THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA

Location is excellent. Immediate area is very quiet but close to all the actions, foods, and subways. It’s also very easy to get taxi. View is impeccable. We can see Tokyo tower every night from our rooms. Gym is sad. Only one treadmill and two bikes. No real training equipments. Dumbbells only up to 20KG. Please upgrade your gym. Breakfast is great. A lot of choices and very good quality.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in Tokyo. The location is excellent, very central, just 3 blocks from the very high end Ginza and near Shimbashi station which is a great hub for public transport. The reception area is on the 18th floor, but there are plenty of fast elevators to take you there, and all the rooms are above it, so great views are guaranteed. The views from the lobby itself are stunning! Service is standard Japanese: top-notch friendliness and efficiency. The rooms look bigger in photos, but they are still much larger than the average for Tokyo. They are well insulated and very quiet. Plus, they have everything you might need: slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, iron and ironing board etc. The bathroom was also great, with a shower and bathtub enclosed by a glass door and none of those terrible shower curtains. The hotel has an OK gym (could be a lot better), but the only real thing that could be improved is that, with the price paid, I expected cleaning done daily. They organize the room, change towels, replenish you with free bottles of water everyday, but deep cleaning is done only every three nights or so. In the end, it didn't bother me as much, so I'm still giving it 5 stars.

Our second stay at the Blossom Hibiya and will stay again. Rooms are great, quiet. Transportation nearby. Only negative is that they no longer have good laundry machines. Last year the machines were much better and you could check from your room when they were available. That feature no longer exists and the machines they have nowadays do not dry clothes well, we had to let our clothes air dry even though we did 2 cycles in the drier. Other than that everything was great.

Efficient and well located hotel near to Shimbashi station with good metro connections. Well equipped little gym. Rooms very pleasant with good facilities. Restaurant menu for dinner a bit limited but loads of restaurants nearby.

This hotel was absolutely stunning and in a perfect location. The staff members were so delightful, but there is a real issue with getting the room serviced. We were told that we would get towels and trash removal daily, but we were scheduled to have the room cleaned on only one out of our six night stay stay. There is a button that you can push to request more frequent cleanings, but that never worked for us. We ended up having to call each day just to request towels and trash removal, and we finally had to speak with someone to get the room cleaned. We are not dirty or messy people, so it wasn’t really a serious issue for us – but it was strange for a hotel at this level. The fitness center was a great bonus, but there were often no towels and the mats were extremely sad and they did not provide anything to wipe down/disinfect mats or equipment — which was very unusual, especially in Japan which is such a ultra-hygienic country. Breakfast buffet was good, with a nice mix of western and Japanese. There is also a lounge which was nice and had a Nespresso machine which unfortunately was out of order for most of our stay. They did have a vending machine with really good Italian pizza with adjacent ovens and all necessary implements to bake the pizza and we did it just for the experience but actually it was delicious and we are pizza people with an outdoor woodfired pizza oven at home. The absolute highlight was the view – absolutely stunning.

Really enjoyed our stay, spacious room, staff was friendly and plenty of amenities. Laundry was a plus too! You can even view the status of your laundry through the TV in your hotel room.

Location is perfect. Super close to Ginza, Shimbashi train station and lots of dining options around the area. The room is relatively clean but seeing some dirt spots on the wallpapers.

There was a slightly unpleasant smell in the room, maybe due to the carpet. Room was not in good shape anymore, a lot of stains and damages - did not appear clean. Staff was very friendly. Good location!

First Room had a weird smell when checked in, so we had to change rooms. The hotel is very nice the staff are kind and very helping. The room itself had marks on the walls or scratches. The bed was very nice and comfortable.

The hotel and room were very clean. The view of the city was amazing. The room was fully stocked and had everything needed. The staff were very friendly and multilingual. The restaurant was delicious. The hotel was very close to the train station and food options. Highly recommended and I’ll certainly stay here again

The hotel is in a great location near the train station and metro. You enter the hotel at street level and take elevator to the 18th floor for the reception area. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are cleaned and made up daily. Breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of food. Coffee could do with improving. The bar area is small but nice, the bar is expensive.

