This hotel canceled my stay with less than 24 hours notice leaving me nowhere to stay. No one even notified me! If I hadn’t calmed the hotel to make a request, I wouldn’t shown up with no place to stay! And hotels.com was useless in finding a replacement. Do not book this unreliable hotel unless you have a backup plan.

My wife and I were very UPSET with our reservation being canceled when we arrived at the hotel after driving for 3 hours to attend to some business while on Columbus Our reservation was confirmed and the canceled due to a concert at Ohio State. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL

We have stayed here several times. The cleanliness was spotless. The only trouble we had was the people above us had little kids that were doing laps and body slamming the door or each other on the floor. We trued knocking on the ceiling after 90 minutes and it got worse. We then went to the front desk and Management said they would not step in until after 10pm.
