Property was great, lots of free parking at your own risk of course. My vehicle was there from the total of 16 days with no issues. They state a shuttle service which seems to be non existance, used on the way to airport after some inquiring and told them it was stated on their website, jammed my elderly mom and injured husband in back seat of van with all working stewards, captions etc, on the way back to hotel just took taxi which costed about $30 as no information offered on their shuttle service.

I called before I booked a room here specifically to ask if there was a 24 hour airport shuttle and was told there was! Definitely not true and me and my family were forced to split into 2 taxis to get to the Motel, when the got to the motel it took about 30 minutes to finally get checked in. This motel is not family friendly at all!

I stay at this hotel regularly when I come to Montreal. It is centrally located in the West Island and on important access roads to the immediate area as well as downtown. The hotel has been recently renovated, is always clean, well-kept and has a good restaurant, bar and fitness room.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable and very convenient for our early flight. However, we were not aware that the airport shuttle does not start running until 6:45 am, which did not work for our 7 am flight. We chose this hotel knowing it had a shuttle and instead had to take a taxi.

Hotel was great, but communication could have been improved. We used the shuttle bus service to get to the airport. We were not told to be at the meet point 10 mins before time, this resulted in a tense conversation with the concierge which could have been avoided if we’d been given the information when reserving our spaces.

Room had dirty sheets with red stains, bathroom floor and tub were dirty with stains and small hair. Took over 4 hours to give new beddings to replace the dirty sheets found, bathroom was not recleaned after complaining. The elevators were very slow and floors from pool to elevators were wet from ppl using pool making floors very slippery and dangerous. We only stayed 1 night and will not return or recommend however the breakfast food and service was good.

Ledge of the window was missed by the housekeeping.I have to clean it myself since I have kids that can easily touch the area.Pool is warm and my kids enjoyed it!So far the warmest temp we've experienced.Whirlpool is a bonus.BUT they don't replenish the towel supply in the pool area that could also mean lobby will be wet because people from the pool are still dripping wet.Stayed with family this Labor Day long weekend.

Booked this hotel as a family of 5, rooms can definitely accommodate us but as soon as we arrived (9pm from our of town) we had to call to have maintenance come up because the toilet wasn't working. Then we noticed after that the bathroom door doesn't lock. I don't usually pay attention to if the hotel offers some type of continental breakfast because we have stayed in many many hotels and have always had a continental breakfast, very disappointed that this hotel doesn't offer anything, you have to dine at the restaurant. Only thing that was nice about this hotel was the nice heated pool, but then after swimming for maybe 20 minutes it started to fill up with people because there was a "swim class" being held, so we felt as though we had to leave. Definitely won't be staying at Doubletree again.

Brown water is coming out of the bathroom sink and the toilet seat was wet when I first came in to the room. The WIFI is horrible There’s no note pad or pen. The phone is so old you can barely hear the hotel staff.

This was the host hotel for a training/seminar that I was attending and the staff were friendly, the hotel and room was spectacular. My only critique would be to have more staff at the restaurant when there are big events such as conference to get the lunch service out faster. Overall would definitely recommend and stay there again

The hotel and guest services were very helpful and accommodating. We had a family emergency and requested a refund for 3 nights. The property manager and Expedia worked together to help us out and we are very grateful for their compassion. Only downfall was the pool area needed to be tidy/ clean up around the pool deck.

The service was disappointing. We requested an extra bedsheet/blanket, and although the front desk confirmed they provide them, we never received one. Despite following up multiple times, the staff did not deliver, even after offering it initially. At the breakfast the staff was really good then came to our table multiple time to make sure we if we need something.11 stars for restaurant staff

The hotel rooms are quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep and often waking up with a headache. Additionally, the service desk staff were not very helpful or accommodating when we had requests. Furthermore, they required a $250 cash deposit upon check-in, and at check-out, they made us wait for an extended period of time while they inspected the room for any damages or missing items. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.

It was an easily accessible option off the highway for us driving from out of province, but the area around the hotel wasn't very walkable and far from transit. It would have been nice if there was a foot bridge to the shopping mall on the other side of the highway, crossing the on-ramps felt dangerous.

While i find the breakfast buffet to be a bit overpriced (same quality and choices of food as free/included breakfasts), the staff was lovely. The rooms were nice and clean, as well as quiet. The showers are spacious and there are ample amounts of pillows. Do be warned, if you are more then one person ASK FOR MORE TOWELS!

🚨🚨Expect your car to get stolen🚨🚨 Huge issue here!!! Leaking A/C units in multiple rooms. Very poor communication between staff shifts. It was clean, pool nice. Staff nice. If you book through Expedia and have issues they won’t be as willing to compensate you. Restaurant food was weird. Breakfast was great but not free. Kids Mac and cheese was from a box. Caesar salad not great. Onion rings and club amazing.

The staff were excellent. The duo of guys on the front desk around 10am are fantastic; knowledgeable, friendly, eager to help - they should be paid more to ensure you keep them. Breakfast was too expensive for what you offer, and the coffee cups, throughout the Hotel, were far, far too small.

Room was clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. First night, TV remote didn’t work. Too tired to deal with front desk. Luckily I could change the channel and volume directly on the TV. In the morning, in the shower, realized the shampoo and conditioner were empty. That evening, was looking forward to ordering food and beer to our room to find out the hotel restaurant was not serving food on Saturday evening. Annoyed that I had to try several places the front desk offered before just using UberEats. Got great sleep and a delicious cookie but not much else.

Convenient location near the Montreal airport. Relatively easy access to downtown Montreal. Room was cool, well kept and sufficient for a family of 5 (11th floor). Bar is only open until 10 which is too bad. Pool and hot tub are nice, but it is very humid on the pool deck. Parking is free with your stay which is. I e. Free buffet breakfast was excellent. Would be nice to have free coffee in the lobby available. Overall, great stay. Would certainly be back.
