Had my Cadillac converter cut off my vehicle and they had no cameras on the parking lot. Unacceptable will not stay there again and will write a review on their website

Great water pressure…horrible lobby & facility. Staff is average. Pool furniture is horrific and uninviting

The outside seating was nice and the breakfast was fine.

I don’t like the $10 dollar parking fee. Add it to the price of the room. Vegas charges resort fees and people don’t like that.It’s not the money it’s the point that you’re charged for something that should be free. Money grabbing

Room was clean and decent but bed is wear down. Definitely needs a replacement and the pillows were uncomfortable as well. Laying on the couch was better than the bed. Breakfast was ok but had limited food option and quality. Honestly, Holiday Inn and Best Western had more options and better food quality. For $380 for two nights and $20 parking fee, I would probably not stay there again.

Not enough luggage carriers at check in It was a very busy weekend though

It’s in the middle of a parking lot plaza type of thing with a bunch of restaurants and coffee and stuff. Super convenient! The staff was very friendly, they have a nice lobby and outdoor area to relax in. Our room was well equipped and comfy.

This hotel is staffed with friendly employees. They had a really nice breakfast buffet with lots of options. It has a nice little pool. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and get you everything you need for your stay. Clean rooms, dog friendly, lots of great eating and shopping options close by.

Great but the mold in the but was not so cool. Other than that it was great stay

Hated this stay. The room smelled like cat pee. There was droplets of blood on the floor and the blind was dirty. I needed a staycation with the family and small dog while our house was under renovation. Wouldn't say again. Our dog has stayed in numerous hotels and we've never been somewhere that smelled so bad.

Josh was great, but room request was ignored, and first person who worked with me felt dismissive and rude. Dont remember his name. Room was SUPER dirty and the bed smelled like something had died. Fridge didnt work and all my food was ruined.

The room was on the side next to freeway. It was very noisy and impossible to sleep. The people next door were clamoring around and had music blaring and woke me up at 2:52 am. The combination of the two noise mechanisms made the trip not enjoyable. I was in town for a tennis tournament and requested a quiet room and it was right out the elevators as well. Staying somewhere else next time! Very disappointed.

Our recent stay at your hotel was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and efficient front desk staff made us feel welcome. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, offering a satisfying and varied selection of fresh and delicious options. We were particularly impressed with the spaciousness of our room. The well-equipped kitchenette proved incredibly convenient, allowing us to use kitchenware, microwave and fridge. The separate living room area was a welcome addition, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The thoughtful inclusion of a privacy curtain between the living area and the sleeping area added a significant touch of luxury and enhanced our overall comfort. We appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful amenities provided, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would wholeheartedly recommend your hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future.

Breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly. Beds are a bit old, room is spacious but it smelled bad, you can also hear the noise from the road.

We had two different women help us and both were very nice and friendly! One offered us our choice of 3 different rooms and the other asked how our stay was and said ‘see you next time!’ Multiple places to eat around the area and able to walk to. Rooms spacious and have a microwave, fridge, and little desk area. Definitely recommend staying here!

Not quiet, both traffic noise and neighbor noise. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and super comfortable bed which is what I associate with Hilton hotels

Compared to other similar properties in the area, this hotel was highly rated. From the time we arrived to a very long line at check-in to the time we received our key card, it was 45 minutes. The woman checking us in apologized and offered us an item from the in house mini-mart, but not alcohol. This was a nice gesture, but very insufficient considering the amount of time we spent waiting around after a long drive. The room was average and breakfast was average. Unfortunately, this property allows dogs. I have a dog but left him home w/the housesitter. The neighbor across the hall left their dog alone in the room. It proceeded to cry, whine, and bark for nearly a half hour while the owner was away. Fortunately it was during the afternoon, and not at night. We stayed at a Hampton Inn in IN recently, also a Hilton property, and guests staying w/animals were restricted to the first floor which makes a lot more sense for a number of reasons including noise, smell, and guests w/allergies. The room also had electronic blinds. At check-in, the woman gave us directions which were confusing, lengthy, and poorly written. Even the most technologically savvy would find these blinds challenging to operate. In addition, the previous guest couldn't figure out how to use them and just pulled on them and damaged them. We won't be staying at this property again.

