We were out in a room across from the laundry on the first floor. We asked for a room change and we were denied. Room also was on the side of the airport so it was very loud.

Rooms are ready but wont let us in without charging $50 to get in a few hours early? That's pretty steep for something that really requires no extra work and not great for clients who have been traveling all day long. Just seems to be bad client service and support. Very easy to make a client's stay easier without nickel and diming them. They then charged me $372 twice to my credit card and then when I enquired about the charge it was an 'accident' I asked "was it because of my bad review?" and they giggled. Very unprofessional staff.
