This is a budget hotel on the main road entering the city from the west. Noisy area with some industrial, commercial businesses next door. The property is gated so you feel safe inside. The hotel is under staffed, at the time of evening check-in one person is running the front desk and the bar at the same time, makes everything run slowly. The girl at the front desk at late evening check-in deserves all my compliments, she did everything to make the check-in experience pleasant, however one person was not enough for the front desk/bar operation. The room is basic, smaller than usual, it comes with basic amenities but no fridge. The breakfast in the morning was way better than expected, with delicious hot and cold items.

Check in was professional with the gentleman at reception having a good sense of humour. Room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. It was quiet each night, so sleep was good. Shower worked very well with lots of hot water. Location was convenient to a large metro station, bus station, shopping centre and a nimber of restaurants. Wifi was good. Breakfast had lots of options, staff in breakfast area were helpful. Staff working at the bar were poor. Showed limited awareness of who was waiting longest to be served and consistently served local people before guests from further afield.

Good place for an overnight stay. Rooms were comfortable, with everything you need. Breakfast was good, but could use some more variety. Friendly and helpful staff. We were surprised to find out that the parking is not free of charge (10 EUR/night/car), but on the same time I admit we didn't check in advance.

We need to have clear which kind of accommodation we're talking about, it's an Ibis Styles, which for me is a guarantee of clean rooms and pleasant stays at a very reasonable price without any fancy extras. The employees at the reception were very helpful all the time, breakfast was fresh and with quality products, the hotel itself is brand new (or renovated) and spotless clean. On arrival as well on departure I used the baggage storage service without extra cost and I got a free drink at the bar by registering on the Accor Member Program (but prices are far way better on Expedia, so do it only for the free drink 😉). The area surrounding the hotel could be better but it's generally just ugly, not unsafe, anyway the metro station of the line 4 is just 5 minutes away on foot and within 5-6 stops you're in the city center in no time. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely come back while in Budapest.

Hervorragendes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt! Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum gelungen. Das Hotel selbst sowie die sanitären Einrichtungen waren makellos sauber, was mir besonders wichtig ist. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die ideale Lage. Es liegt direkt am Bahnhof und ist somit perfekt für Reisende, die zu Fuß unterwegs sind. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, einen McDonald's und sogar ein Einkaufszentrum. Das inkludierte Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Der Check-in und der Checkout verliefen schnell und unkompliziert, und die Kommunikation auf Englisch war überhaupt kein Problem.

The hotel is clean and modern. It was exactly what we needed for our 4 days in Budapest its a 5 min walk to the buses or 10 mins to the metro so getting to the centre was very easy. The only negative is that the path to the hotel is dark and there are abandoned vehicles and it feels rough.

The staff are very professional and helpful. They go above and beyond to help. They are available late in the evening or early in the morning. The property is located 10 10-minute walk to the tram stop (49) and the metro stop (M4). However, it takes 30-35 minutes to reach the attractions. Rooms are fundamental, but spotless and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping service is excellent! I stayed for 6 nights. The room was not that comfortable for that long. But if you stay 1-2 nights, it is a great hotel to stay at. The breakfast is OK. There was a lot of meat stuff and not much for non-meat eaters :-)

Superb hotel albeit slightly hidden from the main road, The room was excellent with A1 aircon, which was key in the middle of summer. Reception very amenable and helpful, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Under 10 minutes from Kelenfold and access to Budapest.

The bed was placed underneath the window which meant we felt a slight draft while sleeping which was uncomfortable at times. The hotel is located next to a busy highway and you constantly hear traffic including ambulance/police sirens. Personally, I'm a fairly light sleeper so if I had known about the noise level, I'd have brought earplugs. I've stayed at hotels located near much less busy roads and the rooms come with complimentary earplugs. The hotel's entry gate is on a quiet but rather dodgy looking street. The street was fairly dark and I wouldn't walk there by myself in the dark. Breakfast was good. Breakfast personnel was efficient.

The line to the breakfast was terrible! Second day we had none at all because there was just no place to sit. Third day same thing. We asked for a tray to bring breakfast up to the room ourselves, but we couldn't have one. If you have bus loads with people - make sure you know when they will eat and tell everyone else about it at check in! Room is small but clean. Double bed is more like 140 cm. Only one plastic chair to sit. No fridge on the room (so you can't store your own breakfast).