Very nice hotel. I've stayed here more than once. Great views! Very good location. Family Mart a short walk away! They only change the linens every 4th night unless you request a change, which is fine with me, but they didn't even make my bed which is basic housekeeping. Need to improve their service if I'm going to stay here again.

Unico neo per noi la camera molto piccola con poco spazio in cui mettere i vestiti, ma nelle grandi città è un classico.

Strange smell of sweat in the rooms. Read about it in recent reviews and can confirm this. Asked to change rooms. First they just wanted to spray it but I did not accept it. So we end up in other room. They stay was convenient, closely located to sub- and railway stations. Beautiful view over the city. Laundromat on 20th and 24th floor. For Tokyo standards big rooms and excellent shower. Would I stay here again: nope. Not good value for money. You can find better hotels for the money WITHOUT strange, sweaty smell.

Love the view in our rooms. Staff very nice and excellent location. Close to station and lots of restaurants but still have some peaceful vibe as the hotel not really in the middle of busy street. Breakfast are lovely but as we are spending 4 nights it has become very repetitive and boring as they are not changing the menu at all. Will be back in 2 weeks after travelling around Japan and they stored some of our luggages for free until next check-in.

Room was a nice size and very clean, but you can hear noises from other rooms way louder than you’d want, you can also hear noise from outside as if the window is open, so expect to hear a lot of train noise and sirens way into the night and all day. The bed and pillows were also pretty uncomfortable, we stayed in 3 hotels in Japan, and this was by far the worst. I would only recommend staying here for a couple of nights, we did 6 and our sleep suffered.

Rooms are really small

The view is so beautiful, both from the lobby and from any floor above. The rooms are small as can be expected for Tokyo so upgrade if you need closet space or a place to sit/unwind.

This modern glass and concrete hotel in an office bulding offers guests the smallest rooms in Japan. It’s perfect for those who don’t want space. Otherwise, I suggest one look elsewhere given the high room rate.

Only downside is wifi not stable

Great view from the rooms above 19th floor ( where the lobby is). Very clean and nice rooms. Wifi slightly unstable during our stay.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel, compared to a year ago, the hotel is dated and the bed is a lot harder than we remembered. We like the location since it is close to Shimbashi station but you definitely will hear the trains even if you are on the far end, we have stayed at both ends of the building as we always booked the corner room since they are bigger but still feel crammed. We had to shimmy in on one side of our king sized bed.

Overall very good except the sound proof of the room was terrible. You can listen to what next door was talking and yelling all night long.

This review has been long overdue since my trip to Japan in July-August 2025. I want to sincerely thank Nao (the manager) and Hannah from Blossom Hibiya Hotel for their incredible support during a very stressful situation. I had sent three bags to Osaka via Yamato Transport, but due to a tsunami warning and earthquake news, I decided to cancel my trip and asked for my luggage to be returned to the hotel. Nao and Hannah went above and beyond to assist me. They were constantly in touch with Yamato Transport to ensure my bags were returned in time for my flight. Although one bag was delayed, they never stopped helping. Nao constantly was in touch with the transport service and even ran out in the pouring rain to retrieve the final suitcase just before my departure — a gesture I’ll never forget. My stay at Blossom Hibiya was truly exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful — even providing vegetarian dining options outwith the hotel when I asked. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning one day with a personal thank-you gift for Nao and Hannah. Thank you again for making my stay so memorable. Sadia from Scotland!

Lovely hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Room quite small for price but well appointed. For the location and feel, a concierge service would be expected, but staff were always kind and helpful. We were late checking out by 75 minutes and paid a modest fee.

