Very nice hotel near lots of shopping, food and hospitals. Very close to the freeway but noise wasn’t a problem with my fan on. Staff was super friendly from manager down to cleaning staff. The king suite had plenty of space. Bed was comfy, pillows soft. Breakfast had good options. Indoor and outdoor seating areas are spacious and well maintained. I would definitely stay again!

When we stayed at this property in November 2023 it was fairly new, built just months before our stay. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and they had coffee and tea out all day. The hotel and surrounding areas were very quiet. The gym had a good selection of strength and cardio options. There was also a great selection of breakfast item, and plenty of food options in the surrounding area. The room was clean and felt like a good amount of space for 4 adults.

Out of the three hotel suites we stayed in during our 13 day trip, this was the best one. It’s very clean, new and modern, with tons of amenities, and is very pet friendly. Outdoor pool, dog park, indoor gym, filtered water refill station, snack station, a delicious breakfast buffet that includes waffles that you can get in the shape of Texas if you please. It’s in a great location just off the highway with tons of food, grocery stores, and entertainment nearby. I’ll be visiting again next May 2026 and plan to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at the property however it was inundated with hundreds of kids from soccer tournaments that literally took over the whole entire lobby. Elevators hallways, and we couldn’t use the pool due to the many kids. breakfast was not very organized and desirable because it was way too many kids and food wasn’t being replenished regularly. Other than that it would have a perfect stay.

It’s a newer property with a bright colored lobby, ample seating, and charging options. Enjoyed the treadmill during my stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. I always sanitize before I unpack and I discovered no issues. The a/c is SUPER COLD in the room. A great option in Round Rock!

Rooms are like new, extremely clean. They even deep clean the pullout beds in the suites. Breakfast service included. Nice showers with ample room. Staff was very friendly on all shifts. Check-in and check-out was quick and painless.

Bathroom in the 1st room provided was not cleaned from the last guest. 2nd room that I was provided was a lock-out room (not my request) had very loud/noisy guest next door. After reporting this and speaking with On site supervisor she moved me again to the 4th floor. After 3 moves the final room was satisfactory

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. Check in lady was great! We found A LOT of hair in our room and some fake eyelashes in the bed. None of which were ours. The room appeared clean but clearly not fully. Breakfast wasn’t the best. The warm food wasn’t warm or had been out for so long it was almost hard. Some areas for improvement. We’d consider staying here again.

Do not stay in room 109! The microwave doesn’t work and they knew this when I checked in and didn’t tell me! They said they are aware of the situation but can’t fix it. What?!! It needs a bigger breaker in the fuse panel which is in the room. I was there for a week and couldn’t use the microwave. Disappointing. I loved everything else about the hotel. It’s a shame, this needs addressed. They did say there was another room that the microwave didn’t work but they didn’t say which one, ASK BEFORE YOU CHECK IN IF IT WORKS!

Big rooms. Very convenient and the staff was so helpful. Debbie the first night helped me push my luggage as she could see I nearly fell as I was so tired after moving all day. The bathroom door nearly hits the toilet, so I think that is a bad design. There is a lot of debris in the wall ac unit, and I reported it to the manager, he said he would get maintenance on that right away. Otherwise, this room was clean and very accommodating. I love the Hilton brand and find it is dependable from place to place!

I spoke with Ashlyn at the desk with some requests and she was wonderful! She got all of our rooms close to each other and was always super helpful. Hilton is lucky to have her as one of the faces of their business! Great job Ashlyn!

People gathered in the lobby both Friday and Saturday night of our stay and were very loud. Screaming, yelling, singing. I contacted the front desk both nights and they didn’t do anything about the noise. They said they would close down the lobby at midnight but they didn’t. They closed the door to our hall and court still hear the noise until 1am. We were staying for a competition and had to be up at 5 am both mornings so we got very little sleep. I’ve never stayed at a hotel That allowed that kind of noise that late at night. Would never stay again.

This night I arrived around 9pm. Waited at desk, no one around. Walked to back, yelled "hellooo". No answer. Criwd started to build. Person behind me upset. Got king bed room, she reserved 2 queens w/fold out (6 in her family). I had double room, only needed 1 bed. Said I would switch. Got no breakfast next morning.

The location, the ease of finding the hotel, the parking, checking in, the friendliness, courtesy and efficiency of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel were superb. BETTER than any place I’ve ever stayed. I know it’s impossible to hit the mark for everyone but my wife was sore and stiff after sleeping on the firm mattress of the king size bed but I slept like a rock. We were also a little disappointed in the options that were available for the morning breakfast but what was provided was excellent. It was an excellent choice of hotels for me and also my wife except for the firmness of the mattress. Outstanding place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

This seems to be a new property - everything is clean and nice. Desk staff were very friendly. It was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood close to a Baylor Scott and White Clinic. It's also very close to our son's new home which is a bonus for us! Wide variety of breakfast items - cheese omelets, breakfast meat (sausage or ham), breads, cereals, yogurt and mix-ins, waffles, etc. We'll definitely stay here again.

Nice stay, but they could take some lessons from the Home2Suites in Brownwood Texas. They were way above the Round Rock Home2Suites. The breakfast bar at Brownwood was so much better than the one in Round Rock. Round Rock Home2Suites could take some lessons from the Brownwood Home2Suites!!!
