Charging a resort fee seems a bit much for this location, which is not a resort but just a hotel. Breakfast is not included and parking is $60/night additional. They also wanted $50 to check in a couple hours early when our flight arrived. On the positive side, the pool and Vins bar were a lot of fun and the room was very nicely decorated and comfortable.

We went for a hockey game and the location was perfect! Stone's throw away from the arena and Broadway strip. Hotel also has a real Starbucks (albeit the slowest Starbucks ever). Pool was neglected and dirty, heater was broken and the gym was basic. Also had to call for housekeeping but Solid choice for a friend trip

Bracelet keys are super convenient. Facilities were clean. The pool was still closed, even though the website said it would open the day off or arrival. Still got charged a"resort fee"not sure what that was for. Felt like a hotel to me

Staff was accommodating. Parking on site was $75 which was expensive, but apparently it is not Margaritaville's. 2 free Margaritas upon check in which essentially is the cost of your resort fee.

Overall it was OK. I expected more from Margaritaville. Dining areas were not the cleanest. The pool was sooooo dirty. There should be hotel staff on pool deck because people were doing whatever they wanted. Drinks spilling in the pool, eating IN THE pool.

Very conveniently located next to the Music City Convention center. Pool area was great, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Love the beachy feel, even though it’s Nashville… like vacationing in two different places at once! Great pool area! Two restaurants and Starbucks on site… convenient! Walking distance to all our destinations! Great workout room!

The hotel is in a great location, and shares the vibe of other Margaritaville resorts we've stayed at. Where it dissapoints is the pool area, which is unfortunate. Even mid week the small pool was simply packed far beyond the posted capacity allowed. We found through conversation the resort was selling 40 plus day passes a day, making it impossible for those staying there to enjoy the amenities which are charged extra via a mandatory resort fee on top of the room rates. All in all a good stay, but lack of control over the pool area would keep us from coming back.

It was a nice stay. However, house keeping out of 5 days did not clean our room for two days. We had to ask and we were told they were short staffed and left for the day. No towels or toilet paper, we called the from the front desk to get it. You changed us $599 a night for two nights of no housekeeping. That is sub-standard service for that price. Pool was not available due to an event going on, so we were at a loss. Restaurant staff and receptionist were great.

Rooms our not very clean. Floors were dirty and had not been mopped in sometime it appeared and had to ask for our sheets to be changed.When we pulled back the comforter the sheets were dirty.

I loved the location of the property and the cleanliness in the rooms and the inside of the property. I thought the pool was dirty and murky. By 3 pm. You could not see the logo at the bottom of the pool. After 1 visit we stayed far away. I thought the people that worked there were not overly friendly. It seemed just like a job for people working there.

Room 1017…What can I say? For the price of this room I would have thought the couch and rug wouldn’t have looked stained up like furniture in a daycare. The toilet was loose. The sink drained slow. The vanity was loose. The bathroom floor had some kind of dried gunk on it that made it look dirty. Caulk was missing in the shower which is resulting in black growth. Having bars on site were nice but just as pricy as the strip. Had to change seats at Fins because a strong vomit like smell was wafting in the air which is usually from something dirty like a drain or drink station. Great service all over the property though. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The hotel is a great concept but maintenance seems to be lacking.

Rooms were very nice and quite large. Bathroom was bright and shower pressure was good. Our only complaint was that if you weren’t out of your room when they came around in the morning for housekeeping, they would not come back. We had to call and ask. And on those days, they did not empty our trash bins, which were all full. Also, they did not replenish the facial cleansing wipes, even after I asked if we could get more the next day. Staff was good, though, and pool was really nice.

The one problem that we had was the in order to turn on any light in the room and bath room, the main light switch at the door had to be turned on which meant that if you wanted to use the bathroom in the night you had to turn on the main light switch, turning on all the other lights in the room as well and not just the bathroom lights. This was a very unique to have a hotel room wired.

Bed was firm but comfortable. Shower had excellent pressure but water all over the floor with half glass panel. Ask for extra towels. Long line at Starbucks as usual. About a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway.

The room is large and nice. The location is good. They charge for early check-in. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the first one that charges for early check-in. Moreover, the staff is not that accommodating.

Some of the staff members were not very nice. But then some were super nice. The staff that worked at the desk on saturday night were rude. The lady at the bar that was cutting oranges rather than enquiring as to whether anyone wanted a drink, was rude. Then after she was approached and was asked to pour a drink it seemed like she didnt like her job. Someone banged on our door at 9am to clean the room the 1st morning. We declined and then they never returned so we had ro call for someone. I dont know what to say orher than some ppl had food customer service but many did not. Hotel is clean. Pool is nice. Best food was at the pool. Would go back to Nashville but would not stay at Margaritaville.

We had a great experience at the hotel. Staff were very attentive and efficient. We came down to front desk about water pressure in shower. Before we even got back to room they had the shower head replaced! We were so surprised and Thankful!

Hotel was great except the staff. They acted too busy to talk to me when I had a question at the front desk. Went to the restaurant, it was probably only 1/4 full and they asked me if I had a reservation. When I said no, they said we can seat you but you will probably have to wait a while before you are greeted. And I was also charged nearly $60 for 2 nights of valet parking but I only parked there for one night. I told the front desk when we checked out and they said a manager would credit my account. After 24 hours of not seeing it I called and was assured it would be handled in 24 hours. It’s now 2 days later and I still haven’t seen anything.

The property is new with nice amenities. However, the front desk staff both at check-in and check-out took an inordinately long time to perform the most basic functions of their job. Perhaps it is poor training or just marginally competent, low-cost employees. Either way, they reflect poorly on the image Margaritaville Hotel wants to portray.

Friendly front desk staff. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The welcome drink is amazing and I’m not a margarita drinker but I may be now. The service at Fins wasn’t the greatest and the food wasn’t that great either. The rooms were very nice and the hotel location is perfect.

For our trip...a few things! Pros: Staff was great!! Rooms were clean. Cons: Significantly underwhelming for the price. Water pressure was non-existent. No room service. Valet was the only parking option.

We loved our stay at margaritaville! Having the resort vibes in downtown Nashville was heaven. Staff was amazing and both restaurants had amazing food. It was a quick walk to Broadway maybe 8 minutes at the most. Can't wait to stay again!
