Affordabily priced and charming property with cozy downstairs lounge, entertainment, and conference & group/ family dining room option. The staff was helpful in advance to prepare for a no contact late checkin. Norfolk Room - Quaint room with 2 full beds & a nice bathroom with all of the basic amenities. A few nice dining and coffee shop options within walking distance in this quiet small town. The beds, although clean with nice bedding, could use newer firmer mattresses. They were fine for me and my guest, however, they were springy/noisey. We enjoyed our quick one night stay at the property!

What a charming hidden gem!! It is a renovated old house with individual rooms and baths for guests and lovely common areas to share. We had the entire house to ourselves, with breakfast available for us in the kitchen! An absolute jewel—can’t recommend highly enough!

Technically, there is no staff on hand, but there is a number to call if there are any issues. There were no issues :-). Everything worked the the kitchen was stocked nicely. If anything, the place might be too quiet, haha. Might want to bring a white noise machine if you don’t like that.

I cannot say enough how wonderful our stay was at the Grand Lux Inn. Beautifully furnished, super clean. Our room was the Lyon room on the first floor. Room was cozy and comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Large closet to store your bags and other luggage in. We were located next to the kitchen, so you could hear kitchen activities first thing in the morning, but that never bothered us. We were in town for the Jack Daniels BBQ Invitational. The Jack Daniels Distillery is about a 15-20 minute drive. Uncle Nearest Distillery and Walking Horse Celebration about 20-30 minute drive. The hotel is walking distance to the downtown area with a couple nice bars/restaurants. You basically have full access to everything in the house. There is a small patio/sitting area on the back of kitchen. Plenty of parking. Kitchen is stocked with breakfast staples-coffee, cereals, breakfast sandwiches snacks, milk, coffee creamer, water. Cabinets have glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, and dishes. Its a community kitchen and was super convenient for grab and go breakfast in the morning or night!~ The nightly price was great also for this type B&B. Would definitely stay here again. We travel to this area a few times a year and if available this will be our new go-to!

Really good value at charming property in Tullahoma. Very clean everywhere, pleasant breakfast options with real plates etc instead of plastic/paper. Good towels and Sheets, heat and AC. Lovely lobby & public rooms with large screen TV. Nice, no-touch greeting. Was quite with well insulated rooms. Room exactly as pictured.

It was just lovely and fun and there were so many little touches around the house. My wife and I were just in shock with all the little things to do. From playing a record to playing some frogger! Our time there was relaxing and fun.

I have never stayed in a place that was cleaner! Everything from floor to ceiling sparkled. Such a beautiful home. Comfortable and so welcoming! The breakfast/snack selections received a big thumbs up from my teenage son. If we are anywhere near the area again, we will be staying with you. !

Beautiful home. Very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here for a nice getaway or a relaxing weekend. Nice kitchen with easy fix yourself coffee and breakfast. Will definitely stay again when back in town!

I have not stayed at a cleaner rental property. This was run like a Bed and Breakfast, but within the realm of reserving a hotel room for a trip, this was hands down the best decision. We drove by other properties and were so happy that we chose to stay at the Grand Lux Inn. The hardwood floors, the pristine bathrooms, I felt very comfortable to walk bare footed and not worry about dirtiness. The porches were lovely and the restaurant next door is top notch! We were just minutes away from other great food options. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. People who want to explore the nearby towns would love to make the Grand Lux their destination. Check in was simple and the door code made us feel so safe, since my sister and I were traveling together. I was excited to review this place, since it was so lovely.

This was without a doubt the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Not a speck of dust anywhere. I don't know how it's even possible to keep an old house like this so clean. Bed was comfy, towels nice & soft, house is absolutely beautiful. It was out of the ordinary in that we didn't talk to anyone our entire stay. Check in was via a door code and a key on the desk. Breakfast was self-serve toast, cereal, microwave sandwiches etc. Not bad so much as unusual and not what I was expecting at a B&B. More like a self service hotel. A very nice & clean one.

The Inn is a converted old house and was awesome. Each common area room was decorated very nice. The bedroom that I stayed in was the Lyon Room and it was perfect. Clean, with a nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The Inn had some cereals, intstant oatmeals and frozen breakfast sandwhiches available as well as some k-cup coffee options. Had a table-top Donkey Kong and Ms. Pacman game, but I didn't get a chance to play... Matbe next time! Was really a great stay & highly recommend if you want something different than the same old hotel/motel experiance.

We loved our stay at the Grand Lux Inn. The place was so inviting with the covered wrap around porch , foyer & sitting areas. The whole Inn was spotless clean. Breakfast was self serve with many selections. We stayed in the spacious Norfolk room , the beds were comfortable & the bathroom was stocked with soaps, make up removers & plenty of lush towels . The TV already had steaming available which was nice. The owner reached out with detailed instructions for check in. The grand lux is just a short drive to Lynchburg which we enjoyed earlier in our day. lWe will definitely stay again when in the area.

