The Hotel is spacious and surrounded by lovely Nature. It has a good Cafe and shop and nice recreation areas. The Pool looks incredible but it’s outdoors and closed at 8pm so we didn’t get a chance to use it sadly. It should stay open to 10pm in July I think. The Duplex we had was nice but the two sofa beds were not comfortable at all to sleep on. I would stay there again for the convenient location but don’t appreciate €15 charge for Parking and I would only stay in the rooms that have proper beds not sofa beds.

Pool area is great. Lovely surroundings. Rooms spacious and well appointed , clean on arrival. Understand it’s an aparthotel so no cleaning but really should empty bins as there is no obvious place to take rubbish. Could also do with groceries available on site rather than just drinks and snacks. Shuttle bus spot on and really convenient. Overall we had a great time just a few little suggestions would have been really beneficial for us!

Perfect spot if you are travelling to Disney Paris. This location is only a short 5 min drive, or free shuttle ride, away from Disney. The room was a little on the compact side, but since we were spending the majority of our time at Disney this was not an issue. The kitchenette was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The temperature was a little cooler during our stay, but the pool on site is heated and there were many people in it and seemed to be having a grand time. The only downfall was the inconsistent water temps of the shower, it would go from boiling to freezing and back to boiling multiple times within the few minutes you were in the shower. It got so hot, I would suggest it would be unsafe for young children. Parking is also 15€ a day, which seemed a little expensive. The nice things about the parking are that it is a controlled access area, secure and well-lit. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as other amenities, if you forgot anything for the duration of your stay. Staff here were really good, I used the onsite laundry services and the dryer I chose was clearly not functioning properly. I advised staff and because it was not owned/maintained by the hotel itself they were unable to offer a refund. Staff did however offer complementary drinks and snacks from the onsite canteen to compensate me for my troubles. If I were to do another Disney Paris trip, I would look to stay here again.

In general the place was fairly clean, the lifts smelt lovely when were used them, and most of the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was brilliant too.. however could of added an extra run in-between 11.20-16.20. On the down side... Food! Vegetarian/vegan sandwiches would be nice and other food such as pizza and fries etc on site would have been a bonus. The information leaflet with the QR code said pizza was available on site but when I asked it was no! I would have to download an app or something! Otherwise lovely surroundings and hotel. Thanks.

O hotel fica pertinho da Disney e oferece Transfer de ida e volta. NOVO!!! Ano novo e bem cuidado. Quarto enorme, o maior que ficamos na Europa. Cozinha americana super equipada. Calefação maravilhosa. Chuveiro excelente. Aquecedor de toalhas no banheiro. Funcionários solicitos. Não tivemos tempo de usar, mas tem uma linda e enorme área externa com piscina. No restaurante comemos pizza e tomamos choppes. Tudo estava gostoso. Tem uma loja de auto atendimento com opções variadas de lanches e bebidas. Guardaram nossas malas quando necessário.

Really nice place to stay! The pool was so warm, my kids spent most of the day in it! Room was immaculate with everything you could need. I did think 10euros for a pint was pricey though. Really nice area for food about a 3 min walk away, we chose an indian restaurant which was really good but there was a thai place too amongst others.

Stayed here with large family group for weekend in a villa. Great accommodation and the free buses to Disneyland are great. Also used car charger. Staff really responsive when asked to fix a/c. Only slight negative was the cleanliness of the property whilst initially looked good if you move anything like a bed, table or a sofa it’s obvious that these are not moved for cleaning.

Eine wirklich schöne und ruhige Umgebung. Schönes Zimmer jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit etwas nach überall sehr dicker Staub, am Spiegel waren Schmink reste, ein Bikini Oberteil lag noch im Schrank und tote fliegen am Fenster. Glaube das das Zimmer was länger vlt leerstand und nicht nochmal vorher kontrolliert wurde. Es sind nur kleinigkeiten die man aber vorher noch beseitigen hätte können. Haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt.Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Hotel würden es wieder buchen.

Ruime kamer, wel vreemd dat je zelf je sofabed moet opmaken. Schoonmaak kan beter, prullenbak was niet geleegd en vloer niet gestofzuigd. Kapstok ging kapot toen we jas ophingen, wel snel opgelost. Geen schoonmaak tijdens verblijf, schone handdoeken gevraagd bij de receptie. Toen kregen we 4 vloerdoeken mee ipv normale handdoeken, heel vreemd. Bed was wel goed en leuke kidscorner. Ligging tov Disney is perfect.

We stayed for one night after visiting the Disney park. It’s super close to the park which is great after a long day at Disney. The surrounding area is stunning and the hotel grounds are beautiful- there’s a pond with ducks, an outdoor pool (towels provided by hotel) and kids gaming facilities. The room itself was pretty basic but clean. I don’t know if I could stay more than one night. The bathroom was clean but when the shower curtain is closed, you are basically bathing in darkness with is not ideal. Additionally, sound proofing was not great; when people walk down the corridor you can hear them talking as though they are in your room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also visited the mall which was a short drive away from the hotel. Lots of kids around which created a lovely family vibe: overall a great location and a cosy- effective option

El hotel increible. El personal muy amable y todo inpecable. Tienen un servicio de autobus que te llava al parque Eurodisney. Y en nuestro caso que teniamos el desayuno incluido , todo muy rico.

