APA Hotel Komagome Ekimae

Liked option to avoid room cleaning everyday, and staff instead leaves towels and amenities on your outdoor door handle. I actually wished they would NOT give me towels everyday, as I’m happy to reuse towels for multiples days. (So I instead manually returned new towels to staff letting them know they were never used). Lots of baggage storage room under the bed! Also, free video on demand, allowing you to watch movies for free. Only thing I didn’t like was the toilet being in front of wash sink, forcing you to scoot around toilet every time just to wash hands. Given the tiny size of the bathroom, that was a pain. Refrigerator was very handy. Wished, however, they had a microwave in each room, rather than just one shared one on the lobby floor.

エレベーター混雑。やっと乗れると思ったら、リネンのカーゴが降りてきました。 混雑時間帯に、業務と兼用は、辛いですね。

全体的にいい。全てがよく揃っていてまとまっている。しかしやはりどこのアパホテルもそうだけどエレベーターの遅さがひどい。毎回3分くらい待たなければいけない。しかも今回の滞在では3/1あたりに2日連続でエレベーターが故障していた。

ホテル内にコインランドリーがない。 長期滞在にはむかない。

現場仕事をしている人にはコインランドリーが無い事や電子レンジはあるが温めた物を置ける所が無いなどの点では観光用のホテルと 思って割り切りが必要

The place is clean and tidy. The staffs are very friendly. The location is good. Only concern for this hotel is that there's only 1 elevator and it could be very busy if there are many customers.

14階の建物でエレベーターが1つしかなく、階段は通常使用できないということなので、エレベーターを待つ時間がかなり長くなることが多い。

17:00を過ぎているのに、部屋前の廊下に客室補充のための大きなラックが出しっぱなし、キャリーを引いて通れない。 その後3時間経ってもそのまま。 浴室の壁に髪の毛と黒い汚れ

I stayed at this hotel last year and it was just as amazing if not better than the last. Hotel and room was clean. The staff was accommodating and patient. The area was quiet during the night and convenient for transportation around Tokyo.

綺麗で清潔なお部屋でした。 テレビが物凄く大きくて感激です。 遅い時間のチェックインにも かかわらず　親切な対応で 嬉しかったです。また東京に来た際は 利用させていただきます。

All in all, a nice-but-not-amazing stay; I had to make a few concessions to keep the peace, but I managed. The good: They had a Tanabata tree and I wrote and hung a wish on it, which was very nice. The room was pretty comfortable; I was able to plug my Switch into the TV and only had that one power cable running across the floor, tempting me to trip over it every time I went to the bathroom. (I covered it with a towel once I had one to spare, btw.) The \'mixed bag:\' The front desk staff was lovely, the cleaning staff was...cleaning staff. I avoided any confrontations over my laptop or Switch by just moving them to the desk on cleaning days from about 11am to 2pm, this stay. The \'not great:\' There was more of other people\'s hair in the bathroom than I like to see. (I like to see "none," by the way.) Finally: As for the Komagome area, I never ventured anywhere except from the hotel to the station and back. Turns out, that was all I needed. (Have I mentioned how nice the New Days with self-checkout near the station is?)

Great place to stay very close to metro, very clean room, bathroom was spotless. Made this booking after being let down by another hotel My room was good the staff were helpful. There are plenty of places to eat close by.

位置以及房間基本設施都不錯，唯一問題就是房間內灰塵或是棉絮比較多，連我這個不會過敏的人都被燻的偶爾咳嗽

It’s a good hotel in a good location. But with 118 sqf of space, it’s kind of difficult to navigate. lol

CP值挺高的，房價算合理，鄰近JR站，出入方便，房間整潔但小了點(就是日式商務酒店的標準)。

Really enjoyed my stay here! The bed was extremely comfortable and I appreciate that there was ample room underneath it to store my suitcase. Very English-friendly, extremely easy access from Komagome station on the JR line and there are plenty of convenience stores and other food options nearby. Would love to stay here again one day!

Tiny room and staff didn’t tell me keycard must be inserted in in room reader before lights and AC will work. Internet also didn’t work.

The room is not spacious but expected. Overall I am happy with it. The hotel is close to a JR station and a Metro Station.

Room was way too hot. Guest cannot change aircon temperature setting heater/cool air! Very uncomfortable.

