Very new hotel. Very clean. However, wanted to watch the big game on CBS. TV was buffering and freezing. Went downstairs to big TV, but networks not available there. Also, the new, cool shower doors would not stay closed but kept sliding open on their own. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet, safe neighborhood, near a lot of stores/restaurants.

The gentleman on duty at the desk in late afternoon and evening needs customer service training. Every time you asked him a question his answer was he was new which I found out wasn’t true. We couldn’t find MSMBC on the TV and I asked who they used and he said he didn’t know. There was no Decaf coffee . I was told you can make it in your room. I called ahead to ask if they had low fat yogurt at breakfast and was told they did but didn’t. The hotel is fairly new and there was dirt in the hall. Who ever choice the chair for the room because it is extremely uncomfortable it’s very hard.

It was clean, but thats all that was good. Mgr had a real attitude, breakfast was terrible we prayed we wouldn't get sick, if there had been an emergency i don't think we could have gotten out because the lock on the door stuck and was very hard to open. It was in the 90s and the pool was closed but had been open a month earlier. Always stayed at Hampton inn but no more .

Hotel was clean. Heater in the room did not work so we contacted the front desk and she told us how to turn it on. The room did not heat up so we called the front desk and were told that it takes a long time to heat the room. After a couple more hours, we contacted the front desk and were told we needed to move rooms. At this point It was getting late, we were tired, and I had a headache so I told them we would just freeze and get under the covers. At no time did Hotel staff bother to check the heating system and see if the situation could ld be corrected.

The doors to all the rooms are on a spring that causes them to slam. So one is kept awake all night by doors slamming up and down the hall. Walls are so thin you can hear other guests snoring. Breakfast, promised in the brochure at 6am, is not available until 6:30-- useless if one has a plane to catch at DFW. No restaurants in walking distance.

Brand new hotel! Very clean and comfortable. I read complaints about the thermostat light, ours didn’t light up, the room was nice and dark. My husband wished the pillows were larger. With a king size, you only get four small pillows. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was average, nothing to be excited about. We had a nice and enjoyable stay.

We were greeted upon arrival and checked right in. Then we called in the evening the front desk with a question about the A/C and someone came right up immediately and helped us out. Great service and people. Food at breakfast was also very nice and good. Great large room with a very comfortable kind bed in it.

We had a great experience staying at this BRAND NEW Hampton Inn & Suites (just opened in Oct 2024). Before booking I called to ask a few questions and spoke to Tricia and she was very friendly and helpful (actually seemed like she loved her job), her attitude was very customer centric and it was that conversation that ended up being the deciding factor in choosing to book our stay there over another hotel. There are plenty of eateries and shopping within 5 minutes of the property. We plan to stay again when we are in the area.

We stayed for the weekend. We loved the bed a the pillows (surprise) breakfast was delicious, they had biscuits and gravy! (Another surprise) an We got in late one night an ate at papa John’s just down the road! Yum