We stayed for one night after visiting the Disney park. It’s super close to the park which is great after a long day at Disney. The surrounding area is stunning and the hotel grounds are beautiful- there’s a pond with ducks, an outdoor pool (towels provided by hotel) and kids gaming facilities. The overall stay was very much positive. The concept of the hotel is great, public areas are nice. Food wise breakfast is great, dinner and snacks are also very good. Shuttle to Disney was amazing, on time and not packed. The problems I believe start in the room and few details which scream out. The bed is king size but made of two mattresses. The mattress is no good, feels like the cheapest spring mattress you can find. Same goes for the overstuffed pillows which are just killing you neck - yes I am picky with my sleep and this place does not allow for decent sleep. The noise of kids running keeps on going well after 2200 which is the quite hours....not hotel fault but maybe they can improve on this. The one thing that drove me mad is the water tap in the bathroom sink, please who can use it?! It is too short, you get your hand stuck in the sink while washing them...who did not think of replacing them...such a flaw that to ignore it is to disrespect your guests...only a tap but speaks plenty. Value wise and service the hotel is great and I would recommend it. Just be ware of the bed if you are picky and please management change the taps.

L'accent a été mis sur l'aspect extérieur, qui est très agréable. Intérieurement c'est nettement plus bas de gamme, on est plus proche d'un hôtel de passage. Finitions, matériaux... même la machine Nespresso de bloque ou vibre et fait un bruit d'enfer, ne voulant pas des capsules bas de gamme proposées. Impossible ou presque de prendre une douche, l'eau passant de brûlante a glacée sans trop s'arrêter sur le tempéré. Bref beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de la prestation.

Nell'appartamento c'era tutto l'occorrente per cucinare ed era molto pulito, spazioso e con un televisore per ciascuna camera. I am very disappointed with the shuttle service not being available from late morning to early evening. And not accommodating the guests that have chosen to stay in the hotel based on shuttle services to the train station. I spent 80 euro in uber transportation to get to and from Disneyland Paris. The hotel room was clean and the employees were extremely professional and courteous.

Felt really safe in this area travelled with a small child and was able to utilize the hotel shuttle to get to Disneyland and train stations. The bus stop is right outside the property as well easily accessible and able to get to the shopping areas or Disney freely and safely

Einfaches Hotel mit entsprechend vielen Familien. Hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche Personal und die schnellen und guten Speisen sowohl fürs Frühstück wie auch am Abend. In general the place was fairly clean, the lifts smelt lovely when were used them, and most of the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was brilliant too.. however could of added an extra run in-between 11.20-16.20. On the down side... Food! Vegetarian/vegan sandwiches would be nice and other food such as pizza and fries etc on site would have been a bonus. The information leaflet with the QR code said pizza was available on site but when I asked it was no! I would have to download an app or something! Otherwise lovely surroundings and hotel. Thanks.

O hotel fica pertinho da Disney e oferece Transfer de ida e volta. NOVO!!! Ano novo e bem cuidado. Quarto enorme, o maior que ficamos na Europa. Cozinha americana super equipada. Calefação maravilhosa. Chuveiro excelente. Aquecedor de toalhas no banheiro. Funcionários solicitos. Não tivemos tempo de usar, mas tem uma linda e enorme área externa com piscina. No restaurante comemos pizza e tomamos choppes. Tudo estava gostoso. Tem uma loja de auto atendimento com opções variadas de lanches e bebidas. Guardaram nossas malas quando necessário.

-Nail clippings in the bedside table -Shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold and changed every 10 seconds -window didn’t close properly so all we heard were ducks early in the morning -hair in the bathroom sink on arrival -food was not good value for money -table service was poor

Our first trip to Disneyland and alstatingnstay city. Everything was great. It's around 10 mins away from Disney by coach. The coach is provided by the hotel and it's not shared with any other hotel, which is great. However the coach does not run between 11 to 4 , which is annoying at times as if you have to make you way back to hotel in between this time then you will have to use public transport...we took a taxi back on 1 day and it costs us around 30 euros. Breakfast is average. Beds are ok Our room 165 had beautiful view...we really enjoyed it. We were there to celebrate our son 3rd bday and had order cake from the hotel. The cake was really nice and worth the money. They personalised it too which was great, my son was soo happy seeing the Mickey mouse cake. Really appreciate the hotel chef and staff for the attention to detail in relation to the cake. Overall a great experience.

Everything was lovely and would return and recommend. The only thing that was awful was the cooked breakfast it was cold and the sausages were not a good taste.

great location just 10 min walk to a nearby village, free shuttle bus just 15 min ride to Disneyland and back. hotel pool was great with plenty of seating around. Rooms are good but found bed a bit uncomfy special the sofa bed, apart from that nothing else wrong with rooms

Fantastic hotel with pool. Fantastic weather. Staff were amazing. Food was amazing. Highly recommend for families visiting Disney land Paris Hotel had its own shuttle bus which was amazing Would go back tomorrow.