This is a budget hotel on the main road entering the city from the west. Noisy area with some industrial, commercial businesses next door. The property is gated so you feel safe inside. The hotel is under staffed, at the time of evening check-in one person is running the front desk and the bar at the same time, makes everything run slowly. The girl at the front desk at late evening check-in deserves all my compliments, she did everything to make the check-in experience pleasant, however one person was not enough for the front desk/bar operation. The room is basic, smaller than usual, it comes with basic amenities but no fridge. The breakfast in the morning was way better than expected, with delicious hot and cold items.

The man at reception was very pleasant and check in was straightforward. The room was clean and very quiet. Breakfast provided lots of options to eat and drink and was never crowded. The hotel had an excellent location close to a shopping centre, different restaurants and Kelenföld metro and bus station was nearby. The only negative was service at the bar. This was not organised very well with the woman at the bar one evening making no effort to serve guests in order, keeping my family and I waiting while serving others with no waiting time. She did this on a number of occasions which was frustrating, so we chose to have evening drinks elsewhere.

Check in was professional with the gentleman at reception having a good sense of humour. Room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. It was quiet each night, so sleep was good. Shower worked very well with lots of hot water. Location was convenient to a large metro station, bus station, shopping centre and a nimber of restaurants. Wifi was good. The staff are very professional and helpful. They go above and beyond to help. They are available late in the evening or early in the morning. The property is located 10 10-minute walk to the tram stop (49) and the metro stop (M4). However, it takes 30-35 minutes to reach the attractions. Rooms are fundamental, but spotless and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping service is excellent! I stayed for 6 nights. The room was not that comfortable for that long. But if you stay 1-2 nights, it is a great hotel to stay at. The breakfast is OK. There was a lot of meat stuff and not much for non-meat eaters :-)

Tutto molto alla mano, personale accogliente, fermate metro e autobus vicine, collegamenti rapidi e sicuri, colazione vasta, mista tra dolce e salato. consiglio vivamente, unico “sbattimento” sono i 4,6 km dal centro, ma come detto prima, collegamenti tra metro e autobus molto efficienti e rapidi, perdi un po’ di tempo ma neanche te ne accorgi.

The hotel is clean and modern. It was exactly what we needed for our 4 days in Budapest its a 5 min walk to the buses or 10 mins to the metro so getting to the centre was very easy. The only negative is that the path to the hotel is dark and there are abandoned vehicles and it feels rough.

Superb hotel albeit slightly hidden from the main road, The room was excellent with A1 aircon, which was key in the middle of summer. Reception very amenable and helpful, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Under 10 minutes from Kelenfold and access to Budapest.

We need to have clear which kind of accommodation we're talking about, it's an Ibis Styles, which for me is a guarantee of clean rooms and pleasant stays at a very reasonable price without any fancy extras. The employees at the reception were very helpful all the time, breakfast was fresh and with quality products, the hotel itself is brand new (or renovated) and spotless clean. On arrival as well on departure I used the baggage storage service without extra cost and I got a free drink at the bar by registering on the Accor Member Program (but prices are far way better on Expedia, so do it only for the free drink 😉). The area surrounding the hotel could be better but it's generally just ugly, not unsafe, anyway the metro station of the line 4 is just 5 minutes away on foot and within 5-6 stops you're in the city center in no time. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely come back while in Budapest.

The bed was placed underneath the window which meant we felt a slight draft while sleeping which was uncomfortable at times. The hotel is located next to a busy highway and you constantly hear traffic including ambulance/police sirens. Personally, I'm a fairly light sleeper so if I had known about the noise level, I'd have brought earplugs. I've stayed at hotels located near much less busy roads and the rooms come with complimentary earplugs. The hotel's entry gate is on a quiet but rather dodgy looking street. The street was fairly dark and I wouldn't walk there by myself in the dark. Breakfast was good. Breakfast personnel was efficient.

Good place for an overnight stay. Rooms were comfortable, with everything you need. Breakfast was good, but could use some more variety. Friendly and helpful staff. We were surprised to find out that the parking is not free of charge (10 EUR/night/car), but on the same time I admit we didn't check in advance.
