This is a new hotel and that is a big plus as most of the hotels in this area are old and run down. It is close to highway, so there is road noise if you are on that side. You can walk to several restaurants. The gym is small but adequate. There is a guest laundry on one floor which is a very nice feature. The breakfast is good. Being on the service road, there is only one way in/out; so you have to loop around to get in every time. Overall, a good option in this area.

This was my second time staying here. Facility is nice and the rooms are very decent with a pool that is beautiful and unique. The hotel also has a very large selection for side purchases of food, products, and drinks. The area is overall nice and quiet as well as being fairly close to the Cynthia Woods Pavillion.

The room was clean, a/c wasnt working aswell as i wouldve liked, breakfast wasnt good at all ( cold food & not alot of options), the gym was nice. We didnt spend alot of time theyre but besides the a/c & breakfast everything was good

Our room was not cleaned and nothing said that we had to ask for housekeeping. When we asked at the front desk(when we had to go get our own fresh towels) they said they just didn’t know why are room was overlooked. Also, the person at the desk when we checked out this morning was quite rude and never even ask about our stay. We will not stay at this particular Hampton Inn again.

Bed bugs and no management, Hilton refuses to acknowledge my injuries and has shown no concern at all. Bites confirmed by my physician. No medical care from Hilton, no compensation, no concern, but they cared enough to call pest control in. Hmmm

The rooms were spacious and clean but we had to change rooms after our first night due to being put in an adjoining room with neighbors who played ridiculously LOUD music all night long. No one in my family was able to sleep and we had to be up by 530 the next morning. We were cranky the whole day but the staff was wonderful and changed our room and comped us with late check out on our last day. Would definitely stay here again as long as we didn’t have to share a wall with rude neighbors.

Positives, it's new so in nice condition, clean and comfortable. However, there is so much tension on the doors they slam loud! We had an entire basketball team in & out all night slamming doors! Why when they know a team is booked, they dont put them on the bottom 2 floors & other guests on quieter floors is beyond irritating! The kids litterally ate All the breakfast as well, we literally got 2 strips of bacon and nothing elses. They were not prepared. So our quiet getaway was not what we'd hoped. Also, its right off the very busy I 45 so you'll hear traffic.

Property was convenient to all surrounding Woodlands area. The hotel and room were very clean. Great breakfast! We were given an “accessible” room which was spacious, however the electric window coverings were broken so could not be opened. Also air conditioning unit did not operate correctly.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday weekend by staying at this hotel and we had a nice time at this place. The breakfast was definitely superb, with lots of options and variety of food items. They do need to improve on customer service, concierge staff need to be more cordial and friendly.

When we checked in, they gave our room away & sent us to Candlewood Suites, an IHG hotel!!! I’m a Hilton Honors member. I even called & said we would be a late check in. Got here at 9:30pm. I asked the girl at Candlewood Suites for time Hampton called them. She said just a few minutes ago! Hampton lied & said someone should have already called. Furious

This is a newer hotel, hard to find especially if you’re using Mapquest or some other GPS device. Our room was really big and spacious, and the room was serviced both nights we were there. The only bad thing I have to say is the ac, the temp setting on them is never correct and being on the top floor the heat from below just rises. Other than that it was fairly pleasant.

Everything was absolutely great. The front desk attendant was super pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. Only thing I had an issue with was when I put the address in on apple maps it took me somewhere else for some wild reason. I had no issues finding the place though from the highway! Will def stay here again if and when the time comes!

This property is very nice ,clean and new. However, the doors shut very loud.Do not think you can sleep past 7am. You can hear every door shut around you. Also there is no back road to this property. So you pretty much will always have to get on 45 to get to property.

The stay overall was fine and the hotel is new but the hotel did not accommodate for the amount of people that was going to be there. They ran out of breakfast every morning and had tons of people standing around waiting for long periods
