This is one of the best hotels in Knoxville. The only annoying thing is you have to valet your car and therefore don’t really have easy access to it at all during your stay but it’s still worth it because this hotel is actually gorgeous, clean, and has the most comfortable beds.

Property was beautiful, staff was very nice. My only complaint would be that this hotel came up as a good family friendly hotel. I disagree. Our family of 4 was put in the room closest to a meeting room, so we constantly felt like we had to be extra quiet and battled catering lines to get out of our room. Also, the pool is not for kids at all. It’s through the rooftop bar which made it feel very awkward. Kids couldn’t really play in it because it was so small and felt so out of place.

The property is beautiful and doesn’t look like a Embassy Suites. This is one that I will definitely visit again. The area was not over crowded and the elevators seemed like it was only for me and my guest. When you walk in the lobby there is a top golf swing suite, a local coffee shop (delicious), a sandwich shop, a restaurant (JC tacos or something), a spa, and a roof top bar that is a lounge on Friday and Saturday.

Absolutely loved the pool on the roof and the rooftop lounge. The view is amazing! Beautiful Mountain View in the city. Close to everything, movie theater across the street. Super nice staff! Yummy homemade omelettes for breakfast, free drinks at the Bar lounge from 5-7… just amazing. Comfy beds, beautiful room….Only ONE downside…. The air conditioning unit made a loud noise in our room at night and they said nothing they could do due to booking through “3rd” party. My husband hardly slept. if it wasn’t for that, a fun time we had.

Nice hotel, nice gym, very nice bar and hang out spot with fire pits on the rooftop. Only complaint I have is there isn’t a hotel parking lot, you have to pay for valet and you don’t know where they are taking your car to or you have to park in a public parking garage that is not on hotel property and then walk to the hotel.

First I would say that the kids at valet were amazing, super friendly & overly helpful. Front desk was also readily available, friendly & helpful. The only thing I would complain about as a mom of an 8 year old......the pool was closed for the night (it was 4th of July, so understandable) but then we found out the next day that the rooftop pool was only 3 feet deep which was super disappointing. I also chose this hotel specifically for the rooftop bar (so we could see fireworks) but it was closed to kids. It wasn't a huge deal, but I wish I had asked or known.

Design is beautiful. Love the elevators. The breakfast staff is very friendly and the fitness center is awesome. It was noisy though, and the welcome reception was so underwhelming, it was laughable. The room was comfortable, but there were very obvious bloodstains on a pillow and other areas were not too clean. I wanted to like it but will head to another hotel next time.

This hotel is excellent. It’s in a great location, walkable to all the restaurants and shops. The pool area is very nice. The rooms spacious and clean. A suite at 500$ per should have bedroom and living area separated. Trying to show tech with 2 tv's 3 feet apart and bathroom light coming on at 2 when pee break came was a shock. Breakfast was ordinary at beat. The view of a brick wall was the highlight of our stay. I'vestayed with Hilton for 40 years and this was a true disappointment.

We stayed in a suite. It was rather expensive at over $500 a night. The room was nice and clean. The HVAC system was incredibly loud and would wake you up if you’re sleeping. The pillows also need to be improved.

It was great to have a spacious two-room suite. The location was excellent, especially since we attended the Big Ears Music Festival. It was within easy walking distance from all the venues. The housekeepers were very kind and helpful. The roof top lounge and bar were great. The breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!

I was in town fpr a death in the family. I showed up very late in the evening with my whole family and they were so helpful. Everyone on the night shift recognized that i was grieving, offered so much help to get us to a room, and the valet even helped unload our bags. I was so grateful for the help in a time where i was very emotional

Overall the property was beautiful. I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast staff. At 9:30am, we arrived for breakfast which had just closed, the staff was making to-go plates for themselves of all the warmed food and told us the grill was closed and to come back tomorrow. They did not offer us (paying customers) a yo-go container. I was completely shocked and disappointed with the “sweet” words of rejection and lack of empathy. I did personally mention the experience to the manager who agreed that the staff should have offered a to go container. I understand the remaining food is a blessing for the staff, BUT it is not specifically made for them rather for the guests. Loved the rest of my visit other than this particular event the morning of checkout.

The valet was very helpful when our windshield shattered. Safelite was given directions to where our car was. Lobby personnel were gracious and friendly. The daily wine hour provided a beautiful scene of the city. Food was delicious!!

Best place to stay in Knoxville and we have stayed nearly everywhere there in our 20 or so visits. Good value, terrific rooms, very spacious, every evening from 5:30 to 7:00 are free drinks and hors devour on the Radius roof which is gorgeous with a great pool, outdoor sitting spaces with fireplaces, wonderful bar, and remarkable views.. IDEAL LOCATION!! Free breakfast and it is really good with the best service possible. Cool lobby and so much more!

This Embassy Suites is a beautiful hotel with a perfect location in downtown Knoxville. Our room was spacious and the bed comfort was very good. The staff was friendly and efficient except for one woman at the breakfast buffet. AND the breakfast buffet was a major disappointment with cold eggs, mediocre french toast. I would definitely recommend getting the custom made omelet.
