Very clean, we had an abundance of towels, pull out bed was fairly comfy for the kids, coffee was strong all good. We were in town for a family reunion and had other family in the hotel. It was nice to have areas where we could get together.

The bathroom pocket doors do save on space, but they slide back open by themselves. There's no way to keep them closed while you're using the facilities. Large pool was great for the kids, but there's no spa tub for adults.

Super nice hotel. Room had a kitchen, pull out sofa and king size bed. Nice breakfast offerings and good snack area available.55" big screen was nice too. Outdoor fire pit is a nice touch as well. We'll be staying here again soon.

The room was huge and, while a bit worn, was clean and had tons of surface area. The shower was the best we have ever had in a hotel - wonderful!! The front desk and breakfast staff was friendly, welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. The pocket sliding doors to the bathroom were not hung right and slanted so that they wouldn't close properly thus leaving a gaping hole toward the bottom of the door. This would have been a huge problem of bathroom privacy if we had anyone with us! The air conditioner unit would constantly blow air even if the unit was turned off. It drovw me crazy! The bed and pillows were comfy, and it was nice to have a full sized refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Great hotel, beds are firm with lots of room. Wish the breakfast had more variety. Great breakfast but after 7 of them being mostly the same would have been nice with bacon and different potatoes.

I called the front desk and no one answered and then I went to the front desk to help Me and no one was there. I slept with my winter coat on and it was absolutely freezing cold in my room.

I can't say that there was anything that we did not like but the interior decorator needs to take a class on interior decorating. The overall feel of the wall and floor covering is not inviting at all. Mismatched colors, patterns and the bathroom wall paper is just plain ugly. What we did love about the property was the staff and breakfast was wonderful. Our every request and question was met with warm smiles and courtesy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will stay again for the location.
