My family has stayed at this hotel twice this year due to the fair and zoo events. I would rate this hotel a 4 star. However, it advertises a bar and it wasnt open both times. Its nice to come home have a drink and unwind with friends and family.

Clean property. Was there three nights, the bar never opened. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. No regular housekeeping - evidently once every "x" days. Otherwise it was fine, safe, clean.

Disappointed that bar closed early. At a concert get back at 11 and it was closed because bartender did not want to stay. Also breakfast food was ok. Need a meat selection.

The shower had mold in it and the floor of it looked like it was dirty…needed some bleach to get the stains out. Have stayed here numerous times and would highly recommend but wasn’t happy with the bathroom cleanliness the past couple times.

The bathroom door is one of those sliding barn doors which is awful if you need privacy. It’s also got a transparent panel in the middle so light shines into the room if one person uses the bathroom during the night. Poorly designed.

We stayed for a quick overnight recently, and were very impressed with this property. While we were happy that the property and the room were really clean and that the staff and breakfast buffet were great, we were most happy about the spacious room. It had 2 queen sized beds and a West Elm pull out couch (read: actually comfortable) that suited our family perfectly. Heaven forbid our boy/girl teens have to share a bed or that one of them gets stuck with the "bar in the back" sofa bed! Not a concern with this hotel, which is a rarity these days. We will seek this hotel out the next time we're in the area, and highly recommend that you stay here.

My husband couldn’t sleep because the beds were so hard, I couldn’t sleep because the bathroom is at the foot of the bed and anytime someone goes to the bathroom the automatic bright light comes on waking up anyone in the bed. Even if the bathroom door is closed, because it is frosted glass, the light comes through onto the bed. I’m not sure how this arrangement of the room wouldn’t be disruptive to most people who are sharing a room.

We enjoyed our stay. The floors are touchy and the people below complained when we were walking so you’ll need to walk carefully. Other than that the rooms are clean and comfortable. The common areas are clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is enjoyable with different options. We do enjoy staying here. We will be asking for a first floor when possible.

I was not very impressed with this hotel. The front desk service was excellent. But the rest was very average. The gym had run out of cups for the water fountain, they had no wipes left to clean the machines. Our room was never cleaned on our second day there and not given new cups or coffee for the machine. The air conditioner was loud and blew right at the bed making it very hard to sleep. the location was perfect for us but a very so so hotel. Mariott should do better than this.

Warm day. Hotel EXTREMELY HUMID! Wet very slippery floors in lobby, however had a few wet floor sitting here and there. Did not try to mop up the floors, only put a few signs up! Desk clerk RUDE about asking for a bottle of water. Snappy! Desk clerk upon check out, same. ? Man at breakfast area snapped at guest that "the breakfast would be closing in half hour, and WILL STOP all food! (Just not necessary to announce to sleepy guest!). Almost $300 a night , you would think kind like attitude from staff. We were shocked!! Would never stay there again.

My wife woke me because a Staff member entered our room at 11:45 p.m. while we were both going to sleep. He apologize immediately, and then popped his head back in after realizing we were in there sleeping and said he was a manager and he thought the room was empty. Didn't matter, my wife was upset and couldn't get back to sleep for several hours. I requested a refund for that night (not the entire stay, just that night) but was told that because I booked through Expedia they couldn't give me a refund. Maybe that's true but it doesn't make any sense to me because I'm sure they exchange money back and forth with Expedia. Contacting Marriott directly has rendered nothing so far.

I stay at this hotel every year I come on vacation from Seattle. I love staying here. This year was a little different. During my 7 day stay this year there were two different occasions where there was a male smoking marijuana close by the front doors. There is a black male with corn rose that works the night shift (graveyard shift). This gentleman customer service skills totally suck! No other way to say it. Several different nights I had to interact with him to get towels then to purchase something up front and it was hideous. He needs some customer service training or he needs to be replaced. I don’t usually leave reviews like this but it was bad. As far as everyone else they were fantastic. Everyone else and the cleanliness is the only reason I may come back and stay at your hotel next year.

The hotel did not honor my reservation and failed to send me a notice beforehand. I traveled all day and arrived and was told I was being sent to another hotel across the highway. They told me to walk. The receptionist was rude and smirked. HORRIBLE experience.

They really need a restaurant. The breakfast adequate, quick, hot and two or three hot options, but I go there for business and after a long day I have to order in dinner and eat a cold meal in my room. The closest restaurant closes at 4pm. Without a rental car there’s no where to walk to. Even soup and sandwiches prepared off site and sold between 6 and 10 would be an improvement. Staff is friendly, hotel is quiet rooms are clean and well appointed.
