Check in with a new trainee, tedious. Room great, housecleaning very slow, generally by 4:00 I had to put the “Do not disturb “ sign on the door (leaving at 4:00am for work, getting back at 3:00pm wanting to shower and change to clean clothes for dinner). Departures day: either the hotel needs more luggage carts or it should not allow quests to keep them in their rooms overnight.

Wish they had a hot tub, but pool was nice. Loved the continental breakfast but wish they would have had more fruit options.

This hotel canceled my stay with less than 24 hours notice leaving me nowhere to stay. No one even notified me! If I hadn’t calmed the hotel to make a request, I wouldn’t shown up with no place to stay! And hotels.com was useless in finding a replacement. Do not book this unreliable hotel unless you have a backup plan.
