Wife and I in town meeting friends to enjoy the downtown bars and restaurants. The hotel is only 5 minutes away. Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very clean, nice and quiet, and great amenities. There is not a very clear logo/branded main entrance (we thought we were entering a back door), the hotel lobby was nice and the free breakfast helped start off the day on the right foot. Lots of parking, and felt safe and secure. Would stay again.

We stayed here with our family and had 3 rooms. We all had to change rooms due to one room the AC didn’t work and the other 2 had cockroaches. Several of the machines in the fitness center were non operable. We did not receive our incidental deposit back and it was impossible to speak to a real person after calling 3 different phone. numbers. Very frustrating!!

This is a new hotel but already has a lot of issues. Only 1 elevator works, the AC in our room didn’t work, the faucet in the shower was broken. There was no bedding for the pull out couch and housekeeping had left for the day. Only 3 towels for a reservation for 6 people. The staff was nice but didn’t do anything about the AC not working. It was a holiday weekend and they share maintenance with the hotel next store.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Perfect for a slightly long stay too since it had a kitchenette. Breakfast was excellent, always had something new. Got to eat kimchi fried rice twice! There’s a nice coffee machine by the front desk that makes cappuccinos and lattes! The rooms were in excellent condition. Will definitely be back in the future!

There were ants swarming in the room and they didn't clean it, they didn't even give me the room I originally reserved, and I requested 3 times but the staff member changed every time and in the end I couldn't change the room and it was all in vain...

This was the worst experience I had with any of the Marriott properties. I am Gold elite member with Marriott, been using their propertied for more than 10 years now. So basically, the room was having cleanliness issues, most importantly the comforter were having mold that was visible, there were stains on the bed sheet and pillows. I reported these issues with the property manager, also shared the pictures of these issues. After the discussion, manage spoke with his general manager and I was apologized for this inconvenience, I was offered Marriott points to cover one night stay at similar hotel as a courtesy. I left the hotel with the thought that the hotel was courteous, admitted their mistake and will compensate for it. But I haven’t yet received any points in my account for the same. I did send multiple follow ups with the property manager but there is no response.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The service was terrible. There was mold in the showers and the elevators were filthy. The kicker was the refrigerated box truck that was parked right outside my room with the diesel engine running all night long! I could hear and feel the thing shaking my room. The girl at the front desk said it couldn’t be towed and there was nothing that could be done. At midnight I told her I was going to find another hotel and she couldn’t care less, didn’t offer a different room or a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

My family and I stayed here during spring break of 2024. Had a great experience only downfall was no bathtub to bathe the baby. Since we had a good experience the first time, I booked again for a work trip and was disappointed. Upon walking into the room I noticed the room temp was 76. Mind you, it’s June in Texas and it’s been 95 degrees everyday. left to grab dinner and lowered the temp on the thermo in hopes it would feel better upon my return. Once I did return it felt no different so I called the front desk and they moved me to the room next door. Still throughout my 4 day stay my room temp stayed at 74 degrees and never lower. Staff was always friendly and courteous. Did see a few ants on clean plates during breakfast. They were replaced. Decent breakfast options and the chef always asked if the guests were done eating prior to putting away food after breakfast hours were over.

Really good hotel. Room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Like a little apartment. Were there with my dog. It was one night and it was quiet and peaceful. Bed was comfortable. Really recommend it.

This is a new hotel but already has a lot of issues. Only 1 elevator works, the AC in our room didn’t work, the faucet in the shower was broken. This is a great property. Loved the breakfast, very friendly staff, especially Jesus. Let me check in a couple hours early. Only small complaint is the shower fixtures. They are a cheap plastic with a chrome coating, and I had to use 2 hands to turn the water on/off. I stayed at the sister property next door a few months ago and had the same fixture issue. Overall I preferred Element.

Really liked the desk staff all were friendly and helpful. Christian would always ask if we needed anything. Nice people in all areas. Breakfast was good with variety of food options everyday. Room was clean and bedding changed often. Only reason I give 5 stars is no place to give 10. first time staying at Elements ( 9 nights ) best overall hotel i ever stayed in visiting Round Rock.

The hotel is okay but the customer service was lacking from the minute we arrived. We walked in to the front office lady's (Angeline) rude attitude, stares, and unhappy disposition with every interaction. As we spent time in the lounge area, she made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. When we called for assistance with bedding for the sleeper sofa, which should be in the room already, she was short, unhelpful, and extremely rude. Every interaction she became more and more rude. We spent quite a bit to stay here and will not return due to the unprofessional staff. Do better marriot, too much money for hostile front desk staff.

I did like how they catered to the majority of their clientele by including different items in their breakfast menu. Every time I went up to the front desk no one was there and had to wait around 8-10 min for someone to arrive. Other than that, the stay was alright

Newer property with comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. Centrally located in the Round Rock area. I would stay here again. Rooms also have a sink, dishes, a small fridge and microwave.

I think the place is great, clean and all but one thing was that I was disappointed with was the breakfast bar, It had a lot of bread products such as waffles, bread, bagels, sweet bread and not enough protein(only had sausage boiled eggs and egg bits)I only went Saturday morning and was so disappointed that I didn't even try to go back for breakfast Sunday morning.