My room door malfunctioned and locked me out. The one lady at the front was completely clueless and was of no help. She cried and had a nervous breakdown. She( Laura) called her manager and the manager refused to come out to the property and help. It took me over an hour to get into the room. How can the property have one incompetent person working at night? No maintenance? I stay here often but this unacceptable.

Grest service. Bob and Sarah were two awesome employees. Always helpful, and took care of some items we left behind until we could get them. Overall, awesome!

Check in starts at 3pm. We arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready. The guy said 30-40 minutes because it wasn’t cleaned yet. There was another couple waiting too. We finally got our room at 5:15pm. other than waiting for our room the place was nice and clean.

Front desk staff went out of way to call customer who just left advising them they left articles in their room. Clean, quiet and great breakfast.

The first 427 room the TV or the phone didn’t work and the ladies at the front desk didn’t seem to care they told me they was going to seen someone in a 1. After I thought about I asked if I can change room they did offer to change my room she asked you sure you can’t wait for 1 hour. I said no can you change it please. This morning at breakfast no plates no hot water bread container was empty the toaster was broken. I have stayed at this hotel several time before nothing like this also the older guy that was at this desk this morning was rude I thought it was just towards me but it was for whoever that was check he gave no eye contact he said in the drop box and continued looking at the computer.

We ask to have a late check out and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unwilling to be accommodating even by 30 mins. She said that late check out is reserved for Hilton Honors members. Which I am but she said it did not matter because I booked through 3rd party. I was traveling with two teens who needed to get ready for a competition the next day so made for a very rushed and annoying situation for all. Also, our keys were not working at any door. Was something they knew was an issue but didn’t mention when we got there.

Super convenient next to the freeway and food nearby. Good breakfast and affordable! I recommend!

Excellent property. Our favorite place to stay in Roseville. Easy location to freeway, restaurants and shopping. Can walk to Top Golf and a variety of food options

Was a good location for a volleyball tournament.

We booked this room specifically because it’s across the street from top golf. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. It was perfect!

Good proximity to TopGolf (walking distance) and Thunder Valley Casino, although I was surprised it took 20-25 minutes to get an Uber back and forth to the casino.

Excellent hotel! Near restaurants and coffee shops. Short drive to Thundervalley to watch a concert! Friendly staff and great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property - staff was very kind and helpful, area felt safe and clean, right off the highway which was very convenient.

Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs seemed not real eggs. Fruit was basic. Tables didn’t get wiped down. Sausage was hard to cut. Muffins or cinnamon rolls would be good, real eggs,

Really nice room and facilities. Breakfast was a little disappointing and not as advertised. The only fresh fruit were apples and oranges and the apples did not appear washed as they still had stickers on. The egg omelettes were pre made and the inside was runny. There were no scrambled eggs or fresh berries as advertised on the poster in the elevator. Other than that it was a very nice room and great service.

Did not have labels on the food. This is hard for people with food restrictions.

We went for breakfast at 9:30am and there was no more food while breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am. There was a boys volleyball tournament happening at the time and the hotel should be more prepared for the bigger than usual number of guests. I also couldn't find anybody in the reception at the time I was checking out and I needed to rush for the tournament. I dropped the room keys at the reception and hoped somebody would check me out when they saw the keys.

Really enjoyed our stay. The front desk & staff is outstanding; friendly, helpful, and professional. Great breakfast, with plenty of options. And loved the view of the sunset. Is now our go-to hotel when staying in the area.

Breakfast was great, coffee, the room was comfortable and great suite with kitchen utensils inside.

I really enjoyed our stay, close to everything, good shower pressure, nice spacious rooms. Only issue was breakfast was out of juice, horrible “gourmet” coffee, and out of food items at 8am.
