Hotel was very clean. Room was very nice. We stayed there last year so we decided to return. Only thing we did not like was this year we had to pay for parking so for 2 days we had to pay $25. You have to pay by phone could not pay to the hotel.

Great place to stay, comfortable and the team works is very kindness. But, is a little far from downtown, you need to rent a car or use lift and Uber. But overall it is excellent, if you have a time you can enjoy the greats amenities in the hotel, pool, fitness center, and I have a special praise to the entire reception team, all then really very kind and efficient. Delicious free breakfast.

I had a great stay. Friendly staff, awesome amenities, and a clean, comfortable room. My only complaint is that you needed to pay for parking at this hotel which seemed very odd since it isn’t downtown or anywhere where parking is an issue. Seems like the hotel should be able to work out a deal with the company that owns the parking lot to pay for hotel guests and issue us a parking pass.

Excellent property with an excellent staff. Barry on the front desk was particularly helpful. Paying for parking in a suburban parking lot was a first for me. Seems a bit much.

We were there for only one night but will return for a much longer stay. The size of the room with the stocked kitchen is a desirable amenity for us. The outdoor spaces were inviting. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, selection was excellent. This property exceeded our expectations

Overall good experience besides bloodstains on my bedsheets. New sheets were delivered and no further issues. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a nice quiet location. Kid friendly, dog friendly commune areas were nicely kept. Very spacious rooms and love the full kitchen in our room. 9/10

Really liked the layout of the rooms. Staff was great. There was a minor odor in the room (suspect the carpet may need updating). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again! Also great area for restaurants nearby!

Tha hotel was beautiful with a many extras in your room. We had a full size fridge, microwave, and even dishes and silverware. They had full size shampoo and rinse in showers and lotions on the wall near the sink. We have a disabled daughter so we appreciated the low entry shower and bar on the wall. We loved being able to log into our Netflix on the tv. The only thing I was not happy with was the bed was too firm and I ached all night, but firmness of a mattress is a personal choice. Overall it was a very nice hotel

I expected more . The room ceiling is low, the closet doesn’t have a door but a curtain. There is also a curtain to separate the main bedroom and living room area . They could have done better . Room felt small.No water pressure in the shower . You have to pay extra for the parking, not ideal. The lobby is nice and breakfast is good. Employees were courteous.

We liked that the rooms looked and felt very new. Our suite was spacious, which helped for a party of four. The only downfall was that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud when it kicked off and on. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay for two nights.

I booked this hotel because a lot of the other higher end hotels were booked for the two nights stay I needed for a business trip to Lake Nona. For context, I stay at about 24-30 different hotel nights per year for business that’s a lot. The building was brand new, very clean, spacious and nicely maintained. This property home to suites is a joint to a Hampton Inn as well so it’s two hotels in one. My first impression was there’s only one person at the desk at any given time and I think they need more help at the front since the people in front of me and Ihad to wait for the person to get off two phone calls before taking care of us. Overall, staff is nice. The beds are very comfortable. The soaps and lotions are very basic nothing special. The water pressure in my fourth floor room was not great in fact it was a drizzle. I don’t think you can get a bad view in this neighborhood unless you’re looking at the main street. But everything is new in the area so it was nice. We’ll probably stay again my next trip to the area. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast, but the food really tasted not so great for me. They don’t have a water dispenser in the lobby like a lot of other hotels too, but if you go into the gym, there’s a water dispenser in there to fill your Hydro flask.

When I called to say I had arrived but would be checking in late the person who answered said I had to check in before midnight otherwise my reservation would be cancelled. It was fully paid I don’t understand. I arrived and did the check in went to my room and it was dirty! The tv said Welcome Jennifer and the bed was un made, the toilet dirty, towels everywhere ect… room 316. Called and got changed to room 320. Next day when I tried the wifi did not work with romm 320 but worked under room 316. Went to the parking and my rental had a paper charging us a parking fee. Left and decided to deal with that later. Got back to the hotel in the afternoon and no one was at the reception. Went up to the room and when I was leaving later again no one in the reception. We arrived back late at night and still no one at the reception. Next day finally Ian was at the reception he was so nice and diligent. He explained that the parking was supposed to be explained at the check in which it wasn’t and apologized for all the inconvenience and said he was going to reimburse the parking we paid and register my car. All around not the best experience and what I would recommend is just Ian.

Great experience at Home2 Suites! The location is very convenient — close to airport with minimal time spent on the hwy. Front desk associates were friendly, professional, and welcoming.