The location is good and the room is fair, however the most important is the staff was very worst! I left something in the room and noted after checked out, the staff answered they will not help to find and will throw it away because I have checked out, staff’s English is very worst and only know to say “I cannot speak English”, if you do not know Japanese, this APA is not preferable, the most worst APA hotel which I have been stayed!

Most everything about the stay was nice; the check-in staff was lovely, I had an HDMI port on the TV to plug in my Switch, the AC was cold, etc. No coin-operated laundry at this location, but that\'s ok. There was a Family Mart next door, although I actually wound up walking to the New Days just outside of the station for dinner each night after the first one. (Gotta love that self-checkout.) Memories of my stay, however, are overshadowed by the housekeeper that I had an encounter with; I don\'t think she spoke much Japanese (or perhaps I just didn\'t understand what she was saying) and she spoke only a few words of English, but she came into my room (the day AFTER cleaning -- which happens every 3 days at this hotel, and I did ~not~ leave the sign on my door to request a cleanup), told me to unplug my Switch from the TV and move my laptop to the desk so she could change the bedding. I considered arguing with her (eg. "The bedding is fine; and besides, I\'m checking out tomorrow") but given how little communication there was between the two of us, I figured I\'d just clear out of the room for half an hour or so. So I went downstairs, bought a drink from the vending machine and hung out in front of the hotel (as this hotel is apparently to small to have any chairs in the lobby). It was a run-in that seemed very out-of-character in a Japanese hotel.

Room was small but comfortable; about what you would expect for an inexpensive business hotel. It was just a few blocks from the station. Breakfast was reasonable but in a bento box: nothing hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. BUT I booked two stays with two days between stays. They refused to keep my suitcase in between. (NB: website says they have luggage storage). I found another hotel nearby that would hold my luggage and so cancelled the second stay. Their policy cost them my business, and I will not stay an an APA hotel again.

Excellent, clean, and friendly, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood in Toshima City, very close to the Yamanote Line station. I will stay here on subsequent trips to Japan.

O hotel fica próximo a estação komagome, tem um Family Mart, mercados e restaurantes proximos.

客室綺麗で、スタッフも方も良かったです。朝食もすごく美味しかったです。そして、駅近で便利でした。日曜日だったんですが、お安く泊まれて良かったです。

Excelente estadia. Localização excelente, próximo da principal linha de metrô de Tóquio. O quarto é pequeno, mas suficiente para algumas noites. Limpeza e staff impecáveis.

I frequently travel to Tokyo and this would be my favourite hotel to stay. Reasonable price, good connections to other places with JR and subway station, good food nearby (I recommend the Japanese-Italian place Kobaya just next door). The neighbourhood is a suburb but on the Yamanote line with great vibes. Rooms are moderately sized with a huge TV, shower facilities is great with the water heater being the best I have used (even better than my house!). Some of the staff are great with English too.

駒込駅から近くて、山手線や南北線の利用にはとても 便利です。

Close to the JY train station

Close to transportation subway namboku li e, JR Yamanote line. Going to Ikebukuro or Ginza hotel is in between. But able to spend time at Rikugien and Ryu-Furukawa Garden.

APA hotels are always a good choice: generally affordable, very convenient locations. Komagome is a good area - residential, convenient, safe, and quiet.

Zona muy tranquila es poco lejos pero la yamanote line esta super cerca lo hace mas facil de acceder

Short walk to Komagome Station which is in the Yamanote line. Family Mart is literally just adjacent to this hotel. Check in and check out we’re quick and painless, they can hold on to your luggage but only on the check out day. Room was clean, an fairly roomy for a hotel in Japan.

離車站近，附近有咖哩餐廳開到晚上10點，也有多家便利商店很方便。房間比較小清潔方面做的不確實，早餐是用便當的方式有3種可以選擇。

1，交通位於駒込駅北口200米內 2，附近屬於住宅區相當安靜 3，早餐是日式料理餐盒，相當豐盛

駅から近くて便利です。コンビニも近いです。落ち着いた地域にあります。朝食つきでお願いしましたが、味は普通でした。

This hotel only has one elevator, and the wait time for the elevator is long. It is a pity that the breakfast is a boxed lunch.

It was small but nice and clean with friendly staff had no problems. However, breakfast we had to eat in our room and it was so small.

Clean space, low price. Rooms are very small. They provided bento for breakfast which you need to pick up at the lobby and eat at your room. This was a very unpleasant experience and the food was quite disappointing. I paid for five mornings but only ate the first breakfast. I will probably not stay at the APA hotels unless the budget is very very tight.
