so much for quality on the island.

Super clean home with furniture that is both attractive and comfortable. (twin bedroom is larger than it looks in photos) The back porch is lovely, albeit without much of a view. Community pool and grills are nearby. Parking for one car in garage. My one negative was the lack of some items in the kitchen....no fruit squeezer for island cocktails, not enough spoons for the group, no large bowl or pitcher etc. It didn't, however, stop us from enjoying this great property!

The unit was clean and the wifi worked great. We love Pili Mai and the unit is close to the community pool. Our only minor issue was there is not enough utensils and kitchen ware. We primarily do our cooking at the unit and always have issues finding tupperware or something to store the left overs. If you plan to BBQ, there are several residential propane BBQ's throughout the complex. If you're able to get it going you'll need some BBQ utensils.

Perfectly spacious with the outdoor lanai seating for having our ohana over for dinner. Simple & homey feeling. AC was kept us nice & cool during the hot days. Pool was right next door. Mahalo for the wnderful stay!

We loved our stay here! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us plenty of space for our whole family! The kitchen was well equipped, including extras such as sandwich bags and a few spices. There were several beach chairs, which we used several times as well as a cooler. The location is great for the south side of the island! It is a few minutes from multiple beaches, shopping and dining. The condo could use a good cleaning and some maintenance, which is why I didn't give 5 stars across the board. Overall, I would stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and lots of room. We loved this location but we ran into some issues. Usually you have expectations for this kind of cost to stay. They need to clean better and get regular pest control treatments. Counter was dirty, mirrors dirty upon arrival with dusty plants. Found dead bugs in the fridge, bed and in the rooms with lots of active bugs in the bathrooms every day. They did send the housekeeper to clean up while we were there and said their big guy comes quarterly. If those things were fixed I would give it a higher rating especially with how much we paid. Close to beaches and quiet development

This unit was very well stocked in the kitchen. They also supplied everything you would need for a trip to the beach.They had a cooler, masks, snorkels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The unit was very clean with a great view of the golf course and a glimpse of the ocean.

The condo was as described. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and accessible to beaches, local stores and food, and a great location for us. We had trouble with the ice machine the first day but the manager answered our email within a short time and sent someone over to check it as well. It worked just fine but the setting had been slightly off. The condo had beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie board (although two would have been nice instead of just the one), beach umbrella (we did not use because of the wind), several coolers, and a cart to use on the beach. There was a cruiser to use but unfortunately one tire tube needed fixing. The management company communicated clearly during all aspects: booking prior to stay, prior to check out and with questions.

Spacious three bedroom two level condo on second floor. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of tableware. The couch could’ve been more comfortable but has sitting for four adults. Great location, walking distance to shopping and restaurant plus peaceful and pleasant surroundings. We had an amazing stay and time in Kauai.

Wonderful condo. Lots of windows with a beautiful view of palm trees, mountains, and nature. The kitchen island is great. The condo felt very large with 3 bedrooms having their own space. Would love to go back there again.

We brought our young adult children and their friends/partners on this trip to Kauai. The unit and entire property far exceeded our expectations. The unit was very clean with modern amenities and extremely comfortable beds. The location was very conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I would absolutely refer friends and family and would enjoy going back myself! We very much enjoyed our time.

Enjoyed time with family. Location is excellent for exploring Poipu and other South Shore areas. Unit needs some care...had to turn off ice maker in order to stop water line leak...thermostat inoperative...and 3 of 4 under cabinet kitchen counter lights not working. Overall Kauai experience was positive.

Overall check in and out was easy. Minimal utensils in kitchen but sufficient. I recommend better lighting outside so guest can see house numbers better. Diverter valve on upstairs shower wasn’t working properly. Not a big deal but it should be repaired or replaced.

This was the perfect rental for our family. The reservation process was seamless. The check in was contact free. We showed up late and everything was perfect and waiting for us with no hassle. This unit was super clean and was the perfect amount of apace for our family of four. The kitchen was well appointed and having our own washer and dryer was so convenient. We were mere steps away from the pool and having a main floor unit was perfect for having a glass of wine on the lanai while the kids played in the yard. I would not consider this unit walking distance to anything but the pool (though there were people walking places) but it’s a super short drive for shopping, dining, and beach. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot for the week!

We sent an email with a screen shot of the listing showing access to the Poipu Athletics Club. We NEVER received a reply. it was disappointing as we SELECTED a unit WITH ACCESS. The coffee pot is broken. It just make a mess and no coffee. The outdoor hose is broken. Hard to clean up after going to the beach. The washer/dryer need some deep cleaning. Other places we have traveled too have signs to keep the washer door open to avoid mold. I have front loaders too and understand the extra maintenance . The location and the rest of the unit was great.

Great location to experience the island. Beaches are close by and the village market shopping plaza at the end of the road made it easy to get anything we needed including great food options. The home was clean and well stocked for a family of 4. The rental company even combined the twin beds to make a huge bed for our daughter. The company is very responsive and we would consider staying here again when we come back for a visit.

Very nice condo. The key code did not work but someone came quickly to let us in using the hard key. We were promised a new key code but never happened. The BIG problem was roaches! We saw them in the kitchen, then bathrooms, and finally twice in the fridge. I called management three times and got promises but no action. We finally bought Raid and sprayed our bags. Praying we don’t take them home. Totally unacceptable!!!

The condo was as described. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and accessible to beaches, local stores and food, and a great location for us. We had trouble with the ice machine the first day but the manager answered our email within a short time and sent someone over to check it as well. It worked just fine but the setting had been slightly off. The condo had beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie board (although two would have been nice instead of just the one), beach umbrella (we did not use because of the wind), several coolers, and a cart to use on the beach. There was a cruiser to use but unfortunately one tire tube needed fixing. The management company communicated clearly during all aspects: booking prior to stay, prior to check out and with questions.

We have stayed in the same complex three other times, but the first time in this unit. Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Easy check in, great communication all the way through our stay. Would definitely stay again and wish I was back there right now.

We loved the location, and the condo was so nice inside! I messaged the property manager about something and got a prompt response. The condo was very spacious and we loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom as well. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Spacious three bedroom two level condo on second floor. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of tableware. The couch could’ve been more comfortable but has sitting for four adults. Great location, walking distance to shopping and restaurant plus peaceful and pleasant surroundings. We had an amazing stay and time in Kauai.

Myself and four adults stayed here for two nights on our visit to south Kauai. The place is enormous and the layout of the place allows for everyone to have their own space, while also allowing great areas to congregate and eat dinner. The lanai was a great place for a cup of coffee and a rooster concert every morning. Beach gear and garage were a huge plus for us. Probably about a mile drive to Poipu beach lots, but there’s typically a lot more parking than other beaches/beach parks. We loved our stay at Pili Mai and would recommend to any of our family and friends. Pili Mai was also a great location as it’s centrally located between the local shopping centers, Koloa center, local food trucks, and Poipu beach. Mahalo for your hospitality, we truly felt the aloha and Ohana treatment!

My family and friends were visiting for my wedding and couldnt of had a better time. This property was beautiful and very well maintained. The wedding was at shipwrecks beach which was minutes away from the property. We would definately stay again!

Beautiful home with great layout and amazing mattresses! We had to request some additional cleaning but the management company was very quick to respond and rectify, I just wish the unit had better pans. We love to cook and the pans were terrible. Overall we had a fabulous stay!
