This place was a nice stay. The room was pretty tiny, but it worked for my need. I also love the high tech stuff they have in the room like setting an alarm through the ipad, and auto open black out blinds! The bar in the hotel is nice too.

For the price of this hotel what we got was ridiculous. We stayed three nights and out of those days the iPad that controls everything in the room was not working. We couldn’t control the heat, whether or not we got our room cleaned, the TV, room service, or the lights. We complained several times and they said it was a “world wide problem.” When I asked for any sort of compensation they said no. We paid so much money to have a dirty, hot, not working room, with staff that did not help or honestly seemed indifferent. After reading more reviews they said that this is a consistent problem with the iPads and having them control the rooms. You can definitely find a cheaper hotel for much better. Not worth any money whatsoever.

Excellent location. Walkable to everything but Eiffel Tower. Small but functional room. Large area for remote working on the first floor, complete with a bar and limited food options. Only problems were the Chromecast did not work and TV couldn’t change channels without being shut down. Wasn’t a big deal since I was rarely in the room. Shower also leaked a bit into my room. Overall, the hotel was stylish and the staff were great, making this a good value for the location and price.

Excellent staff. Television did not work, and was actually broken (had piece off the front missing).Not all light fixtures had bulbs. Follow up on issues did not happen. Thermostat defaulted to 80 degrees. iPad did not work all the time, and that is what controls the room. But the staff was super nice.

Great property in Paris! Close to the metro and tons of great restaurants and bars! 40 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and 14 min walk to the Louvre (don’t by Bo & Mie without stopping for a pastry! All the Hotel staff was super pleasant and accommodating! The facility is modern and cute! 24 hour coffee and bar and an ironing room! The rooms are European small but just enough space for two people especially since you won’t be in there for much of your time. Will definitely stay again!

Let me start by saying that the staff was very kind. They were gracious and helpful. The room was horrible. It was dirty; hairs in between the mattress and window. I do believe some deep cleaning is needed. The room is TINY. The shower is not designed well and every time we took a shower a small flood occurred in the room. Every now and then we there was a horrible sewer smell that came through the vents. We will not stay here again.

Room was very small. There is a picture of the room in their ad but it is very small. You can't walk around the bed. So one of you has to crawl over the other to get in and out of bed. Not ideal when you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. We also had issues of a sewage smell wafting into the room at various times. The staff was very friendly and the room is very modern with an iPad to give you full control of the room lights, shades, TV and ambiance. The breakfast buffet was mediocre although it does provide a few different options.

Excelente ubicación. Le doy un 3 porque no nos explicaron que la habitación se limpia cada 3 días y el ipad de la habitación no funcionaba, por lo que no lo solicitamos a tiempo. Para el precio y categoría de 4 estrellas debería de avisarse con tiempo y explicar como solicitar la limpieza diaria. No es de buen gusto volver a la habitación tras un día conociendo Paris y encontrarte todo sin hacer, llamar a la recepción y que no te den la posibilidad de solicitar una limpieza rápida. Por el precio y servicios ofrecidos, no volveré.

Lage top, wir haben alles zu Fuß gemacht. Die Zimmer sind wirklich klein aber wenn man nur dort schläft finde ich es okay. Wir haben für einen Tag die Reinigung in Anspruch genommen, die leider sehr schlecht war bzw. wurde nichts sauber gemacht oder aufgeräumt, sondern nur Handtücher ausgewechselt.

Wonderful staffs. Clean and well insulated room, didn’t hear any noise for 4 nights stay; comfortable bed but it’s is too high for us in the 70s in climb in and out. Outlets can only be used for charging phones, not for curling iron. Bathroom is a basically a frosted glass unit and translucent with changeable lighting. Good for honeymooners. Good location.

All amazing, loved being able to control the temperature and the blinds and everything from the iPad. Only one small issue - the bathroom is IN the room, would’ve been nice if the walls for the bathroom were a bit thicker or there was an extractor fan or something in there. Staff were amazing and helpful.

Great, minimalist property. Compact but convenient room. Small quibbles, but just so ppl are aware: No shower cap, face cloths, or coffee in room. Hair dryer kept on flipping closed so couldn’t really use it. If staying with someone else, make sure you are VERY comfortable with each other - the bathroom has limited privacy. Really liked the pull out storage underneath the bed. The electronic mood lighting, blinds, and music were very cool. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plugs included North American, British, and European. Amazing service, every single person we spoke to was lovely. Would definitely stay again!

It was simply great! Very centric, convenient, but the most important part was the service of the staff! Everybody raised the bar! Very helpful, perfect communication in English and Spanish. This hotel has automated all lights, climate and room illumination, which is very convenient, room aren’t big, but they’re efficient with the available space. There was one big highlight in terms of service, Andy on reception made our check in and overall stay a next level experience, if there was 6 stars for this experience I would have given that rating because of the service received from Andy.

CitizenM Opera was above my expectations. Bright, super clean, modern and perfectly formed compact bedroom. Bed was huge and oh so comfy. Staff were truly all incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly and gave the hotel a personal, welcoming feel. Easy to find, close to good restaurants, walkable to many popular locations. Our stay was absolutely wonderful !!! I can’t say enough about how fabulous the staff was. Camille, Dano, Camilla, and Alex.They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to ensure we got to our places by printing and explaining maps to the city. The room was very small but it had everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. Thank you staff for a wonderful time and for the glasses of ice. We will for sure stay there again and recommend this hotel to our friends.

You could not get coffee in the morning before 7am even through room service. They had coffee set up in the libby for a group, but would not let anyone else get some. The coffee machine in the room did not work and leaked all over. Never again will i stay here or recommend here.

We had a fantastic experience! While the rooms are compact, the hotel more than makes up for it with its luxurious feel. The space is well-designed, and every detail is thought through. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The value for money is exceptional, and the location couldn't be better (who doesn't want to stay in the Rue du CROISSANT in France :-) It is close to everything you'd want to see and do in Paris. Not used to such a small hotel room. Ok for 1 person but 2 people its a challenge moving around. was no view from window. Lotion and conditioner in room watered down. Meal (shredded beef) was expensive for small amount of beef ( child's portion) on brown wilted lettuce. Breakfast for 19 euros was good except you had to pay extra for coffee. All the staff were wonderful- very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