The room was clean but sparsely appointed. It would have been lovely to have a table next to the chair or maybe a dresser to put things on. Everything had to be put on the floor, our bags, my purse, a drink. There was a bedside table but only one. The TV needs to be upgraded. The house was beautiful in the location was perfect for our needs. The house was completely unattended and it felt like a VRBO with other people staying there. It was a first for us but it worked.

Nice enough, but bed was sunken in middle. Very clean and looked great. We could hear everything going on in the house and it ruined the experience. Liked not having to deal with anyone for checkin or out.

The owner was reachable and very friendly! The place was so nostalgic, and very comfortable. There are stairs to get to the rooms, but that adds to the nostalgia. There were a couple of other guests there, and we felt like we were spending time with family. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend!

the place was very clean and neat but we saw no staff and were not told that there were steps. We are 80 and had two suitcases to carry up steps, it was very unsafe for my husband that has a bad knee. I think our paperwork sais that there were pastries in the frig and we did not see anything, the frig was pretty bare. The bars that were on the counter to me is not considered pastry. The TV was very difficult for us to figure out and called for help with it and never got a call back. I foung a person that was actually staying there to come in our room and show us how to work it.We looked for clean towels and cloths and could not find any, we don.t use washcloths twice or towels. The stair situation will prohibit us from staying there again.

The house was absolutely stunningly beautiful. The accommodations were spot on. The communication between us and the property owner was amazingly easy. Very close to everything we wanted to see. The experience was overall very relaxing and welcoming.

The Grand Lux Inn embodies its name. Nestled in the sweetest town of Tullahoma, with the friendliest people. It is well worth the drive, if you are going to Lynchburg and want to stay the night. Within walking distance of some lovely restaurants. The suite was impeccably clean and the bed comfy. Highly recommended to anyone!

I cannot say enough how wonderful our stay was at the Grand Lux Inn. Beautifully furnished, super clean. Our room was the Lyon room on the first floor. Room was cozy and comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Large closet to store your bags and other luggage in. We were located next to the kitchen, so you could hear kitchen activities first thing in the morning, but that never bothered us. We were in town for the Jack Daniels BBQ Invitational. The Jack Daniels Distillery is about a 15-20 minute drive. Uncle Nearest Distillery and Walking Horse Celebration about 20-30 minute drive. The hotel is walking distance to the downtown area with a couple nice bars/restaurants. You basically have full access to everything in the house. There is a small patio/sitting area on the back of kitchen. Plenty of parking. Kitchen is stocked with breakfast staples-coffee, cereals, breakfast sandwiches snacks, milk, coffee creamer, water. Cabinets have glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, and dishes. Its a community kitchen and was super convenient for grab and go breakfast in the morning or night!~ The nightly price was great also for this type B&B. Would definitely stay here again. We travel to this area a few times a year and if available this will be our new go-to!

I was disappointed in self service breakfast there was a toaster but no bread; nothing to put in toaster oven; there was gallon of orange juice in frig; terrible so forget having move breakfast. Maybe need to replenish items to eat. House was clean

The Grand Lux has a very relaxed vibe. It is extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. The whole house is at your disposal which is really nice. The only thing I’d like to see is more options for their self serve breakfast and a little more attention to replenishing items as they get low. I would definitely stay again. Great value for the price especially if you are looking for a relaxed vibe.

Really good value at charming property in Tullahoma. Very clean everywhere, pleasant breakfast options with real plates etc instead of plastic/paper. Good towels and Sheets, heat and AC. Lovely lobby & public rooms with large screen TV. Nice, no-touch greeting. Was quite with well insulated rooms. Room exactly as pictured.

This was without a doubt the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Not a speck of dust anywhere. I don't know how it's even possible to keep an old house like this so clean. Bed was comfy, towels nice & soft, house is absolutely beautiful. It was out of the ordinary in that we didn't talk to anyone our entire stay. Check in was via a door code and a key on the desk. Breakfast was self-serve toast, cereal, microwave sandwiches etc. Not bad so much as unusual and not what I was expecting at a B&B. More like a self service hotel. A very nice & clean one.

We didn’t care for the “no staff” property. Trains all night with horns very loud. Floors very loud so other guests movement also very loud. Well maintained pretty old home. Just not for us. It had B & B vibes with zero staff. Also they don’t really have breakfast.

What an absolute delight. Stayed the night before a 5k about 20 miles away. The accommodation was perfect. Off the beaten path but still "downtown"...and quiet, clean, excellent parking and communication with the owner. Looking forward to staying next year!

We did a family trip and we chose this place for its rates. We had a wonderful stay and we had everything we needed within walking distance. The house and our room were on excellent conditions, very clean and comfortable. It’s very quiet. The kitchen had a coffee maker with coffee and tea available. There’s a microwave, an over counter oven and a toaster. The fridge was super clean and the staff left everything ready for a self serve breakfast. We were in communication with the staff via text message and they were very attentive and helpful. The place is in an excellent location and writhing walking distance of a great restaurant (The Celtic Cup), handmade chocolate and ice cream store (Waterfront chocolates) and the cutest gift shoo (The Yellow Tulip Daisy). We will go back there.