The Blossom Hibiya has one of the most thought-through room interior designs of the many hotels we have been to worldwide. Aircon and separate air purifier, ironing board, fully equipped amenity kits, free water, coffee and tea in the room. The soundproofing of the rooms excels many 5 star hotels. Everything was clean and convenient. The hotel provides for a lounge with free drinks. It is located near to Shimbashi station, what proves to be a great hub in all directions, and is further close to the shopping streets of Ginza. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Tokyo option. One block from Shimbashi station. Staff is (of course) wonderful.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff

I stayed at this hotel in Shimbashi and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is ideal — just a block away from Ginza, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Several metro stations are within walking distance, making it very easy to reach other parts of Tokyo. I really appreciated being in a slightly quieter area while still close to the city center. There’s also a Lawson and Family Mart right next to or within the same building, which was very convenient. The staff were outstanding — kind, professional, and fluent in English. They went out of their way to help with luggage transfers and offered great local recommendations. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had an incredible view of the city at night. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and having laundry facilities in the hotel was a big plus. The hotel restaurant was also surprisingly good, which made dining in a pleasant option. After three weeks of traveling around Japan, this was easily the best hotel we stayed in. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Tokyo. I can't think of any negative aspects.

Second time to choose this hotel due to the convenient location, easy to access to Metro and Sky access to airport. Room is clean and facilities are sufficient (Washing machine, vending machine, microwave, etc.) Just the check-in service is kind of slow, checked my passport too many times.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff was excellent. Everyone was helpful and super friendly. They provided luggage service to our next hotel. Want to give an extra thank you to front desk staff Seunghee. She was fantastic.

Excellent location near to Shimbashi train station, and Ginza area. Lots of restaurants around. Hotel high up - lobby on Floor 17. Rooms higher up. Good view of city.

The hotel was clean and fresh. Rooms are bigger than expected in tokyo which is great. Located in more of a business area so its a lot quieter at night which is nice. Close to a few metro lines so its very easy to get around tokyo.

Great location near subway lines and Shimbashi JR station for easy access to all areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurants around Shimbashi and Ginza. An easy 10 minute walk to Ginza and all that is on offer there. The Hotel is really well presented, attractive room and very comfortable beds, with city views as all rooms are above the 17th floor. We chose to stay in a Superior twin which is 25sqm. Would have loved a bit more space for suitcases but it was fine and reasonably priced relative to similar hotels. Would definitely stay again for convenience and comfort.

Lovely hotel and staff, good location

This was my third time staying at the Blossom Hibiya. The location is probably my favorite in all of Tokyo--close to Ginza, 20 minutes subway ride from Shibuya, near tons of subway stations, great food, etc. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the rooms, though a tad small (large for Tokyo standards), are always clean and comfortable. The views are incredible and the breakfast buffet is a solid option.

We had a great stay at The Blossom, the local area was perfect for dining, shopping and was much quieter at night than some other main areas of Tokyo. The hotel is very close to trains stations that will allow you to access all of Tokyo with ease. The bed was extra comfortable. The hotel provided a relaxing and quiet retreat after a busy day in the city.

Central location, hotel staff was amazing, room was nice size and clean, and the view from the 20th floor was amazing, literally a 2 min walk to Shimbashi station, good food options within walking distance. 10/10 I would stay again and recommend to my loved ones. Bonus: Nice deep soaking tubs after a long day of exploring and walking, trust me you will need it.

Very clean and convenient location. However, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. The pastries were dry, and overall options were limited when compared to breakfast buffets in hotels of similar price ranges.

We stayed in 5 different 4star hotels in Japan, the Blossom was by far the best. Location links were excellent with train stations/shops/restaurants closeby. The room was great, clean and modern and was reasonably big for Tokyo. Breakfast was one of the highlights, with both western and amazing japanese breakfast options. Staff and service was impeccable.

Lovely view from room. Excellent shower pressure. Bed comfy and room v v quiet. We had amazing breakfast every day. It was an outstanding selection. Gluten free bread and allergens labelled too. The base room was small but a reasonable size for Tokyo. Reception staff very helpful, sorted Yamato for us with no issue. Incredible lobby views. I’d absolutely stay again
