Room exceeded our expectations - Very clean and modern. Every staff member we ran into was friendly and nice to talk to. The pool/hot tub was small but still a very nice area. Breakfast was unavailable because we didn’t select the breakfast box with our room, but there were almost too many options for food across the parking lot that served our needs

My room wasn’t very clean. Hair on the toilet seat, toothpaste or something? splatted all over the wall. It also wasn’t very quiet, kids running in the hallway, noise from other rooms despite being at the very end of the hall.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and our room was never made up once during our stay. We requested at the front desk daily that was missed but was ever done by housekeeping. A broken soap dish was in the bathroom which was reported at the front desk but no action. Overall the evening front desk personnel were helpful and sincerely felt bad but housekeeping neglected to fulfil their duties.

First room I was in had a large white dried substance on the couch and red substance in the sheets. This means that after the last stay, the room was not fully turned over. Disappointing. Got a new room which was fine, but I have my doubts. Will not be staying at this location again.

The room was dirty with toe nails clippings beside the couch and found several earwigs crawling around in the room. Also had long black hairs in the sower when we arrived. The heating and cooling system wasn’t working the first night, the room temperature got up to 78deg f even with having the window open.

The room was extremely neglected. Torn carpet, stained sofa cushions and debris, food crumbs in the cushions. Bathroom was in need of repair and cleaning, orange mold all over the shower. Insects in the tub and sink. Paper thin walls we heard the staff talking all night. Heater/Air Conditioner was very noisy and the wall control was not responsive to turning down the fan so we ended up turning it off just not to have the noise which meant going without heat on a night where it was -17 outside.

The staff were very polite and efficient. We were in a room on the ground floor near the linen cupboard and so it was a bit noisy early in the morning. Our room keys somehow got unmagnetized a couple of times and the AC wasn't working well. Aside from that, everything was fine.

First day i was in room 125. I have never stayed in such a noisy room ever i asked next day yo be changed as i had a hard time sleeping I barely slept. They moved me to 204 where things were better. Do not stay in 125.

Very good hotel and close to lots of restaurants. This was my second time here and both times I was not provided my $15 voucher for being a gold member. Both times I requested about it, they did provide it. EV charging on site and only $1.50 per hour. Note that charging is level 1, so it was very slow but was great for overnight charging.

The hotel itself was very nice but our experience with the hotel shuttle service from the airport was disappointing. Despite several calls to the hotel requesting pick up and each time being told one was on its way, we were left standing waiting for over an hour. Neither the driver nor hotel staff were able to provide a reason for the obvious lack of communication. However, the front office manager accepted responsibility on behalf of the hotel and gave us a room upgrade . We had an early flight the following morning and we were pleased that the shuttle was on time to take us to the airport.

We had a nice stay as a family. Only issue was they wouldnt take visa debit or cash as a hold upon arrival so we had to wait to check in before getting a credit card authentication and authorization from a family member via an online form. We werent treated very well dyring this process

Beautiful hotel, check in was easy, it’s a bit difficult to figure out the elevator as you need to scan your card to access your floor but other than that everything was convenient. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and self parking was free and easy, I would definitely come back

The front desk was fantastic upon check in. Offered an upgrade. The room service did not accept the $15 voucher and the food quite frankly was terrible from chop. I have stayed here many times and have enjoyed great dinners at Chop but last night it was terrible. Other than that the hotel and room itself was great.
