Check in was a bit difficult - not sure if we missed the info or it wasn’t given, but the very limited parking made it difficult to check in. The room was spacious and comfortable. Chose this property for the convenience to UNMC - would stay here again

I would not recommend this hotel. First, it looks closed because the first floor is not part of the hotel and under construction. There is not nearly enough parking so you end up parking a block away. The room was clean but the bed and pillows were terrible! The bed was super hard and pillows were flat, and you could hear everything from other rooms and floors. I almost always stay at Hampton Inns when traveling, but this one was very disappointing.

This hotel is brand new, so there are a few finish items they are working on. Our room was clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The included breakfast every morning was delicious with many options. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. This hotel is a convenient walk to UNMC, just make sure to ask someone from the hospital about using the skywalks versus walking the 5% grade up Farnam St. UNMC is developing ground very near the hotel but room remains guiet. Safe gate controlled parking right at hotel. Would definitely stay again

I typically do not book downtown/city hotels when driving, but I did so here, and it turned out to be amazing! Parking in the basement, easy check-in (very friendly!), and an excellent and sizable room!

Brand New Hampton Inn & Suites - great stay overall. The hotel is still very new, only weeks old so there are still amenities that aren't fully working/ installed,: Ice machines, washing/drier machine, little snack shop not fully stocked. However, everything is brand new- carpets, bedding, great proximity to all things. Could't be happier.

Room and amenities were great. Staff communication was poor. At check in, we were only handed our keys. No info on parking, breakfast or other amenities. I had to come down to the front desk next day to ask if they had laundry facilities. I also found out later that day that we were supposed to log our plate number and get a parking pass. That wasn’t offered at check in. When I asked if I could extend my stay, I was told that I needed to buy another room from Expedia. Then the front desk later told me I could have booked a room through the hotel and offered a discounted UNMC rate. Communication sucked. I ended up paying more money in the end. Location was a convenience and room was clean and orderly.
